Fantastic experience: Only needed a small half dozen set of roses and was immediately helped. Sofia specifically asked what I needed and was more than accommodating. I brought my own basket and she wrapped it beautifully for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from a floral shop.

Negative experience: I had ordered flowers a week in advance to be delivered on the 13th of February, a day before Valentine's Day. The delivery fellow turned up eventually with the flowers, but the problem lies in the poor customer service provided by the florist's shop. When I tried calling the shop after work to check the status of the delivery, they put me on hold without even acknowledging the call the moment it got connected. After 30 minutes of complete silence, they hung up the call. This is sheer disrespect, making a simple inquiry a waste of my time. Their service is so poor that Rogers looks like a well-oiled machine in comparison.

I often have to call on behalf of the veterinary hospital I work for, and everyone I speak with is always so kind and helpful. I frequently get Jamie on the phone, and she is wonderful — bubbly, sweet, and genuinely friendly. Since we usually call to arrange sympathy flowers for clients who have lost their pets, it can be a sad reason to reach out. But their kindness always brightens our day, and we know the flowers are in the best hands. My coworkers and I honestly look forward to speaking with their team. They’re amazing.

Negative experience: Came to buy Lily, but they didn’t have the bloomed one. So, I planned to get Carnacean but I needed just one flower because I like it single only. However, the attitude of the employee was so rude and she even judged and commented on that roses are expensive. I always appreciate the work done by any employee but this is not the way to treat anyone. It’s her job to satisfy the customer requirements and that’s only the reason she gets paid. Also, I would like to mention that you cannot judge someone how much they earn in accordance with what they are buying. That’s my suggestion to suspend such a rude employee who disrespects the Canadian culture of mutual respect and dignity. Rest assured, never going to come to this particular shop.

Fantastic experience: The order was handled expertly over the phone - super friendly and helped pick out an appropriate springtime bouquet even if I didn’t know all the names of the various flowers! Bouquet was big, bright and colourful and ready on time and already in a water-containing travel “pot”. Most importantly, my mom loved the flowers. I’d totally recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

They handled the holiday rush with such kindness and professionalism. The arrangement I took, made by Manthan, was absolutely beautiful—fresh, vibrant, and perfectly put together! Fantastic experience: Forest of Flowers were great to deal with for the two bouquets I needed to send recently. From the phone to the delivery the process was smooth on their end, and the staff was helpful and reliable. They worked with me when we needed to correct the address for on of the deliveries and a contact number. The actual bouquets were custom based on a few guidelines and a vase preference and they knocked it out of the park. 100% would recommend and use again. Thank you FOF!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to thank the young man that assisted myself and my husband with an FTD purchase going to Los Angeles, California. We were in Monday October 21, 2024 morning just after 9 a.m. This fellow was very helpful and knowledgable. He warned us that since it going to California, it probably wouldn't be delivered until possibly Thursday. I wanted to let you know the FTD service works very efficiently, my recipient received her flowers that afternoon (Monday, the same day!). So happy. This store is very easy to access with loads of parking, it’s very clean and welcoming. Thanks again

Positive experience: First time ordering from out of town, did not receive the arrangement I paid for!!! So disappointed! Delivered before the actual date I wanted it delivered.! I paid for a PREMIUM arrangement and received a basic arrangement. In the Premium arrangement is to have premium flowers- roses!!! I want to give a huge thank you to Megan for fixing my issues with the flower arrangement. Realizing their mistakes and fixing a new arrangement up and delivering a new arrangement and delivering on customer satisfaction. Just wish they had not goofed up on the delivery date.
