Fantastic experience: Pollination provided the flowers for my wedding and they were fantastic! We got so many compliments on the flowers and how much they added to the day. Working with Ben and Fiona was a great experience. Both were able to work within our budget while still being creative and making sure the flowers were everything we wanted. I am so happy we went with Pollination and I am looking forward to ordering flowers with them in the future.

Fantastic experience: I live in Arizona, in the United States and my dear friend in Edinburgh lost her Mum. I googled looking for a local florist that would hopefully give my order extra TLC and looking at the reviews and website? I chose Pollination. I sent them an email telling them where I was from and the hope that they would take extra special care for my friend. Well not only did they email back and so sweetly said they would, but the arrangement was GORGEOUS!!! Absolutely stunning and even more beautiful than I had thought it would be! ! (I had previously sent her flowers through a larger florist that sends throughout the UK and was devastated at how awful they looked ) ! Pollination did such an AMAZINGLY superb job but the fact that they responded to my email and understood the importance of the order for me just really touched my heart. When you cannot be there in person when someone you care about is hurting and the only thing you can do is send flowers?? Pollination was incredibly wonderful and I highly HIGHLY recommend them!! Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with my Pollination flowers for my intimate wedding day in Edinburgh! I chose the bridesmaid size bouquet which was the perfect size and weight for what I wanted! I was very particular with wanting it to feel unique, modern and elegant with cool toned pinks and they absolutely nailed the vision! From the doorway arch to the button holes, the attention to detail was second to none and the colours were just magnificent and completely in keeping with the atmosphere of our venue at the Rowantree. Fantastic experience: Pollination provided the most STUNNING flowers for our special family celebration lunch at The Balmoral at the weekend! Ben was just amazing at advising us about our ideas, our plan for flowers at the tables and little Scottish keepsake flowers tied with ribbon at each place setting. Fantastic experience: My partner and I recently chose Pollination to supply 3 arrangements for our wedding. I am not the easiest person to please and I have little to zero familiarity with flowers but I had a clear idea that I wanted a palette and arrangement that looked both wild and natural but also still obviously looked like a wedding arrangement. My partner and I also wanted the ability to remove living flowers from within the main arrangement to gift to guests as a keep sake, which added to the complexity of the build. Despite these somewhat contradictory requests, Ben and the team at Pollination were enthusiastic, incredibly kind and imaginative with their suggestions and ideas for how they could meet the idea that was in my husband and I’s imagination and bring it to life. When the day of the wedding came, I had high expectations but I will admit that Ben and the team far exceeded them. The flowers were beyond what we could have hoped for and became the talk of the wedding, with everyone noting how beautiful they were. Genuinely I cannot stress enough just how much these arrangements exactly met what we wanted and exceeded them in every way. To anyone planning a wedding or any other event, where you need beautiful flowers, but you feel abit lost and need a supportive team of creative professionals to help you… do yourself a favour and give pollination a call. Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Ben and the team for doing our wedding flowers recently! We had to go on gut feel and trust as we were booking from Australia, and Ben stood out from the very beginning; where other florists forwarded on a list of prices (if they even replied), Ben was genuinely engaged - warm, chatty and just lovely to deal with. On the day, the flowers were absolutely stunning - exactly as we’d requested but also beyond our expectations (and this was our fourth celebration, so they had a high bar!) The quality of the blooms, the flower combinations and the design… everything was just beautiful. We had so many compliments on the day and people wanted to know who did our flowers, so that says everything: the biggest compliment! Highly, highly recommend!

They managed to source sweet peas - her favourite flower and the flowers were just spectacular - even the funeral Directors were blown away. I can’t recommend this florist enough. She helped me with creative direction as I was very indecisive and with planning a wedding from a far it added an additional challenge. Pollination gave me the most beautiful flowers. The venue flowers were exactly what I hoped for, and the bouquets were breathtaking. I didn’t want to put them down. Every team member I met was friendly, enthusiastic and caring - they were easy to talk to and gave me such an insight into what a lovely supplier they are. Fantastic experience: When we moved across town 8 years ago we failed to find a florist half as amazing as Polination. Staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and listen to customers manifesting in simply stunning arrangements to transform any room. Arrangements always last and always make us smile. Today’s bespoke arrangement is called ‘dark and moody’ quite different from our norm. Though not the cheapest the very best

Fantastic experience: Pollination took care of my wedding flowers (bouquet, boutonniere, table flowers and an aisle piece) and they were all divine. I had so many compliments during the day, the colours and shape of the flowers were beautiful. Fiona was wonderful to deal with, and was not phased at all when I had to make changes. The flowers were truly my favourite part of the wedding, I didn't let go of my bouquet all day!

