Fantastic experience: I sent a Valentine's Bouquet to my sister. They kept in contact with her as to when she would receive the delivery and the Bouquet was worth the money I spent.

Fantastic experience: I just received the cutest bouquet for Valentines Day. What set Pollies apart from other places was their mini bouquet was actually quite big….more like a medium bouquet. The stems of the bouquet were put in a small foam block so the flowers could be situated lovely in a vase. And they called ahead to give me a delivery time window which they followed through on.

If you want a florist who will pour their heart into their work and make your vision bloom, this is the one. The planning process with Sierra was a lot of fun and she was so easy to work with. I had specific likes and dislikes for flowers and Sierra always listened to what I wanted. She would even double check with me to make sure every flower is what I had envisioned. I really appreciated the ease of clear communication. When our wedding day came I was absolutely blown away!! Not only from the beauty of the flowers but how incredible, kind, sweet and thoughtful Sierra was in all her help that day. On the day of the wedding there was so much happening where things can feel chaotic at times but not with Sierra. Her calming presence was grounding. When we ran into hiccups throughout our day Sierra was there with solutions and a smile. The flowers themselves!! OMG!! I gasped and cried at the sight of them all. An absolute magical fairytale that made me feel like a princess. The flowers were fresh, vibrant and arranged with such artistry. Every flower was carefully picked, thought about and placed with the most love and care. All night long we received endless compliments from the guests about the flowers. They really made the atmosphere so enchanting. I couldn’t recommend Pollie’s Flowers enough to anyone looking for someone who truly cares and delivers beyond expectations. Sierra went above and beyond, not only in her quality of work but also in her kindness, communication, and care. Having a vendor I could trust so completely was priceless during wedding planning. Every time I look back at our photos, the flowers are what take my breath away all over again. I will forever be thankful and will always look back on our wedding day with happiness. Fantastic experience: Sierra at Pollie's Flowers literally created our fairy tale for us. My wife had a vision and was a little nervous sending a very detailed message to Sierra that included all the kinds of flowers she liked and disliked. All based on aesthetic, photos and photos of this and that. Sierra really knows her stuff and was able to guide us towards the best options for the season and aesthetic. I'm not going to even start with how everything looked. Just look at the photos. Look at how my bride looked as she walked towards me in that crazy heart shaped bouquet. If you've ever had a wedding before you'll understand that they are incredibly stressful. Sierra was always two steps ahead with ideas whenever we had any technical issues (which there were MANY) and pivoted intelligently. Fellas. Check out my lapel. If your woman likes flowers I can't recommend getting fitted in one of the lapel bouquet things enough. Me and my wife did first looks at the ceremony and she was starry eyed all night. There really aren't words. If you have a vision they can make it happen. Thank you Sierra and thankyou so much Pollie's Flowers ❤️ Edit - the quality of the flowers were great as well. My lapel was cooked all day in the heat and still had some fragrance days after. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I live in BC and ordered a Christmas arrangement and a box of chocolates online for Dec 23rd. She phoned the afternoon of the 23rd and was absolutely happy on getting the package. I am so happy with everything you do.

She asked a lot of great questions to get an idea of what I wanted and said she would take it from there. Without me telling them they actually ended up using the some of the same flowers that were in my wife's bouquet on our wedding day. My wife hasn't stopped saying how beautiful they are. Fantastic experience: OMG I cannot say enough about Pollie's Flowers and their staff. They came through with everything I asked for in the flower arrangement and more. I was bad and provided them with an incorrect contact number for the flowers and they called me right away to advise. Then I gave the the correct contact number and they went back and re-derlivered them. It starte as a B-day arrangment and then become a get well as B-day arrangement and they made an amazing arrangement. Sierra made creating the custom flower arrangement effortless with incorporating every meaningful element I had hoped for. Her service was with compassion, patience and expertise- literally could not have asked for better assistance. Sierra took her time with me and even reassured me by offering to call her (during a long wkd!) if I wanted any changes leading to delivery day. Truly exceptional! The result was a fresh, lush, beautiful blanket of an arrangement - nothing like anything I’ve seen. Best part yet is that given the high expenses during a time of loss (and in general), the cost for the arrangement was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Okay everyone should go to this shop! My friend sent me a beautiful bouquet but I wasn't home to receive it. The delivery person did an almost too excellent job of hiding it from theft/ protecting it from the sun/ heat by putting it in the shade by our bush. Unfortunately I didn't notice it's presence til atleast 36 hours later and only my friend had received the delivery notification in order to maintain the surprise. I called Pollie's as some of the flowers were wilted from the floral foam drying out. They were very apologetic and we even had a chuckle about how good the delivery hiding spot was. They said they'd replace it and I was heading out to do errands so I stopped by the shop. (Very neato shop btw. Definitely worth a visit in person to see all the tiny plants, local artisan products and abundance of cool vases!) Sierra was an absolute gem - she took apart the bouquet, kept the flowers that were to her satisfaction, crafted me a whole new stunning fuller bouquet and packaged it for safe transport. See photos. I was so pleased with the experience, and love love love the diverse, textured bouquet. Thank you Sierra at Pollie's! My dog thanks you for the non-negotiable snuggles too! HIGHLY Recommend!

Negative experience: Got a beautiful and I’m sure very expensive gift, 90% of the plants died within months. I keep a house full of plants alive and healthy, this was not an issue on my part.

They also called the recipient in the morning, confirmed her name, address and buzzer code. I get the reason why they did that but it somewhat removed the element of surprise. Anyways, the flowers are beautiful!! The recipient said it was worth the wait - she ended up staying home the whole day so she wouldn’t miss the delivery since her building has no concierge. Later the same day, I recieved a helpful phonecall letting me know that the shop was waiting on a shipment of Gerber daisies and that they'd try to get the order out, pending their inventory delivery. I wasn't particular about which flowers would be in the bouquet and told the manager she could simply replace them with a different type of flower. The bouquet was delivered shortly after and it did not disappoint! The daisies were replaced with some beautiful lilies. My friend was thrilled and I am so happy with the friendly service and fast delivery! I highly recommend shopping here for your flower and gifting needs.
