Negative experience: My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day. He ordered red roses and Lilies. They sent me a mix of different flowers with no red roses or Lilies (pictures are what he ordered vs what I received). They delivered it a day late without any communication or apology of the wrong order and delay. They also wrote the heartfelt message on the back of a discount coupon. Although the flowers were still pretty I don’t appreciate getting the wrong order and especially receiving it after Valentine’s Day without any communication. He e-mailed them to see if he could get some of his money back but was essentially told that this happens and they can offer him credits…as if we would order from them again. Very disappointed in this service. I waited around all day on Valentine’s Day for this delivery. Save your money and go with another service. Do better Bloomex.

Negative experience: (No Contact has been made yet, neither any call or email). I am extremely disappointed with Bloomex. I ordered red roses for this special event, paid a high price expecting fresh and beautiful flowers, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The roses looked almost dead, wilted, lifeless, and nothing like what was advertised. It was a special occasion, and they completely ruined the experience. To make things worse, I have been calling their customer service for the past three days and no one answers. The only people who pick up are sales representatives, which clearly shows where their priorities are. They are quick to take your money but nowhere to be found when there is a problem. Charging high prices and delivering poor quality, almost dead flowers feels like a scam. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Blossom. Save your money and avoid the disappointment.

Negative experience: Today I received a flower delivery from my parents, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. The bouquet looks nothing like what was ordered. It seems to be made from leftover flowers. The arrangement mainly consists of chrysanthemums and carnations, with only six roses and one of them is already wilted. The chrysanthemums look half-dead, and the baby’s breath is completely wilted as well. The flowers are clearly not fresh. The bouquet was assembled very carelessly. It doesn’t look professionally arranged at all it literally looks like random leftover flowers were tied together. There was no proper wrapping or presentation. The stems were simply held together with what looks like a rubber band. That’s it. The balloons arrived deflated in the box. This was meant to be a special gift from my parents, and it was honestly upsetting to receive something of such poor quality. I am attaching photos as proof. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Negative experience: My husband ordered flowers on Feb 13 to be delivered on Feb 14. He placed TWO orders. One for me and one for our daughter. the flowers DID NOT arrive on Feb 14. EVEN AFTER HE PAID EXTRA FOR THE SHIPPING. Now... he called on Feb 15 asking where the flowers were. The call taker tried to tell him they were delivered. NO THEY WERE NOT> we also have cameras to prove that. So he told the call taker he wanted a refund. Yesterday afternoon, Bloomex showed up with a set of flowers and a gift basket of random cookies. Plus a cheap little teddy bear from the dollar store. This is NOT what he ordered. He ordered two sets of flowers. NOW because your company delivered some random stuff you are saying he will not get his refund. Not acceptable. we want the money back. Just as a side not I will be seeing you guys in about an hours time. I am dropping this stuff off to your Edmonton location. See you soon!

Negative experience: Placed an order on the 13th for Valentine’s day to surprise my wife as I had to work. Unfortunately, the flowers didn’t get delivered until quarter to 8pm. The flowers on the website and the flowers my wife received looked like they were from two different planets. Very disappointing! Should have definitely read the online reviews before ordering form this place! Hope this helps someone like me.

Negative experience: Delivery was a day late, order was not correct and was disappointment central. The fact balloons were missing too, only one came and partially deflated, it really sums up this company. If you call their customer service expect to wait over 20 minutes only to be greeted by an unpleasant employee who has been dealing with bottom of the barrel delivery services they offer. Spent over $270 and what a disappointment, from beginning to end.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with this company. I ordered two deliveries to be made to Regina, SK, and both deliveries arrived in terrible condition. The plants were overturned in their containers, and were also frozen! I later learned that both deliveries came from North Battleford, at least fours away! They had been in transit overnight, this in a prairie winter with temperatures below -30 degrees! Neither arrangement was what I ordered off the website. I was refused a refund and offered only a credit or a replacement gift basket. Customer service was non-existent. Do not use this business!

Negative experience: Ordered and paid for same-day delivery and it showed up two days later. I attempted to cancel it after the first day and they didn’t respond. On the second day they refused to provide me a refund, even though the event was over and I didn’t need the flowers. They provided 50% back in store credit. Will not be ordering again. I’ve never had any issues with Callia and now realize their price is worthwhile for better service. UPDATE - photos added. I ordered the large pop of colour bouquet and the picture of the mediocre bouquet is what was received.

