Fantastic experience: I received beautiful roses from this location! I received 45 for my anniversary (all colours) and 12 red for Valentine’s Day - they were all perfect and have opened up magnificently! I have never received such a perfect bunch in 45 years! Well Done!

Negative experience: Absolute unprofessional behavior. I was charged $70 for a flower order, yet the flowers were not wrapped properly. When I asked for proper wrapping, it was refused. The bouquet also did not include any water source or floral foam (wet sponge) at the base, which is basic and standard for fresh flowers. Because of this negligence, the flowers dried out while I was delivering them to a friend, which was extremely embarrassing. I had to manage everything myself. I have been to other Forest of Flowers locations, where the staff are polite, friendly, and understand the basics of flower care and customer service. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite. A staff member kept repeatedly coming back to question me again and again, showing no respect for customer privacy or personal-space boundaries. The communication was poor, and the behavior felt intrusive and uncomfortable. If staff cannot meet basic standards of professionalism, respect, and customer service, they should not be working in a customer-facing role. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the price .

Here’s a detailed account of the issues I encountered: Misleading Assurances: Upon placing my order, I was informed that the heart-shaped block foam was unavailable. The shop assured me that the substitute flowers would closely resemble my original selection. However, the arrangement I received was sparse, lacked the advertised materials, and fell significantly short in both quality and fullness. Delivery Delay: The shop promises same-day delivery for orders placed after 11 AM. Contrary to this commitment, my order did not arrive on the expected date, the 13th, which was particularly disheartening given the special occasion. Unauthorized Refund Charge: After expressing my dissatisfaction, the shop processed a $12 refund to my credit card without my consent. It’s important to note that businesses must ensure that charges to customers’ credit cards are authorized. This unauthorized action is both unprofessional and potentially unlawful. After letting them know I did not want that charged to my card and why they would process without my consent they ignored the email. Poor Customer Service: In an attempt to address these issues, I reached out to the customer support team around 10 times and made phone calls. The responses were unsatisfactory and the unauthorized refund did not compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment experienced. Perception of Being Misled: Upon seeing the arrangement, my coworkers, family, and loved ones expressed their dissatisfaction and felt that I had been scammed with a grocery store bouquet Recommendation: Given the misrepresentation of the product, the failed delivery commitment, unauthorized refund charge, and inadequate customer service, I strongly advise potential customers to consider other flower shops that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: I have used a few different Forest of Flowers stores for many years, always with great results. But the shop at Wonderland and Southdale in London recently went so far above & beyond that I need to let them know how amazing they are. We needed to order funeral sprays for my mom. Barb was so kind and helpful making a sad & hard thing to do a little bit easier. She guided my dad and I through the options and helped us make decisions. She called the florist up to discuss a few choices too and she was so nice & helpful. Our flowers (a casket spray & two side arrangements) were stunning! And the price was so much more reasonable than ordering through the funeral home. Thank you Barb - you are incredible.

Fantastic experience: This is always my go to for Beautiful Flowers and arrangements that are always so carefully delivered when you want . The Designers here do a Great job and I never have to worry about being Disappointed . The flowers are always fresh and if they don't have what you want they will gladly accommodate you with something else . I would highly recommend this shop when you want a Job well done and customer satisfaction .

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for my Granddaughter’s 16th birthday. I asked Marie to take a picture because I was unable to see the flowers before they were delivered & because this is a granddaughter I am not allowed to see, which I shared with her, I was certain she understood & would be sure to take that picture so I could save it. She assured me she would. I believed her. Silly me! I called a few days later to speak to her but she wasn’t there. I spoke with her sister who assured me she’d have Marie call me. That never happened. I called again early the next morning & left another message for Marie to call me. Again, no response. Then I called later in the day & Marie answered. When I explained who I was & the reason for my call, she simply said “I forgot. Sorry ‘bout that.” I felt pretty devastated. She obviously could have cared less about my disappointment. It didn’t matter to her one bit that I was so hurt & disappointed! I know that the world we live in today can be an uncaring one but I honestly felt Marie was a decent & kind woman. Guess what? She is neither! Next time I need flowers for any occasion, this store will not get my business. Linda Watson