Positive experience: Ben and the team have been amazing throughout the planning process for my wedding at the weekend. The flowers arrangements, crown, bouquet, table centerpiece additions, stage installation and pins for the boys were all beautiful and spot on for autumnal colours. We had a blip on the morning of due to a delay in my crown being delivered, therefore having to be installed by my bridesmaids and not my hairdresser but this was fixed fairly quickly with a few phone calls. The outcome of the whole day was incredible and we had nothing but compliments for all aspects. Again thank you so much to the team for all the help and creative understanding!

Fantastic experience: The flowers for our wedding were absolutely stunning and received so many compliments. The bouquet, posie for my flower girl and matching flower crowns were gorgeous and the jars at the end of the pews added beautiful pops of colour. Fantastic experience: This place is brilliant! Having both received and sent flowers to friends and family I highly recommend them! Gorgeous flowers and very friendly staff!

Negative experience: My dad asked for a single red rose with a bouquet to place on his partner’s coffin at her funeral. When the hearse showed up the red rose wasn’t there and Pollination didn’t pick up their phone. This upset my dad very much on what was already a very difficult day. Pollination were able to speak to my dad and apologise the following day which was very much appreciated.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with the service. Came to ask questions regarding prices for wedding bouquets. Staff did not know the prices, were just referring to their website, would not show any flowers and almost seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about their flowers? I could just be unlucky, but thought it was weird.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Pollination. Ben was absolutely amazing at helping me get the flowers I wanted for my wedding. He was excellent at responding to emails and managed to fit me in for an appointment on my tight schedule (I live in Bristol but the wedding was in Edinburgh so I only had a few changes to visit). I wanted a Scottish, rustic bouquet with white roses, thistles and some purple in there and he suggested some really good flowers for it. The bouquet was excellently made and looked absolutely brilliant on the day. Ben even wrapped some of my husbands spare kilt tartan around the bouquet for me. The buttonholes, corsages and bridesmaids bouquets were also perfect. Really happy with everything and would definitely recommend Pollination to any bride that is looking for excellent quality and service.

Fantastic experience: Pollination did the flowers for our wedding last year. They did a fantastic job. The flowers were stunning and exactly what I had hoped. Ben was great at helping me work out what flowers I liked and what other flowers would go well with those I selected. He noted every flower and greenery that was to be included in each centerpiece and bouquet so that I knew exactly what the flowers would look like on the day. Additionally Ben was contactable at all hours in the run up to the wedding and made the planning process very relaxed and easy. He also had some great ideas on how to use the centre pieces in the ceremony. I would highly recommend Pollination.

The tables looked amazing, and Ben did some beautiful arrangements down the aisle. The centrepiece though was the stunning arch covered in flowers and foliage which took real skill and looked incredible. Ben was so easy to work with and really understood our vision. Positive experience: Beautiful Presentation I received the flowers as a gift, they were lovely, lots of foliage, with sunflowers, and lovely roses., not sure of the other flowers. I liked the natural look, and think they would have been expensive. However they did not last long even with changing the water on the 3rd day they only lasted 4 days. I've bought flowers from Lidl's and Aldi and M & S which have lasted longer. However as a gift they were smashing, made one feel special, although I would have prefered more flowers than foliage. Negative experience: Made my first order here for Valentine's. The order was wrong, they spent more time on the tissue paper than the actual flower arrangement, the flowers lasted a day or so before they started dying (smelled awful) and paid for a larger bunch but got what looks like the standard size shown online. Arrived incredibly late in the day from what I've been told. I'll be sticking with Flowers Buy Delivery from now on, who always deliver incredible service and far superior quality flowers. I would advise others do the same.

Fantastic experience: After a miserable day in hospital I ordered flowers for my girlfriend at 3am on a Saturday morning to thank her for being by my side all day.
