Negative experience: worst customer service, and they show you a picture that does not end up matching the product they deliver. When that was addressed to them, she just automatically said you can take a refund rather than trying to satisfy the customer. You don’t get your moneys worth at all. This bouquet was $65 and definitely not worth the money. Definitely would not recommend this place at all. & she is just as rude in her response to this review. I unsent the message because I saw the dead flowers and her attitude here is as disgusting as it was when she responded to me. I’ve passed on to a few small businesses in Edmonton to not recommend her :) I hope your flowers bring some sort of joy to your bitter personality.

A phone call to the florist was handled quickly. I only wanted to complain about the flowers that broke but they wanted to redo the arrangement and send it out the next day with apologies. I appreciated their response and their desire to ensure customer satisfaction. It was not what I wanted or requested, but I was impressed by their intent to deliver the best. Positive experience: I’d like to share my experience — the order was back in February, but after seeing similar stories from other clients, I thought it might be worth adding my voice. The flowers weren’t terrible, but not exactly impressive either. About 20% of them wilted the next day, and the rest lasted for about a 5 days. What stood out more was the delivery experience. The courier communicated with me in English from the beginning, but when we met in person, she suddenly switched to Ukrainian, in a tone that felt mocking or sarcastic. It caught me off guard and left an unpleasant impression. When I asked who the bouquet was from, she replied — again in Ukrainian — in the same dismissive tone, telling me to check the card inside. It may sound like a small thing, but it was uncomfortable — especially on what was supposed to be a special day. I let it go back then, but hearing others share similar issues made me think my experience wasn’t an exception. Just sharing this so future customers have a fuller picture.

Negative experience: If we could give 0 stars, we would leave them! It was not just a bouquet, but a wedding bouquet that was made of flowers that were crumpled, not fresh and began to die after a couple of hours. I don’t know how this store can have such a rating if they sell not fresh flowers

Negative experience: I ordered this bouquet a month before my wedding. Worker from this store said that they will order flowers and flowers will be fresh. The day I picked up the bouquet, the flowers looked crumpled, rotted and pressed. I noticed it on the way to the wedding place. After I wrote my complaint to the store, they offered to return to them and replace the flowers. But it’s not about replacement, I ordered this bouquet in advance and should have received fresh flowers. After 4 hours, the first callas began to turn black (transport was in the water, with air conditioning in the car. Since this store warned us). In the last photo you can see flowers in 3 days. Callas are very persistent flowers, from my experience they can be stored without water for several days. But this bouquet was in the water and after a few hours it already looked bad. I was very upset, my wedding day was ruined.
