Fantastic experience: Kate at Stockbridge is absolutely amazing. From the initial email right through to the delivery of flowers for our wedding. The process was so easy, and Kate was so great at bringing our vision to life. My now wife and I were not too sure on the flower options we had, we had a colour scheme and 2 flowers we loved, we went to Kate with our colour scheme, the feel of our wedding and the 2 flowers we loved most and she created a masterpiece, sending us examples of what our flowers could like and breaking everything down that we had requested so we could see everything properly, it was magical. On the day of delivery, my now wife and I were in awe of the beauty of our flowers, the smell of fresh flowers filled the room instantly, and the vision of them was just perfect. Cannot recommend Stockbridge high enough, thank you, Kate and team.

Fantastic experience: Kate was wonderful, she created a detailed overview of all the flowers and helped us finalise the overall colour palette as well, helping us to bring to life the vision for our perfect day - even better than we had originally thought! Negative experience: I contacted this florist as they were listed as a supplier for my wedding venue and they confirmed they were available for my date. I explained the type of bouquet and simple table arrangement I was looking for, along with a few other ideas. While I understand that not every request may be possible, what I found disappointing was the response I received. The company simply replied that they were unable to help with my requests without providing any explanation whatsoever. I followed up to understand why, especially since most of the items I asked for were fairly standard floral arrangements, but my emails were ignored, repeatedly… I found this quite unprofessional and discouraging when planning a wedding, where clear communication is really important. Fortunately, I have since found other florists in Edinburgh who have been much more helpful, open to discussing ideas, and willing to explain what is and isn’t possible. Based on my experience, I would recommend couples explore other florists in the area who are more communicative, kind and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Kate and the entire team at Stockbridge Flowers were absolutely stellar. We dreamed of a timeless look with Scottish thistles woven throughout, and they delivered something even more beautiful than we imagined. The florals were the perfect finishing touch on our day — classic, romantic, and so authentically Scottish. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. Planning a wedding from another country meant putting full trust in our vendors, and Kate made that so easy. Fantastic experience: I am so glad that we entrusted Kate and her team with our floral arrangements for our wedding earlier this month! All of our arrangements were absolutely stunning, from the bouquets, the buttonholes, the bud vases and more, We had so many compliments on the tones, the variety of flowers used and the incredible way Kate had styled everything. Kate very kindly came along to our venue the day before whilst I was setting up some other bits and pieces so that I could see all of the floral decorations ahead of our big day. Not all florists would offer to do this so I really appreciated the fact that Kate did. The prices are very reasonable and Kate was more than happy to chop and change things around as my vision for our table centre pieces changed slightly. An absolute joy to work with and I’d recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding day!

Absolutely beautiful, incorporating our colour theme with suitable flowers, she also went out of the way to get varieties that would’ve been out of season but that I loved. Fantastic experience: I have ordered the flowers for my wedding which included bridal bouquet, and loose flowers for the wedding table that I was planning to arrange myself(eucalyptus, roses and gypsophila) When initially thinking about loose flowers I thought of buying them myself (thinking about the price) but I am very glad I did not do that and decided to do everything through Kate and Stockbridge flower company. The communication was great from the get go, Kate did warn me that eucalyptus that I have requested will not be in season at the time of the wedding and suggested some beautiful alternatives. I have ordered gypsophila and greenery in bunches which doesnt describe the amount very ell and was worried that maybe I did not ordered enough but there was nothing to worry about, all the flowers brought by Kate looked amazing and it was loads of them. Kate even manage to find and bring some of the requested eucalyptus that was out of season! The bouquet was stunning and we even got a pair of scissors to cut stems while arranging flowers for the tables as the wedding gift! The quality of everything was great.Was such a pleasure working with Kate and I cannot recommend her enough!

I live in Chicago so was planning my Edinburgh wedding remotely, which could be daunting for any bride- but Kate was a complete dream! Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the flowers and the lovely card! All your help, advice and style was so appreciated! As a bride who had never been into flowers and rarely had any, I had no idea what I wanted. Kate was fantastic throughout the entire planning process - we live in London but found it easy to coordinate and arrange all the details. The flowers on the day were absolutely beautiful - better than we ever could have hoped for. The bouquets, buttonholes and venue flowers all looked very natural/wild as requested, and we received lots of lovely compliments from our guests. We really could not recommend The Stockbridge Flower Company more highly - Kate was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Kate arranged flowers for my wedding anniversary party a few weeks ago (March 2018). They were absolutely beautiful! Fantastic experience: Kate from the Stockbridge flower company did an amazing job of our wedding flowers - wedding was the 28th December so a bit of a challenge for fresh flowers but they were fabulous - lovely rich dark reds for the time of year, gorgeous bouquets, lovely button holes and amazing table candalabras the flowers were stunning. Also good value for money compared to other quotes we got and a lovely personal service - even a lovely wedding card with the bouquets on the wedding morning. Kate knew exactly what I wanted and the flowers were exactly as I pictured them to be. Would highly reccommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. She picked up exactly what I wanted from our first meeting and was brilliant to deal with and became a friend through the process. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our wedding the day before but Kate delivered all the flowers to our home and they were stunning. All the table centres went to the intended recipients ( grateful aunties etc.!) and in the end I managed to use my tulip bouquet when we got married very quietly a week later. When I asked her if she could make me another bouquet for our reconvened reception a few weeks ago she refused payment and it was also stunning ( pink hydrangeas this time). She also made lovely matching posies for my flower girls and stunning bouquets which my husband ordered as a surprise for thank you gifts. Without a doubt a true professional and clearly loves her job with a passion .

Fantastic experience: Kate did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding flowers and I can't recommend her highly enough. From our first meeting I was confident that Kate was listening closely to everything I wanted while also supplying her own ideas (which were all fantastic). So many people commented on how lovely the flowers and centrepieces were and my bouquet especially was a big hit. My mum also loved her thank you bouquet, it lasted for ages and she couldn't understand how the gerberas hadn't flopped yet - she had a closer look and realised they were each held up with wire - she is a very keen gardener and was very impressed!
