Fantastic experience: Just received the most beautiful flowers this morning from my mum. We lost our most beloved cat this week. He was ginger and so there was lots of orange in the flower arrangement including the wrappings and tie. Absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful flowers at fabulous prices and my daughter had made it clear, should I be getting her flowers she wanted them from Nikki’s Fleurs as she had had from there before and loves them. Also lasted for ages. Highly recommended 5 stars all the way and big shout out to the delivery driver too who was warm and friendly and even got a peek at the baby

Fantastic experience: I went to Nikki’s Fleurs after not being too happy with the options at the local florist to my venue. Despite it being an odd situation (we were going to have to take the flowers to Crieff from Edinburgh ourselves as it was too far for them to deliver), everyone at NF was so accommodating! They were delivered to us at 10am the morning before the wedding and we were blown away at how perfect they were! They managed to incorporate dried lavender into the bouquet as a nod to my grandmother and the roses looked beautiful. After the wedding, they were sent to England where they still looked fresh despite being 5 days old at this point. They’re now being preserved in England so we can’t wait to keep them forever. We couldn’t be more grateful for them! The staff at NF were always amazing, kind and helpful and our flowers were the best quality!

Negative experience: Flowers were ok nothing special considering paid for the "luxury" ordered 3 days in advance and paid the outrageous extra fee charged for delivery guaranteed in am despite being less than 3 mins drive from the shop. Green foliage had dust or mould on leaves. Not recommended as certainly not value for money £90. So in response to the answer from the "owner" who can't even get my name spelled correctly or even copy it from review. I have revised my review down to 2 stars. Reason is that it's never a good look to call the customer a liar and to support my claim of "mould or dust" I have uploaded photos that verify my claim. If these are a specific species that generate this look then as a professional business I suggest the look is not good and there are far better green foliage available in the marketplace. The explaination of the delivery charge is laughable as I have explained the shop is less than 3 minute drive from my address and I specifically used this shop as it was a local business and where possible I support the local traders. The order was made 3 days in advance to allow the business to, get the appropriate flowers suitable for the arrangement and to sechdule in delivery. The owner called on a Sunday afternoon to tell me that she would have someone call me today, Monday, to agree some remedial response from the business as she was on annual leave abroad. I will await that but in the meantime some of the smaller blooms are already failing so I would again NOT RECOMMEND this local trader unfortunately as the quality, service and after service is cetainly not value for money. The local Morrisons had far better quality available at fraction of the cost as my partner pointed out this morning.

Negative experience: Bouquet I purchased started withering after 2 days, and flowers had to be thrown out after 4 days as they had started smelling. The staff were lovely and shop was well organised however for price paid for the bouquet it just wasn’t good enough in terms of quality of flowers and how long they lasted.