Negative experience: Used their chat app to place order to get 15% discount and next day morning delivery. Received email that Sunday morning delivery not available?? Called Sunday and was told would be delivered Monday as there was no suite number on the order. Called Monday afternoon informed need to pay 15.00 redelivery fee ... got a link finally on Tuesday around 3. Paid the fee and asked for third time for copy of order. Called Wednesday pm and they were still trying to confirm if redelivery fee paid. Asked for 4th time to send copy of order. Suite number clearly marked on the order .... no 15% discount that could not be retroactively applied and they charged for same day morning delivery ?? Thursday pm got notification of delivery fee paid and flowers delivered on Friday. 1 week late ... live and learn ... use local florist where possible with actual storefront.

Negative experience: I have used Bloomex Ottawa for a number of years with good results, however this Christmas experience left be embarrassed and disappointed. I ordered ‘Christmas Glory’ on Dec 20th for delivery on Dec 22nd. Nothing was delivered until Dec 29th ! Instead of the delicately arranged roses and evergreens my friend was sent what appeared to be a hurriedly thrown together mixture of red flowers, some already dropping petals. The Company claims that the delay was due to the order form missing the delivery address. This was simple not true. Between the original requested delivery date and the actual delivery date this item was offered with a discount, so they certainly did not sell out. Sadly, I hesitate to use bloomex again. Negative experience: I placed an order with Florist.ca and it landed up being handled by Bloomex. The online pictures show a bouquet I Paid $58.05 for it. Not including delivery. What was received was a few loose flowers in a box. Looked like they were picked up at a grocery store, only not as nice. Be very wary with this flower store. No response from the company when I complained. Waste of $58.05 and a huge disappointment for my family as it was meant to cheer them. Again be wary dealing with Florist.ca or Bloomex.

Negative experience: Received a bouquet as a gift on Dec. 24/25. Two red daises were losing petals and curled up had to be thrown out. Next day another one had to be thrown out. Definitely would not recommend this company! I would have added a picture but I'm not computer savvy.

Fantastic experience: Bloomex Australia could not deliver my order, so I tried to get a refund. After a lot of stress and trying many means of contact, I eventually go ahold of Mary via the chat, and she was kind in trying to help me with an issue. She could not actually do the refund, but she was very helpful and encouraging that it would take place. While Bloomex Edmonton is not in Australia and the issue could not be resolved by her, Mary's kindness was wonderfully needed at the time and for that I am very grateful.

Negative experience: I ordered a gift for a friend. They emailed to inform me they are changing the delivery date, I informed them no one will be there at the time of delivery. They said I could not cancel or change the address. They said it will be delievered and then returned to warehouse. After that I can cancel or change address. There are 3 days between now and the date they changed it to. Absolutley unacceptable and I will NEVER order from them again.

Negative experience: I should have definitely looked at online reviews before I decided to purchase from them. I chose an arrangement that looked lovely online - the “Peaceful Clouds in Mason Jar”. On the website it outlines what the arrangement consists of with the example photo - “This peaceful arrangement includes elegant White Hydrangea, plump White Roses, subtle White Spray Roses, delicate White Alstroemeria, White Limonium, Israeli Ruscus, and Silver Dollar Eucalyptus carefully arranged in a trendy Mason Jar”. There is no disclaimer on the product that it may not be the same or even similar due to supply or anything like that. My friend sent a photo of the birthday flowers she received and it was horrendous in comparison. It did not remotely contain the flowers outlined. It had maybe two small roses, a small hydrangea on the backside, a sprig of baby’s breath, and then stuffed with some greenery that was not listed. No silver dollar eucalyptus, no alstromeria, no limonium, no ruscus. And it was not even in a mason jar! But instead, a rectangular vase, which is a totally different aesthetic. It also doesn’t look like the person who arranged them has any training. It was messy and uneven. I chose the arrangement based on the photo and what was listed, knowing that would align with what my friend likes. And what was received in comparison to what was outlined, as well as the price, is completely unacceptable and a huge let down. As they charged me $20 to ship this, I overall paid $70 for something that would probably amount to $15 in product at a grocery store. I emailed the company days ago to respectfully express my disappointment and ask for them to rectify this somehow, and they have not replied to me. I honestly feel like I got scammed. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase flowers for someone, and would instead tell them to steer clear.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ordered flowers for a birthday 2 days before delivery, was not notified or informed that they couldn’t deliver on time, if I hadn’t actively been checking the status which was “under investigation” and Called immediately I would’ve never known delivery wasn’t going to happen for my sisters birthday. When I called customer service I couldn’t understand a word that was being said, definitely wasn’t apologetic or empathetic just excuses that made no sense. So here we are useless flowers being delivered two days after the party. Don’t waste your time or money