Positive experience: Always a great selection of bouquets and arrangements and their flowers are always fresh. There is a wide range of price points too so you don't have to spend a fortune. My wife always likes the flowers I buy from here and a tip for you Guys - Flowers you buy here last for like 2 weeks so you get maximum brownie points from the wife! Staff are always very helpful too and they will even make up custom bouquets while you wait.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a bouquet for my daughters 21st birthday! Due to an error on my part the flowers went to the wrong address. Linda at the store was quick to contact me to try to rectify the issue. She even said if necessary she would personally redeliver them! Wow what a pleasure to deal with a florist who really cares. Unfortunately, they didn't last a full 7 days even though they were well taken care of. I called and asked what did I do wrong and was told to come in for a complimentary bouquet. They DIDN'T have to do it and they did. I appreciate them for their services and will continue to buy from them.

Fantastic experience: I ordered almost $1,000 worth of arrangements for my sister's celebration of life. I was unhappy with two of the arrangements and called to let them know. I was shocked to see how quickly they addressed my concerns. They immediately took action and corrected the problems well before the memorial. They really care about the customer and I ended up with gorgeous arrangements, as ordered or better. The delivery was on time and the customer service was excellent. I will go to this location for any future arrangements I need.

Fantastic experience: We have used this location for years and appreciate the freshness of the arrangements. I recently bought a Valentines bouquet for my wife and the following day several of the stems were doing poorly. I called the shop and they immediately offered a replacement and and free delivery. We live close so I went to the shop with the bouquet. I was provided with a replacement bouquet which was beautiful and more expensive than what I had purchased. Staff were most apologetic. This was excellent customer service and we will continue to buy our flowers from this location as well as recommend it to our friends and family.

Fantastic experience: We were greeted immediately upon opening the door with a bright smile and a "good morning" by the lady working. She helped us pick a fresh bouquet for a friend. She was incredibly friendly and thanked us multiple times for coming in today. We normally purchase flowers from another Forest of Flowers store but I highly recommend location as well. Fantastic experience: I was in this location for a nice bouquet for my wife and was greeted by Marie-Kim. This lady was so friendly and had top notch customer service. She asked what I was looking for and I told her my wife’s favourite colour was purple. She took the time to show me everything in purple. I told her she loves the “d” orchids and she said the correct word right away and she said they had them! She put together a lovely vase full of them and she also used a purple vase. She was so tentative! I highly recommend this place and Marie-Kim will take great care of you and find you exactly what you want! Thank you forest of flowers!

Fantastic experience: I called Forest of Flowers on Wonderland Road South, in London, Ontario, Canada, only two days before I needed them. They were extremely helpful, above and beyond what I would expect. I don't have enough space to describe how they turned out. Just to name a few..... extraordinary, absolutely beautiful, stunning, amazing, exquisite, gorgeous just to name a few a few. Fantastic experience: My daughters bought me a lovely cut flower arrangement on Saturday May 8, 2021 and brought it to me the same day. It was lovely but by Monday the 10th the little pink sweetheart spray roses were pretty much dead. I phoned the florist and the woman said they would replace them. I went over to the store on Tuesday morning and was given 3 spray roses. They opened up beautifully and the arrangement looks so beautiful today, Wednesday the 12th. Thank you for your kind and courteous help to make things right.

Negative experience: You should have an e-mail that I could have sent this message on rather than making it public, but, I couldn't find one. I ordered Spring Fever tulips for a friend's birthday and it appears that she received the Cheer tulips bouquet instead. A lot of greenery but not as many tulips as shown on the picture on your site. Very disappointed. Have been dealing with Forest of Flowers, usually the one in East London, for many years,and have never been disappointed until now.

