Fantastic experience: Kate at Stockbridge is absolutely amazing. From the initial email right through to the delivery of flowers for our wedding. The process was so easy, and Kate was so great at bringing our vision to life. My now wife and I were not too sure on the flower options we had, we had a colour scheme and 2 flowers we loved, we went to Kate with our colour scheme, the feel of our wedding and the 2 flowers we loved most and she created a masterpiece, sending us examples of what our flowers could like and breaking everything down that we had requested so we could see everything properly, it was magical. On the day of delivery, my now wife and I were in awe of the beauty of our flowers, the smell of fresh flowers filled the room instantly, and the vision of them was just perfect. Cannot recommend Stockbridge high enough, thank you, Kate and team.

Fantastic experience: Kate was wonderful, she created a detailed overview of all the flowers and helped us finalise the overall colour palette as well, helping us to bring to life the vision for our perfect day - even better than we had originally thought! Kate also very kindly helped move and reuse flowers, as well as donate healthy flowers to ensure there was little to no waste. The vibrant colours really brought out the fairytale of our wedding - thank you Kate for all of your hard work!

Negative experience: I contacted this florist as they were listed as a supplier for my wedding venue and they confirmed they were available for my date. I explained the type of bouquet and simple table arrangement I was looking for, along with a few other ideas. While I understand that not every request may be possible, what I found disappointing was the response I received. The company simply replied that they were unable to help with my requests without providing any explanation whatsoever. I followed up to understand why, especially since most of the items I asked for were fairly standard floral arrangements, but my emails were ignored, repeatedly… I found this quite unprofessional and discouraging when planning a wedding, where clear communication is really important. Fortunately, I have since found other florists in Edinburgh who have been much more helpful, open to discussing ideas, and willing to explain what is and isn’t possible. Based on my experience, I would recommend couples explore other florists in the area who are more communicative, kind and welcoming.
