Fantastic experience: I have ordered flowers here for my wife for 2 birthdays, and a valentines day now. Today is her birthday and I brought her the "Send a Smile" set and she loves it. Meghan is very friendly, and always makes the process of ordering and picking up easy and quick. I trust Forest of Flowers to make my wife happy on every occasion. Edit: Two years and many many orders later the great service has still continued. Recently I ordered “A Burst of Sunshine” and it is particularly stunning. Full and beautiful with so many buds beginning to bloom. Completely changes the smell of our entire living room.

Negative experience: I have bought from them several times over the years; the experience was pleasant. My last 2 experiences: I was frustrated last time I bought flowers from them back in December 2024 - chalked it up to them being busy. Visited them again 3 weeks ago. Even though I was the only person in the store, the Russian lady seemed to be bothered to answer my questions. Ended up walking out and going to another place.

Negative experience: So my partner and I went here today. The counter girl was good but we were looking for a bigger bouquet for our mom who just suffered an unimaginable loss. The counter girl had to get her manager and the manager came out and was terrible. Absolutely no empathy and made it feel like we were a huge inconvenience for coming in. Said they needed an hour to put together a bouquet which is crazy. I was prepared to spend over $100 but given how that interaction was, we left. Best decision ever, ended up going to a shop down on Horton called Lovebird Flowers. The lady at Lovebird was amazing despite being incredibly busy, she made time for us and she made us the most beautiful bouquet that brightened our mom’s day. Support the small guy, the chains don’t care. I won’t ever go back to Forrest of flowers. To the manager- you need to learn compassion.

Fantastic experience: I live hours away from London however I still managed to have the most amazing with Forest of Flowers Highbury. Meghan was incredibly friendly, understood my request just by talking over the phone, and she truly went above and beyond to create the most beautiful order for me. They were able to deliver my flowers on the same day for a small cost and it truly was a beautiful arrangement and experience. Thank you so much again Meghan, I’ll definitely be a long time customer and will be sure to recommend you guys to all my friends and family!

I recently ordered florals for my Bridal Tea Party, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to bring my vision to life, especially with a custom blue floral order that was so important to me. The florists were incredibly attentive and helpful, offering thoughtful suggestions while making sure every detail was just right. You can truly feel the care and pride they take in their work. The arrangements were absolutely stunning — fresh, vibrant, and beautifully designed — they completely elevated the atmosphere of my tea party and made it feel extra special. Negative experience: I was overcharged by a considerable amount and when I confirmed the price I was shown a lot of attitude from the cashier. Turns out she did make a mistake after all. Will not return here, save your money and go elsewhere.

Whether I am picking something up or making a custom request, the service is always great and the arrangements are always beautiful. Meghan is wonderful and always comes up with something beautiful and extra special to suit our requests. I recently received a floral arrangement for my birthday and found out it was created by Meghan. It was absolutely stunning! She is truly gifted. Highly recommend this location for your floral needs!

Negative experience: I bought flowers for my best friend birthday I went into the shop Friday picked out the exact bouquet of flowers that were (purple and pink bright colors)that I thought she would like, but made a few changes and added a few things like Sunflowers and babybreath and paid $90 for it and expected to pick it up Sunday at 11am. I went there at 11:30 Sunday, flowers were not ready and I was shocked because she gave me something that I didn't ordered. The young lady gave me Fall flowers (autumn colors) and it didn't look completely, I was still in complete shock that it wasn't the right flowers and I didn't know what to do or say because I was already running late and flowers should have been ready since 11am. I was so upset and very disappointed but had no choice but to except it, because I didn't have any more time to wait around for a new Bouquet.

Negative experience: Find a more reliable shop. Great flowers. Terrible service. I ordered flowers for my S.O. for valentines day understanding that the day will be busy and hectic for delivery service. I placed the order very early inthe year so I can secure a spot to get the flowers delivered. Upon calling, the lady who answered assured me the flowers would be delivered but un certain the time frame. But assured me before 3. And what do you know come the day and not delivered. I understand the situation of the day but was assured on delivered before 3 part as promised. When I called to let them know the situation I was met with a instant " we never ganrentee delivery " But they do! just not a specific time. Which is understandable. Was told " you should deliver them yourself " Why would you take my order knowing you can't deliver the product? It's my fault for trusting a shady store I guess. At least say before I order. " we don't garentee delivery or time " Which would lead me to order from a shop that's more reliable and gets the job done. And finally when I did receive the flowers they were wilted and squshed as if they were in a truck all day... It's litterly your service. Flowers and delivery. False advertising with Trash service and a garabge response. Don't use. Find a more reliable shop.

