Negative experience: We had an incredibly disappointing experience with this business while trying to order a boutonniere and corsage for my son’s graduation. The owner was unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly lacked any sense of customer service. Despite placing the order well in advance, they phoned and said The designer called in sick you have to go elsewhere. and no apology what’s so every citing, what do you want me to do?What should have been a special and memorable moment for my son was instead marked by stress and frustration. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliability, care, or basic respect for their customers. I recommend after dealing with an owner that prides them selfs on doing the minimum while expecting the maximum so do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere there are wonderful florist companies out there. Hopefully this saves someone else the frustration of a very poor business owner.

Negative experience: Not fit for large orders. This is a "Mom & Pop" shop that has moved past its prime. Make sure you get everything in writing, do not trust them in good faith.

Ordered this year and after a ruined valentines dinner reservation we are still waiting for there delivery, order was placed more than a week ago and it is now 6:40 PM. - Order was finally delivered at 9pm. I also had easy and great customer service on the phone. I asked for a beautiful bouquet and a vase, and within hours it was delivered. I was so impressed and I saw photos from my family of the bouquet, the colors and greenery were well paired and it was lovely. They saved the day and I was honestly impressed with the service more than anything else.

Fantastic experience: Best floral service ever! Delivered the flowers straight to my girlfriend’s dorm. I ordered in person and the person helping me was very kind and enthusiastic. A wonderful detail was the 1 bloomed Lillie and 3 more unbloomed ones so we could watch them bloom. They also have cute heart plants and a lovely assortment of cards, bags, plushies, and trinkets. A little pricey, but worth it!

Fantastic experience: I placed an order here and was surprised to find a large variety of cool things to pick from. Flowers, cards, teddy bears, chocolates, etc. The order was very easy to make on their online website and was given a call when it was ready to pick up. I'm my opinion the best floral shop in the area. Definitely 5 stars out of 5.

Fantastic experience: Regency has been wonderful. In Feb. my mom passed away and I had to make arrangements for the flowers for her funeral. I ordered 3 - one on either side of casket and a cover from another company. At 10 am on the morning of her funeral, the other flower place called me up to say they could not deliver the flowers because they did not receive a delivery truck due to the snow storm. After leaving messages at several florists in London, Regency was the only florist who called me back. They delivered the flowers on time like nothing ever happened including her favorite yellow roses which was amazing! Without hesitation, I will always recommend Regency to take care of any flower needs my family has! Many thanks. What a company that cares so much!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to send flowers (same day delivery) to my sister in Komoka (I live in Burlington) and I found Regency Florists with a quick search. The website looked good, so I took a chance and went with Decorator's Choice. My sister receive a gorgeous arrangement of beautiful, fresh flowers in this afternoon. Negative experience: I received a tulip bouquet for mothers day. Very crowded and the tulips were very small. The purple ones were half the size of the orange ones. I did call and complain. They did offer me a different colour because they were out if purple ones. The colour they offered would have looked ridiculous. The person I spoke with also said the tulips would grow. I've never experienced petals growing on tulips after they've been cut. Well, they haven't grown yet!

The flowers and container were absolutely beautiful. They were delivered quickly, and the recipient loved them. The arrangement was full and colourful. Fantastic experience: I received a beautiful Christmas arrangement from a friend. The lady at Recency called to let me know they were delivering it that day to make sure I was home. She was very kind and the flowers are beautiful. They have lasted for days and still look like the day the arrived. I will be using this florist in the future.

Positive experience: Beautiful flowers as always, but just a small (funny) misunderstanding. My boyfriend (who is in Calgary) was trying to surprise me with a flower delivery but the company called me throughout the day to organize the drop off haha. Still an incredibly sweet gesture and service. Definitely recommend them, but I would be more specific for surprises

Fantastic experience: The flowers I ordered arrived at the hospital completely incorrect. I wrote the owner “Mike” an email and he immediately called, apologized and refunded the entire order. I didn’t expect the entire order to be refunded but he insisted. Very kind and great customer service. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Long story short, my delivery order never arrived for my partner during Valentines. Frustrated, I wrote a review and the owner Mike reached out to my partner and I multiple times, to make amends. He explained Regency Florists uses an independent courier to deliver flowers and the blame falls with the courier. At first I was skeptical about this convenient excuse but I am persuaded by his sincere attempt to correct this mistake (they refunded my order and sent replacement flowers). My partner is pleased with the flowers and overall I feel the delivery fiasco was an unfortunate mistake that was out of Regency Florist's control.

Most of all, the staff is very helpful and talented in pulling bouquets and arrangements together. I don't have that talent so I need to find someone who can make me look good! After a terrible mix up with another company ( no name mentioned) I called regency ( 2 hours before they close) and without hesitation they said they would get my delivery out today for my moms birthday as I live out of town!