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with how this order was handled, especially considering the sensitive nature of the occasion. This arrangement was meant to bring some comfort to a friend who is currently in mourning, and it was upsetting to learn that the flowers arrived late and were significantly smaller and sparser than what was advertised. Even less than what was originally promised before the “complimentary upgrade.” The flowers in the photo my friend sent me look nothing like what was shown online (attached below). As someone who has been a loyal customer, I was surprised and disheartened by this experience, especially given the importance of the gesture.

Imagine thinking you’re sending your brother and sister-in-law a nice bouquet the day they’re bringing their newborn baby home and this is what they get (see photos). Not to mention the “sentimental” note is on the back of a 15% off coupon. Thanks so much, Bloomex!!! Great work!!! Negative experience: Very disappointed. Got these for my mother’s birthday today. Ordered same day delivery, ordered at 8:00 am this morning. Came damaged and truthfully lots of the flowers are even dead, you can tell some of the ones picked were just dead to begin with and not even from the drive. I’ve ordered from here before and have never gotten this bad of quality, genuinely not worth the $80 and I’m gonna have to go walk up to superstore instead and spend more money because there’s no way I’m giving her this disaster for her birthday. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with both receiving and sending out flowers from Bloomex throughout this last month during the sudden loss of my Father. The flowers have also always lasted at least two weeks, if not longer. Very impressed and will continue to order!
Negative experience: Seemed great initially, was promised same day or next day delivery, then suddenly received an email saying it would be delivered in 5 days. I called and emailed to find out why and ended up requesting a refund and they told me they will only provide a credit or deliver to another address. Then the day it was supposed to be delivered, the person receiving the flowers told me they got a call telling them to pick it up. This was for a death in someone’s family and the service was unacceptable.
Negative experience: Initially great customer service from Nelly to resolve an issue I had with applying a discount. Subsequently received a phone call saying that they couldn't deliver the day I'd selected but they would deliver early the day after (which I was fine with.) Next day came and nothing had arrived by 5pm with no communication. Contacted them and arranged a refund.
Negative experience: In Thursday morning I ordered a bouquet to be delivered Saturday to family at Gateneau Quebec and upgraded it to deluxe order . I specifically stated it must be delivered after 4 pm . The delivery was 2 hours early , left the box outside the door and when it was opened half of the leaves and flowers were drooping . But only about half the flowers were recieved and absolutely did not match the advertised picture !!! I contacted bloomex within 2 hours and sent pictures . Today I received a general message that the flowers look fine to them and the florist followed the basic intention of the arrangement . Offered $20 credit !!! Terrible terrible service . Do not use them !!!

Negative experience: Terrible, terrible experience. Do not order from this company. I ordered a beautiful white flower basket arrangement from their website. Spent over $100. Instead of sending the flowers I chose, they took it upon themselves to change my order without even calling me and asking me if I wanted to choose anything else. They sent my mom these hideous multi-colored flowers that look like weeds. On top of that the flowers arrived broken and their driver that dropped them off left them upside-down in front of the house and they were squished. They refuse to offer me a refund or even to resend the correct flowers. Instead, they sent me a $20 gift card. As if these people think I will ever order from them again. What a disappointment. Avoid at all costs. Save your money and go to the grocery store. You can get way nicer and better quality flowers. Ridiculous company!!! Zero customer service skills, empathy and huge lack of professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Placed a same day flower order and i'm surprised at how quickly they were able to put it together and get it out for delivery. I only realized how quick they are because I accidentally used the wrong delivery address. The phone support was very slow and I never got through, but the live chat was quick and the way to go. They were able to update the address with the driver.

