Fantastic experience: The overall presentation of their website and its ease of use is what specifically drew me into doing business with them. Their communication was excellent, they had forgotten to ship the strawberries along with the flowers but I simply emailed them and they got back to me right away, assuring me they’d be shipped. Positive experience: The flowers that were eventually delivered were lovely but the arrived a day late. I contacted Lovebird on a Monday to have flowers delivered for a Wednesday. They sent the pictures of the flowers to me Wednesday afternoon because I am out of town. I thought the afternoon was a little late to get to the birthday girl that day and no surprise the flowers did not get delivered on wednesday. I left a voice mail and sent an email regarding my disappointment. I waited a couple of days to see if I received an apology and I have not. Nice flowers - poor service.

The ‘Happy Days’ bouquet was so lush and full that you couldn’t even see the yellow Happy Face mug underneath, which will make a cute memento for later. And no delivery charge!!! Negative experience: They couldn’t have been more rude. No greeting, no eye contact—just completely dismissive from the start. I tried to ask a question about a bouquet, and they responded with attitude, like I was bothering them. They didn’t even try to be helpful or friendly. It felt like they couldn’t care less whether I stayed or left, so I left. I get that people can have bad days, but if you’re running a business by yourself, basic courtesy should be a given. Terrible customer service—definitely not going back.

Fantastic experience: I goofed up and gave the florist the incorrect delivery address for an arrangement I ordered. Not only did Lovebird Flowers redeliver the flowers to the correct address the very next day, but they went back and picked them up from the incorrect address. This was 100% an error on my fault, but they rectified it immediatly for me.The customer service was supportive and courteous, and the flowers are beautiful. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

Positive experience: Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day over a week in advance for pickup towards the end of the day since that’s what worked with my work schedule. When I took them out of the box I was surprised to find that there was no ribbon or card included. I was told these were complimentary (and therefore not part of cost I paid) even though the ribbon is included in the picture of the flowers I selected online and the card was part of the online ordering process. While the flowers were very nice I would advise others to ensure these items are included upon pickup. I was personally disappointed this was missed particularly given the occasion.

I googled Florists in London Ont. and found Lovebird Flowers Inc., and read all their reviews which were terrific. I decided to call and order from them, and I was not disappointed. That's how I came across Lovebird Flowers. I wrote to her via Instagram and told her about my request. During a phone call, she gave me a great flower recommendation and we coordinated everything else. She then kept me up to date with everything else via Instagram. Fantastic experience: The arrangements I requested for my mothers celebration of life turned out so beautiful. I brought one of my mums favourite cardigans, and asked for similar colours. I was so happy with how they turned out, and we received many compliments. Along with the large arrangement I asked for a large bouquet that I could arrange into four vases that I was purchasing myself. The day before my pick-up I received a call from Lovebird Flowers, asking if I had the vases ready. They let me bring them in, and they arranged the flowers for me. It was such a generous touch that I really appreciated - in times of grief these little actions go such a long way. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Lovebird Flowers is the best! We had our wedding flowers from here and were so happy. An employee at the venue even said they were the nicest flowers she'd ever seen in her time of working there. Michelle created exactly what I wanted based on photos and was able to sub in silk flowers for the varieties out of season (you couldn't even tell they weren't real!) I gave a rough idea of what I might like for corsages and table boquets and Michelle was able to create something that I loved! I even changed my boquet slightly a few weeks before the wedding and they were able to accommodate that with no issues. They also delivered the flowers to the venue the morning of the ceremony with lots of time to spare. We had 6 flower girls and expected that we would have to purchased lots of flower petals but Michelle said that wasn't necessary and that we could use what was left from her making our arrangements. For the amount of flowers and the high quality and freshness of everything we were expecting to pay a lot more than we did. Amazing quality and value! You won't regret using Lovebirds for your wedding. They will make your flower dreams come true!

Fantastic experience: I live in Michigan and send flowers to my mother in London a few times a year. This Mother's Day I ordered flowers for the wrong date (the Friday after Mother's Day) but Lovebird Flowers saw the mistake and delivered the flowers on time for Mother's Day. The flowers are beautiful and included an African Violet which is my Mom's favorite flower. I will keep using this florist as they always do a fantastic job!

Fantastic experience: My partner recently got me a tropical plant from Love Bird, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality! The plant itself was flawless (not one mark on any of the leaves, and pest free) the dirt was excellent quality, and it came in a beautiful holiday planter! I also appreciated that it was nicely packaged to keep the plant warm while being delivered in the winter months. I strongly suggest you check them out for all of your floral, and tropical plant needs!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. I was left a message from the store that someone had ordered us a floral arrangement after my father's passing. We called back and left 5 seperate messages over the course of a week to see how we could get the arrangement. No one ever answered the phone nor did we get a follow up call after the messages we left. We even tried to stop by the store during business hours on a Monday afternoon to collect the flowers. The doors were locked. Not only did we not get the arrangement that someone purchased for us during my father's passing, but we have no idea who tried to send us the arrangement so we could send our appreciation for their thoughtfulness during our time of grief. Incredibly inconsiderate service, especially while we are dealing with a challenging time. So someone paid money to this business and they did not fulful their agreement with the buyer. Unacceptable - not even worthy of 1 star but had to give a star otherwise my post would not have been accepted.

I didn't have much of a specific vision in mind, except that I wanted anemones, and the team did a beautiful job of making a vision I didn't even know I had, come to life! We even made a few last minute additions to our order and Lovebird Flowers made it happen, and for a reasonable price as well!! Thanks to Lovebird Flowers for being a beautiful part of our day!
