Negative experience: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced today. I had a simple request — to have flowers delivered as a surprise to my wife at her workplace, which has over 75 staff members. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed unable to understand that a pre-call was not necessary since someone would be present to receive the delivery. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify the situation, I was not allowed to place the order. This experience was incredibly frustrating and far below what I would expect from a company I’ve trusted in the past. As a result, I will no longer be using your services, and our corporate account will be discontinued. I hope this feedback prompts you to review your customer service training and policies to prevent others from going through the same disappointing

Negative experience: I ordered the deluxe dreamers delight for Mother’s Day but what I got looks nothing like the picture. I get that you would use seasonal flowers but the actual bouquet is so different in color and arrangement. I can’t believe I paid over $200 for this Walmart version, so not impressed.

Negative experience: Was not impressed, received a large bouquet of flowers with no flower food and 8 flowers were thrown out after 6 days , roses had hanging heads and 3 irises didn’t even open they just died , same with snap dragon , I clipped all at angle before placing in water , in this case expensive does mean quality EDIT ,,,,,,,,,,,, Wow that your feedback to ask me if I put them in water ? Ive been shopping at Artworks for over 30 years for flowers ...how insulting
