Fantastic experience: Rachel did my wedding bouquet and my husbands boutonnière back in June and she did amazing. I sent her reference photos of what I liked and asked her to add some blue to match my husbands tux, and she did AMAZING. The blue flowers she added ended up being a perfect match and we got so many compliments. Definitely recommend Rachel!

Fantastic experience: Had a birthday emergency and called the store at 1030am. Spoke to a super friendly and helpful associate named Melissa. She got my mom her flowers prepared and delivered to her workplace by 2pm and they looked great.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to buy a single flower to lay at my father's resting place, on his birthday, December 2. The staff member who served me was so helpful. She suggested a carnation which she said would probably last a little longer under the weather conditions at that time. She also carefully wrapped it in cellophane to protect it. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Delivery was seamless, and the entire experience was fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough about the three flower arrangements Meghan made for my wife’s Celebration of Life on Sat 29 Jul 2023. I showed Meghan some photo’s for reference, as I wanted an arrangement for Wife, Sister-In Law, and Brother-In Law. She made some excellent suggestions which made it easier for me. The three arrangements were delivered just prior to my arrival at the Victory Legion, London as requested. The many visitors for the Celebration could not have praised the three arrangements enough which were quite uplifting, considering the emotional afternoon. The flowers chosen by Meghan were exactly what we agreed to and her professional experience just made the event so much more pleasing. Thank You so much Meghan! You made the celebration a huge success and I told so many people where and whom I dealt with on ordering the flower arrangements.

Fantastic experience: Rachel did an amazing, beautiful job on our wedding flowers! From start to finish, she guided me through the process and helped me pick the perfect fresh flowers and accents for my bridal bouquet (and the other bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages), while staying within budget. We couldnt believe the price for 1 bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, 2 flower girl bouquets, 8 boutonnieres, and 5 corsages, plus delivery, was all under $900 for fresh flowers! The flowers smelled nice and fresh upon delivery with no browning of petals, and all the flowers in bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages stayed intact throughout the day. We couldn't have asked for more beautiful flowers and we highly recommend Rachel!

I was given the option to wait for the next day when more daisies would be in or substitute them for a different coloured daisy. I decided on going with purple daisies instead. Well that was the right choices because the bouquet was beautiful and my friend loved them! I will continue to give my business to Forest of Flowers. Their staff is friendly and very helpful!

The manager/owner realized this and made sure to make up for the inconvenience and, instead of leaving there angry that I was delayed, I left there with the sense that they took care of me as a customer. Fantastic experience: I ordered from the east London location because my parents live in that area and flowers were for their 60th anniversary. I WILL ONLY ORDER FROM THEM FROM NOW ON. Arrangement was even nicer than it showed online. I live Masonville area and have never been happy with this Forest of Flowers in my area. Staff rude and flowers arrangements NEVER look las nice as online picture online.

Positive experience: I arranged to have a "pick me up" set to my mom. While one of the flowers in the arrangement I chose was unavailable, Jody's team chose a complimentary flower. The theme remained as I had wanted and my mom thought the flowers were beautiful. In the end that's what was important. The flowers were delivered at the time I requested. The price point - reasonable, as I've come to expect from Forest of Flowers. Overall, a 4.5 rating!
