Fantastic experience: Forest of flowers: I went in to order some flowers for a favourite person. Their service was good and awesome. They helped me so kindly it was my first in a flower shop. I enjoyed their walk-in Cooler room to see their flower arrangements display that was so cool! Their place of business was clean and tidy. Their customer service was also very helpful. So whom ever you send flowers to it is worth the money and service. It puts a smile on people's faces when they get a delivery from a flower store. I'll be using your service in the near future. Fantastic experience: What amazing service! We have always had good service but my Mother’s Day present fell through. I called on Sunday morning to order daisy’s. They only had a certain florist choice package available so I purchased that. They delivered same day with 90% daisies just as I wanted. Perfect place!

Negative experience: This review is unfortunately not a good one and I hate to be negative but today was extremely disappointing. It was Mother’s Day today and i made my order online days ago and went to pick it up in store and when I arrived I was given the wrong bouquet of flowers and when I advised the employees initially I was helped by a lovely employee (I do not know her name but she works the front cash) and she was extremely helpful and had said a new bouquet could be created but then another employee came over and when advised of the situation was very cold to me and advised they had no more of the flowers I wanted but more random flowers could be added to my current bouquet. These flowers were nothing like the ones I ordered and did not look nearly as beautiful as the ones I ordered and having a few extra flowers won’t fix the issue. I then proceeded to ask if I could get a discount at least since these were expensive flowers! The employee said no and she would come back with different flowers. The employee was very unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable for speaking up the entire time. I waited for new flowers and when I received them they were not worth the money I paid. I left with my flowers and appreciated the help I was given but I was sad because the flowers I handed my mom weren’t what I wanted and because the stock of flowers were low (due to Mother’s Day) half of them were still closed. I understand it was Mother’s Day and the flower options were low but I feel if mistakes are made I shouldn’t be made to feel bad and there should be additional options for these situations. Update: I was contacted by Forest of Flowers and a resolution has been agreed upon. I appreciate what was done and hopefully in the future I will have a better experience.

Fantastic experience: Allowing one into the cooler to choose a custom arrangement is the thing I like most. Of course they have gorgeous bouquets and arrangements; but, also reasonably priced plants, balloons, cards etc. Very friendly staff makes this a preferred destination for things floral. They also have delivery services.

Fantastic experience: Excellent location to get flowers. I have been using them for several years, and their arrangements are always great. My only advice is to call in advance since the may not have the more uncommon flowers in stock, but they can usually get you whatever you need.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bridal bouquet and boutaniere in fall of 2023. First, I started by asking for a quote via their website. Their prices were much more affordable than the wedding florists who won't customize a small order and are located outside of town ($150 for bouquet and $18 for boutaniere for what I was looking for). Megan was very responsive and helpful over email, phone, and in-person to make sure my bouquet was exactly right. The order was ready right on time and the staff helped me carry it to the car. This was not my first order from Forest of Flowers, and I'm happy I trusted them for this important day!

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my daughter all the way from Calgary using the online ordering system. This was the only flower place open on a Sunday and had a huge selection as well. I ended up needing to change the address as my daughter was released from hospital early and they had no trouble changing the delivery for me.