Negative experience: Would not recommend. I called on Monday to make an appointment for Friday at noon to discussing wedding flowers. The girl on the phone said she would let the florist know and that 12 works. I called today (Friday) to check if I can come earlier and the wedding florist said she cannot meet until 5pm. I proceeded to say was no one going to call me and tell me that the appointment changed. She was very rude on the phone and stated that the employee wrote “looking to discuss wedding flowers”. No one was calling me, good thing I called before leaving. I would recommend choosing another florist, I have since contacted a few other locations who have been extremely welcoming and organized. I would not feel comfortable leaving my wedding flowers with someone who cannot even contact their customer to tell them they can no longer meet. Brutal service.

Fantastic experience: This is my 7th year ordering my Christmas centre piece. When I walked in to pick it up, I was overjoyed with how beautiful it was. I take in my tray and bobbles each year and then the Ladies add the greenery and fresh flowers. This year, Meagan did an exceptional job, it is absolutely beautiful. Along with the great work they do, the customer service is over the top, always very kind and polite, this is why I keep returning. I would absolutely highly recommend this location.

Negative experience: The Mother's Day Arrangement was unimpressive and the service was unfriendly. They had a take what we give you attitude. Zero choice in what the colors, flowers or accents used in your arrangement. They literally told me, "It's our choice." Tried to sell me a vase without directly telling you it was optional. The added accents at the counter were literally dollar store quality. Staff was surprisingly unapproachable. I've had better customer service at a Tim Hortons. You could tell the staff was a bunch of minimum wage part timers who could care less about there job. No Idea why this place has a high score you are better off buying an arrangement from the Superstore. I get Mother's Day is busy but no excuse if you want repeat customers. Heh these flowers were not cheap!

Negative experience: Wow, what a disappointing arrangement! $91 dollars (including $12 deliver for the same parking lot 100 feet away) ridiculous… I put the banana there for scale.

The florist phoned that the shop did not have enough gerbera daisies for my specific order and asked if I wanted to postphone the order or have something similar made up with different flowers. Negative experience: Went highbury ave N and Huron location. Main employee ask me to open there one room to see more colours in roses but there was only 1 red colour roses in one side and room was blocked half way but there were some coloured roses on other side n nothing mentioned their that they are sold or anything else. I try to ask and got rude reply from main girl that they are sold that is y not displayed and stay in this area only. I was like hell I followed your instructions to open door and see and their was nothing mentioned about sold or available. I was like surprised to see response. I still took half dozen and as I enter their shop. I was thinking to get flowers for my upcoming home event But sorry to say no more business.

Positive experience: Beautiful arrangement that I received but the service could have been a lot better from the staff at the front counter (an older woman and a younger woman.) As a customer who doesn’t know much about flowers and arrangements, naturally, I would ask for advice from the experts. I expected a respectful, professional and knowledgeable response, and not something with an air of indifference. I felt very uncomfortable during the whole visit and didn’t expect to be feeling like I was causing them trouble. Even though the arrangement was beautiful, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location unless they really take this feedback and improve.

Negative experience: My birthday was on Thursday and normally I wake up to my bouquet of flowers. When I husband went to the highbury location he asked for a bouquet and was told by the closing person that he couldn't purchase them as they close in 3 mins. 3 mins to ring in a bouquet that is already to go. I think this is such a terrible example of customer service. 3 mins that could have made not only a sale but two other people happy being the purchaser and the person who was receiving the flowers. Very poor decision

Negative experience: I picked up a bouquet of cut flowers this morning from this location. They were from my daughters and for my wife’s retirement. Huge disappointment. There was far more greenery than actual flowers and then my daughter informed me the bouquet cost $55! Save your money and get a $20 bouquet from Costco....far nicer and more actual flowers for less than half the price. Follow up.... Dear owner. I will not be posting my contact info on social media. Is this how you make it appear that you are responsive to your customers?

Negative experience: I got an email saying that the flowers were delivered to my neighbor as I wanted to surprise her. When I went and asked her about it, she said she never received them. Since I'm her neighbor I kept an eye out myself and surely nothing was delivered. I'm really disappointed. I'm getting my flowers somewhere else from now on.

I picked an urn blue and white arrangement and it was $299 plus tax and I told them I could only afford $100 and they kept to my budget and made it just as beautiful. Fantastic experience: I was trying to have flowers delivered to our daughter on her opening night of a theatre production in London. We live in Tucson, Arizona. Forest of Flowers was exceptionally accommodating. They even phoned me to help figure out the best way to get the flowers to her at the appropriate time at the theatre. Obviously we didn't get to see the flowers, but our daughter said they were beautiful and they let her know that we were thinking of her and with her in spirit.

Negative experience: One star from me. Enough said

Negative experience: This is by far the worst flower shop in London. The prices are expensive compared to others in the city and the flowers are dead within a day or two. Also it is quite evident that the "floral designers" (if you can even call them that) are not trained professionals since they do not use any technique or skills . They literally just shove flowers together and call it an arrangement. I would be embarrassed to send flowers to someone from this location. The customer service is not much better. There are several more superior options in London than this! I would advise to take your business else where.