Isn't it always the way, in a corporation it is the people on the phones and chat lines who are responsible for maintaining goodwill and trust. While the execs level are making ten times the pay. Nelly was fast, informed and friendly. And is probably exploited too. Ten stars out of five.
Positive experience: Website is a bit difficult to navigate. A lot of information crammed on the pages. But I used the Help Desk and Nelly was wonderful to deal with. She went above being kind, courteous and helpful. I will use Bloomex for future gift delivery needs.
Negative experience: Bloomex was terrible. When I purchased flowers for delivery for my girlfriend's birthday, Saturday delivery was listed as available. The next day they called me and told me they could not deliver until Tuesday. When I cancelled the order, I was offered a store credit. I had to contact Bloomex again on Monday to request a refund, as they couldn't do a refund on Saturday. The only saving grace was that Nelly in customer service chat offered to process the refund when contacted Bloomex again. Hopefully I actually get a refund.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful customer service by Nelly. Nelly was super friendly, helpful and speedy with responses. Thank you Nelly and Bloomex for helping me make my sister's birthday special despite being on opposite sides of the planet!
Negative experience: I ordered boxed roses on Thursday morning and was told same day delivery. They never showed. The flowers turned up and delivered next day evening wrapped in paper. Truly embarrassed and disappointed. $60 flowers, $5 card and $20 delivery (tx) $96.00. Does customer service not matter to anyone anymore??

Negative experience: I placed an order for the first time. A family member who orders constantly from your Vancouver location, convinced me to order from this company. As the bouquets they always orders looks exactly like what they placed. My order was not even close to what I had placed. There was lots of leafs plants. There were dark pink carnations. Which I don’t understand how is that considered “soothing tones”. I also had the small light pink roses already dying when they arrived. And missing some other flowers. I also had upgraded the boutique to supersize as well. I was not able to gift these as they were for a bridal shower. They looked more like funeral flowers. There is no consistency between your branches. Nor any accountability coming from costumer service. The boutique I order was the Vintage Bloom Boutique.
Negative experience: Online advertises "same day delivery" for orders placed before 1pm. I ordered flowers at 10:30am MST for same day delivery. Their website says they deliver till 8pm for residential and till 5pm for businesses. At 2:04pm MST they emailed saying they couldn't deliver today. I requested a cancelation and refund and now it's been "sent to investigations". They are blaming it on their "partnered florists" unable to deliver even though there are several hours left in the day. What a joke. Even local florists are still open at 2pm in the afternoon. They will not refund me. Credit only. I will never use them. Take your money, don't deliver and wont refund. Crooks. .

Fantastic experience: I bought stuff that couldn't be delivered (I gave them the wrong adresse...) I never asked for a refund and totally forgot about it.. SEVERAL MONTHS LATER, I had to give flowers to somebody else and only 5minutes in the livechat with James and Sam, I was able to redirect my undelivered old order for the small delivering fee. A++
Fantastic experience: Sam provided great customer support on an order that I placed for a funeral. They were very responsive and timely, while also providing the reassurance needed that the order was in good hands.
Negative experience: The customer service is highly remarkable in customer service. The company who delivered my package unfortunately was not and definitely needs customer service 101. You don't leave a package on a doorstep and go away without delivering the package personally. Also, the package did not have on it the note I typed up and didn't have who it was from??? Lucky, we have doorbell videos as the package could have easily been stollen. WLG
Negative experience: I ordered the mug collection 4, they did not delivered the teddy bear and refuse to own their mistake. They offered a store credit despite me telling them it would do me no good since i have to pay a hefty tax even if the store credit is 100% as i am overseas. They are not only cheating their customers but their employees as well by forcing a rating for the buisness under the disguise of agent review. I will not name the agent to keep thier identity safe and job as well. The agent was very helpful but my issue is yet to be solved. I am attaching the screenshot of the email conversation. Do not order from Bloomex or florist.ca (same company different name and url)
Negative experience: Flowers were nothing as shown. Tiny and way less. Even the vase was not looking as good. The notes were behind a coupon. I had no selection to choose from when I ordered them. And I paid about 80$ total with the delivery fees. I am extremely disappointed by this company.
Fantastic experience: I love using Bloomex for my flower delivery needs! Ordering is easy, the flowers are always delivered on time and fresh. Good value too! Prices are reasonable and there are always plenty of available time slots for delivery.

