Negative experience: This is the worst place to order flowers from. I have had multiple unfortunate experiences with this place. First of all, for my birthday back in November, they delivered my flowers around 4 p.m. instead of 11 a.m., when the delivery was supposed to happen. Moreover, they delivered the wrong bouquet, and instead of letting me keep it (as a normal place would do), they said they would come back to pick it up. This happened a few hours after the delivery, and I didn’t know the bouquet wasn’t mine. I was on my way to a birthday dinner when the driver called and asked if I could come back home so he could pick up the flowers, because the girl who received my flowers was angry. I let the situation go, even though this kind of response to the situation is a shame. This is a business with Ukrainian owners if I am not mistaken, and I am Ukrainian myself — I can say this is a shame for a Ukrainian business and a total embarrassment. What happened today was the last straw. I received flowers yesterday (the bouquet was about $140), and today they are already dead. I love flowers and know when they are dying — this is not my first time receiving a bouquet. When I reached out to them, I received an “amazing” response: “The roses are sensitive and they are opening up, not dying.” Which is funny, because I definitely know the difference between flowers opening up and flowers dying. Shame and embarrassment. I am sorry for every cent spent at this place. Instead of offering a replacement for the shameful bouquet I received (which a normal place would do — I’ve had situations before where flowers weren’t fresh), I was told the flowers are fine. No matter how many chances I give this place, it never stops disappointing me. Embarrassing and shameful. I will clarify again, LESS than 24 hours after receiving the bouquet, the flowers are soft, the petals are falling off, and the flowers are already brown. Also my messages were ignored after. Also added the picture of how flowers looked day after (the last picture) and the business still is ignoring me :)

Negative experience: My boyfriend ordered a flower delivery for my birthday. The bouquet was supposed to arrive at 6 PM at the location, but the company gave the delivery driver the wrong phone number. Because of their mistake, the flowers were not delivered on time. What was even more disappointing is that no one apologized for the error they made. After that, my boyfriend messaged them asking where the flowers were, and they ignored him for another hour. Then they replied: “If you still want it, we can arrange the delivery now.” At that point it was already almost 9 PM. The flowers and delivery had been fully paid for in advance.Flowers were so nice, but service is poor. Very disappointing service. I do not recommend the location on Calgary Trail. Unless you want your special day- a birthday, celebration, or even a marriage proposal- to be ruined.If I could rate it lower I would. Respond Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify a few things. My boyfriend has ordered flowers from your store before. When he started entering his phone number in your system while placing this order, his name, last name, and email were automatically filled in. Previously, the phone number was correct and deliveries were completed without any issues. Because of that, it is quite confusing that this time the number is suddenly considered incorrect. Also, if you were unable to reach the recipient by phone, why wasn’t the email address — which you specifically ask for in the order form — used to contact the customer and clarify the situation right away? We appreciate that the bouquet itself was beautiful, but the delivery issue and the way the situation was handled remain disappointing

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. We’ve been loyal customers of Florans for the past few months, and my husband even ordered from them three times in February alone. Unfortunately, our last order - a $200 bouquet of roses for our wedding anniversary was terrible. The delivery arrived almost at 9:30 PM, which already ruined the timing of the occasion. Even worse, the roses looked old, overly open, and some were already turning black. For a $200 bouquet, the quality was completely unacceptable. I emailed customer service hoping to resolve the issue privately instead of posting a public review, but they were unhelpful. Their first offer was only a refund of the delivery fee and a small discount for a future order. When I declined, they offered a $100 bouquet instead of simply refunding the order. After that, they stopped responding altogether. Very disappointing from a company we previously trusted. If you’re planning to spend $200 on flowers, I’d recommend saving your money and buying elsewhere.

Negative experience: I bought a flowers at Kingsway mall store. Flowers at your store aren’t cheap to begin with, and by February 14th they became one and a half times more expensive. I don’t mind paying for quality, but if they wilt literally after two days, what’s the point of paying three times more for your flowers when a bouquet from somewhere like Walmart would last at least a week and cost less? As a customer, think about whether it’s even worth paying for that.

Negative experience: I received a beautiful bouquet from them, however, they left the flowers outside without them being in water. I did receive them within half hour after it was left outside but would’ve been better if they were in water. It is only the second day and the flowers are wilting away already. There was a note in between the flowers, I was shocked that a flower company would hand write and that too very messy and seemed as if it was written in a rush. The note contained a message to come with the flowers but it should’ve been typed out. If hand written then it should’ve been written nicely at least. Very disappointed with the fact that the flowers are already dying and that I received a rushed hand written messy note.

Negative experience: I never write reviews, but the condition of this bouquet warrants sharing. My partner purchased these flowers for Valentine’s Day, (Friday) and by the time they arrived home, all of the spray roses were already visibly wilting. I thought to remove them as they made the bouquet look cheap but removing them made the arrangement look significantly smaller and lower quality. For a premium priced bouquet ($100 + tip) I expected fresh flowers that would last more than a few hours. I hope the florist can improve their quality control during busy holidays so customers receive flowers that match what they paid for.

Negative experience: Well, I was happy they were able to deliver on Sunday for my wife's birthday. However some flowers were wilted in the arrangement in 3 days. I did mistakingly assume the vase came with the flowers, but it did not. My fault. However, fresh water and flower food was used. Emailed for some answers and was told it was our fault, improper care. In 3 days. Yeah. Sure. I suspect they were old already. Whatever. You'll never see a penny from me again.

Negative experience: My daughter bought me a bouquet for my birthday yesterday & it looked beautiful . However , when I got it home & unwrapped it the stems were cut so short it didn’t fit in the vase I usually use , I had to fill it extra high to get the water to reach . Also , after all the paper came off , it was quite a stingy looking little bouquet … it looked way better in the paper . But what really disappointed me is that the next morning the flowers were looking 4 days old ! I’ve never seen flowers die that quickly . I feel bad for my daughter who spent her money here ,, won’t ever go back .

I had family from wales place an order for my birthday, Florans called prior to let me ask if I would be home to receive the flowers around a certain time, unfortunately I wasn’t able to answer so they texted me. I wasn't going to be home but they made sure that it was ok to leave at the front door for when I got home. They left it in a plastic pail so it had water until I got home.

I do not live in Canada myself, so I had to rely solely on the internet to find a flower delivery service in Edmonton. Plus, I needed a place that could handle such a big order on a very short notice. I am very happy that I found Florans. Negative experience: cheap flowers for a very expensive price, the presentation is deceiving. They are beautifully packaged but when opened they are cheap and already dying . $80 for a bouquet, you don’t expect them to be wilted already. It’s easy to be deceived by the packaging.

Negative experience: One of the most disappointing bouquets I’ve ever received. Considering the price, I expected something much better. But the bouquet was tiny, colorless, and lifeless — short stems, no greenery, no sense of design or care. The only thing there was plenty of was wrapping paper — way too much, clearly trying to make up for how poor and empty the bouquet itself was. My wife was more upset than happy to receive it. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money.
