Fantastic experience: I received beautiful roses from this location! I received 45 for my anniversary (all colours) and 12 red for Valentine’s Day - they were all perfect and have opened up magnificently! I have never received such a perfect bunch in 45 years! Well Done!

Negative experience: Absolute unprofessional behavior. I was charged $70 for a flower order, yet the flowers were not wrapped properly. When I asked for proper wrapping, it was refused. The bouquet also did not include any water source or floral foam (wet sponge) at the base, which is basic and standard for fresh flowers. Because of this negligence, the flowers dried out while I was delivering them to a friend, which was extremely embarrassing. I had to manage everything myself. I have been to other Forest of Flowers locations, where the staff are polite, friendly, and understand the basics of flower care and customer service. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite. A staff member kept repeatedly coming back to question me again and again, showing no respect for customer privacy or personal-space boundaries. The communication was poor, and the behavior felt intrusive and uncomfortable. If staff cannot meet basic standards of professionalism, respect, and customer service, they should not be working in a customer-facing role. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the price .

Respectful, professional service is a basic expectation at Forest of Flowers, and what you described is not representative of how we train or operate. We take feedback like this seriously and would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to look into it further and make things right.

We would, however, like to clarify a few important points regarding the packaging of our products. A built-in water source is not standard practice for hand-tied bouquets. Flowers are intended to be re-cut and placed into water upon arrival. Our team is trained to ask customers how long their flowers will be out of water and will recommend our optional Arrive Alive water source for an additional charge if flowers will be out of water more than a couple of hours. All bouquets are wrapped in cello, finished with ribbon and a gold seal, and we advise customers to give their flowers a fresh cut at home before placing them in water.

As with many retailers today, additional packaging and specialty materials are not included by default. We are unable to locate a record of this purchase, and the experience described does not reflect how our team is trained to operate. That said, we take feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to better understand what occurred.

Fantastic experience: Marie was awesome helping me 6scdd4 placing my order and had some helpful suggestions. Marie the card l tried to use hadn't been activated. It was my new card that I received months ago and had never used it, no wonder it didn't work. Thank you again.