Unfortunately, it does not resemble the arrangement I ordered, and I’m quite puzzled about the discrepancy. The first image reflects what I was expecting from your website and what I ordered, while the second shows what was delivered this afternoon. There wasn't even a sunflower which was an element I really wanted in there, which is why I chose this particular style. I did order the 'super size' which reflects on my invoice. It seems that not only is the bouquet different, but the jar also appears to be smaller in diameter than anticipated. This arrangement was intended as a special gift for my niece, and I must admit I’m a bit disappointed. At least my niece says the flowers smell nice and now I see on your website, it's on sale, to add insult to injury! Best, Carole Mills
Negative experience: Be aware that this company is entirely unethical in my opinion. Be aware before you order. What is delivered will be NOTHING like what is pictured. Take your business elsewhere if you truly care about what the recipient receives. If you express anything to their customer care they will offer you a credit for your NEXT order and obviously, if you order from them again you will get the same sad excuse for an arrangement. I have included photos of what was ordered vs what was delivered.
Fantastic experience: Bloomex offers inexpensive and lovely bouquets especially if you need one quickly! I ordered a bouquet for my aunt and it arrived on the doorstep on the same day fully intact and beautiful!

Negative experience: Terrible company! Selling roses that last 2 days, never bloom. Just straight to wilting. Called their customer service. They have a 24 hour return policy. Safeway you can return roses if they die within a week. Garbage company!!! Stay far away away from this crap hole!

Fantastic experience: After reading the bad reviews here, I was hesitant to place my order. But I’m so glad I went through with it! I arranged a surprise flower delivery for my grandma’s special birthday today, and she was so happy with the flowers They were absolutely adorable! Thank you, Bloomex, for making this day extra special for her. I’m from the Philippines and had a friend help me place the order. Fantastic experience: I ordered several small arrangements for an anniversary party. The price point was reasonable and the florals came on time. They were even fuller and more beautiful than in the photos. I was very happy and will use Bloomex again.
Negative experience: Noncompetitive prices, horrible and incredibly dishonest customer service and sales team. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The only reason I ordered from Bloomex was because the name still holds some level of recognition. In the rush and stress of planning a memorial service for a family member who passed suddenly, it was the first florist that came to mind. Unfortunately, I deeply regret this decision. After spending nearly $700 on a deluxe casket spray and two supersize wreaths, I expected at least the most basic level of care. Such as including a proper sympathy card with the names and full message we provided. They could not be bothered to print and include a full-size message card. This is not a difficult request. For the amount we paid, the least they could do was take a few extra moments and a few extra cents to print it properly with their printer and paper. This experience was not only disappointing. It was hurtful, especially in such an emotional and meaningful context.
Fantastic experience: I have had such great experiences with Bloomex and have been using them for years. Today, I receive assistance that went above and beyond and I have send my greatest thanks to James and Sally in customer service! Not only is the ordering easy, and the arrangements and options beautiful and very affordable, when I made a mistake during the ordering process, they were so kind and quick to rectify it after I realized what I had done! I will continue to use Bloomex for all of my flower and long-distance gift needs - they have never let me down!
Fantastic experience: I had some trouble with my online order so used the Live Chat function. "Nellie", a real person, efficiently and quickly sorted it out. I was very happy with her excellent personal service. The flowers arrived at their destination in Burnaby, BC, a few hours later. I will definitely use Bloomex again.

