Fantastic experience: We have had our last casualty of 2025. We received 2 deliveries from Awesome Blooms every year for the last 10 year always getting topnotch arrangements. The Edmonton cold struck this year and the orchids turn brown after a couple of days. Teren was great to deal with. After sending her a couple of photos of the flowers she put us top of her list and replacing the arrange withing 24hrs. Great work Teren and staff. You are #1 for flowers in our books. Negative experience: Ordered flowers for Feb 5th, paid the fee to get it delivered quicker by 1pm, I call and no eta for the delivery. They needed to be delivered before 6 pm and it’s been a month and they have not been delivered , multiple calls and left voicemails. I was told I have to pay a fee of $45 since they were not delivered the same day as requested to do the recipient going to the airport. The day they were delivered late we asked if there would be a fee for them to deliver them again after a week of time, they stated no , but now require a fee of $45. I understand things happen and don’t get delivered on time but it has now been a whole month and they don’t even call you back.

Negative experience: We had the worst experience having flowers delivered. They needed multiple cards, they charged “double delivery fee”. After multiple phone calls, confusion and texts messages saying that the flowers wouldn’t be delivered the same day because we didn’t respond to a text? Not a great experience. Very disorganized

I contacted Awesome Blossom and they offered to replace her bouquet to make it more colourful and more accurate to the photo. Fantastic experience: Another florist recommended Awesome Blossom when I asked for a bridal bouquet. I went in not knowing what I wanted, and they were so helpful in the flower-picking process. Everyone was also very kind here. Picking up the bouquet was quick and easy. They gave it to me in a vase of water to keep it perfect until the next day's ceremony. The bouquet was also very securely wrapped and had pretty pearl pins in the handle. The arrangement is perfect! The bouquet is a true work of art; they knew exactly what I was looking for. I love my bouquet, and the only sad part is that the flowers won’t last forever. I highly recommend them for any flower arrangement!

Negative experience: My flowers were wilted from the heat and my chocolate was completly melted when it was delivered. It was supposed to go to my wifes office but had to be delivered to our house because her shift ended before they arrived.

I had specified the flowers to be picked up at the Edmonton store, as not to embarrass the lady I was sending flowers to at her at her function. She was unable to pick them up that day due it going past the scheduled time. Karen texted me and said she would put them in the cooler overnight.