Positive experience: I ordered a cut flower arrangement for my friends bday. I selected it from a picture on their website and they made up and delivered the flowers very quickly which was impressive. Unfortunately some of the main flowers in this particular arrgmt were missing. When I brought to Marcella's attention and showed her a pic of what my friend received, she very kindly and professionally offered to redo the arrgmt and send another one. I accepted her offer and she resent a week later at my request. I would have been ok with the missing Gerbers if they had substituted with something else equally as significant but I was not notified there wouldn't be any Gerbers. Positive experience: This past Monday, I ordered two matching floral arrangements for sisters that lost their father. They both work with us, so they were a gift from coworkers to them. This location (Wonderland Rd S.) delivered within 12 hours of placing the order to the one sister, and the other location has sadly fallen short - one sister got her arrangement on Tuesday morning, the other sister has not received theirs yet and it's Friday afternoon. It would have been nice for them to receive their flowers same day (it's actually the order that was placed first that has yet to be delivered) so that one sister does not feel forgotten by her coworkers at an already difficult time. This location was very helpful in helping me start the process of getting things sorted out, and at explaining to me how the online ordering system prioritizes locations based on delivery address - but I would hope that consistency would be across the board when operating under the Forest of Flowers name. It would have been nice if the store could've called on my behalf rather than leaving it up to me to sort out. Communication has been awful, and I have phoned the other location twice now (Wednesday evening, and Friday morning) with no success, and they have yet to ever try and contact me after "failed delivery attempts" despite someone being at home all day, and just not answering the phone. My assumption would be that they should've reached out to the person placing the order when they had an issue getting it sent out to the recipient - especially when "same day delivery" is a selling feature (I understand this is not possible when an order is placed in the evening). I also have never received a phone call before flowers have been dispatched - most florists use the provided phone number when they can't make contact at the delivery location, not prior to making and sending out the arrangement altogether. Is this new COVID-19 protocol? The other sister was not called prior to her flowers being sent out, so it seems as though if it's a policy change it has not been universally adopted at all locations. I have always ordered my arrangements through Forest of Flowers, but this experience has been really frustrating. It seems awful when one sister receives a condolence gift from all of her coworkers and the other sister does not, and they work at the same place.I have given Forest of Flowers my business the entire time I was living in London (10 years), and now since moving to Strathroy, but I'm realizing that there's a missing consistency piece. Going forward, I will be careful to look at a city map before placing my next order.

Fantastic experience: Went into the store a few days ago to help my sister choose her wedding flowers and the two ladies who were working were SO kind! They chatted and joked with us the whole time while helping other customers who weren't able to enter the store due to the pandemic. Also saw some of the work that the bouquet artist had created and it was beautiful enough to be featured in a wedding magazine! They were both so helpful and kind, and they know their flowers too! Definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for friendly and helpful service, even during the pandemic!!!

Fantastic experience: I have used this service many times to send my wife or other loved ones gifts for mothers day, valentines, or birthday. The service and quality has always been great. We had a minor delivery issue with my last order for my wife's birthday. When brought up to them they addressed it in a manner that went above and beyond. Positive experience: We ordered 15 bouquets for centerpieces and they gave us 13...my dad went back and they fixed it and were nice. even gave us an extra one. THEN they completely messed up my bridal bouquet....they had the wrong colours and the bouquet was so large I couldn't even hold it with two hands....when my maid of honor and bridesmaid took them back to get them fixed they were so rude to them. They argued that it was what i ordered (it wasn't. there was not supposed to be red flowers in my bouquet). After arguing about it they finally fixed it. Although they messed up twice and they were rude to my friends, I'm giving 3 stars. At the end of the day, we had everything we needed and the flowers were absolutely stunnning. very beautiful.

Negative experience: Beautiful flowers, absolutely terrible delivery. I understand that it was Valentine's Day and Forest of Flowers was busy and everything, but there is no excuse for delivering flowers to a business after 5:00PM. If you are unable to deliver before 5:00PM, then someone should have called me to say so. Luckily someone was working late at my wife's office to receive her flowers at 5:30PM well after my wife went home. Unfortunately for her she got to spend Valentine's Day without her roses and didn't get to see them until she arrived at work the next day. I can guarantee I won't be ordering flowers for delivery from Forest of Flowers again. This place is a "pick-up only" service in my opinion. There are plenty of other flower delivery options in London that will guarantee their delivery and actually give your special someone a well-deserved surprise for Valentine's Day. Look elsewhere if you are going to have your flowers delivered.