Negative experience: Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this order of flowers. The quantity and quality of flowers was terrible. Frankly it was embarrassing my mother was deeply disappointed to receive such a low quality of flowers for Mothers Day. She also noted there was no card, just a piece of paper. I have included pictures for reference. There were very few flowers and they were damaged/dead. I will never order from Bloomex again. I am embarrassed by the low quality level of flowers that was delivered to my Mom for Mothers Day. This was originally sent via email which was never responded to. Then, they sent me a link to write a review. So here it is!
Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers and teddy bear for a friend in Canada from overseas. Very smooth ordering process online, good quality of flowers, good packaging and efficient delivery. Definitely brought joy and a wonderful surprise to my friend.
Negative experience: I usually order from Bloomex quite frequently but the last orders weren’t great. We ordered some flowers for my MIL and the florist chosen for the area couldn’t do what was requested. We found out the day it was supposed to be delivered. We should have been notified sooner. The florist supposedly found something similar but wouldn’t end up delivery it for another few days. The flowers that she ended up receiving late were terrible. Likely won’t be ordering again. I understand the delivery address was more rural but notifying us the day of that there is an issue is very poor, considering we ordered in advance. Also, because the flowers were late, they added in a “bonus” which normally is nice but the bonus was jelly candies. My MIL is diabetic. We spent $100 and the bouquet received was worth $25. It looked like the type you could get in a grocery store.

Negative experience: Trust me when I say you can get the same flowers from sobeys for 1/3 the price. I ordered flowers and even supersized them and the bouquet they sent me was laughable. I contacted the company in April about this and they never replied back. Very disappointing I never recommend them to anyone, support your local flower shops instead. The photos are what I ordered online vs what I received :) Also, all these good reviews are very questionable.. seem fake cause that was not even close to my experience

Fantastic experience: This is my first time buying from Bloomex and they really didn't fail. Everything was on time (same day delivery) as this was a last minute thing. Prices were good as they have different specials going on and Sam from customer service chat helped me complete the order properly to avoid any issues. The recipient was very happy with what he received. I will surely use your services again in the future.
Negative experience: I don't know what's with this company lately, as I didn't have issues with them in the past. After looking at recent reviews, the bad reviews are accurate. I ordered an upgraded (extra $7) pet friendly bouquet to be delivered, and what I received was something I could have easily purchased from a grocery store for nearly half the price. It was not at all what I ordered, super ugly arrangement, a lower tier bundle, and TOXIC to my pet. After sending emails for 5 days, they agreed to send the proper bouquet. It did not arrive. Who knows if the flowers I ordered for my friends in the past were even the correct ones? These mistakes seem to happen quite often. Plus, they are refusing to do refunds. I've disputed this charge with my bank and purchasing from local small businesses from now on..
Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. I have ordered with this business before but will be taking my business elsewhere. Instead of alerting the customer of stock issues, they delivered dying common flowers when I had ordered a $60 bouquet of PINK premium flowers, lilies and roses. An absolute scam and “no refunds”. Take your money elsewhere!
Negative experience: Save your money and order your flowers elsewhere - This company and their customer service is a joke! Overpriced, under delivers, and very disappointing. My Mother's Day orders were trash. My mother received a bouquet that was nothing like the picture, poor quality flowers, and even she said she was disappointed with them (without knowing what they were supposed to look like). The other bouquet for a friend was delivered many days late and I was never informed of the delivery delay, I had to call twice to learn this and was told I was getting a "complimentary" upgrade, only for the delivery to be left on the ground outside the fence where it was ruined in the cold/rain, and there was maybe 5 flowers in the actual bouquet once she recieved it... Still no reply from customer service about a refund. I'm disgusted that I paid the money I did to recieve absolutely trash flowers and feel totally and entirely ripped off. Shame on you, Bloomex.
Negative experience: I ordered hydrangeas in a mason jar, and what was delivered was roses and a nearly dead piece of fern, with a mason jar mug...not even close. The order was placed May 9th, only received May 15th. And come to find out the flowers were shipped from another province entirely - even though my city in the province for the delivery address, is noted on the website. This was not clear at the time of order, and the whole experience feels very second rate. When I followed up with customer service this morning (as the flowers still hadn't shown up), at least Sam kindly provided me with a tracking number. Giving 1 star only because you can't post without a star rating. Account credit indeed...for what? Likelihood of ever ordering again is slim to none.
Negative experience: I'm mad that I even have to give it one star in this review. If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's Day. It showed up many days later and the arrangement was atrocious and absolutely nothing like the website. I attached what I ordered versus what she got. I emailed Bloomex reaching out about my disappointment only to never receive a reply. Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else.
