Positive experience: A lovely bouquet but it was disappointing to have quite so much greenery with a quite limited number of actual flowers, of which four were tulips, for £60. They did offer to swap out the bouquet and add more actual flowers but they were gifted by then so it would have been awkward.

Fantastic experience: It was a lovely and beautiful bouquet delivered at my hotel for the anniversary celebration. I must say they are efficient, helpful and their services are indeed worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Popped in for a bunch of flowers and mentioned I was looking for something cat-friendly. Was greeted by a really friendly and incredibly knowledgeable lady who not only knew exactly which flowers were safe but also put them together effortlessly. Not only I found the staff much more polite and friendly compared to other florists I had previously visited but their service turned out to be absolutely fabulous. (Afraid I didn’t catch a name) Gave a rough idea of the flowers/colours I wanted, the occasion and price range. Beautifully arranged bouquet and she went above and wrapped them in a waterproof rather than paper collar due to the torrential rain. Negative experience: Overpriced. 100 pounds for 25 roses. Can’t negotiate a price with them. Such a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Amazing bouquet! We came in not too long before closing, and were still able to get a freshly created custom bouquet to admittedly relatively vague instructions. The florist was able to build an absolutely beautiful bouquet and even apologised for the wait (maybe 10mins?), when we had came in with a last second request. Very happy with the service, all the staff were kind and chatty after what they had said was a busy day!

Negative experience: Went in a month in advance to order a laurel crown for my graduation. Explained what I was looking for and showed a reference photo of what I wanted it to look like. Was told it might not be as full as the photo I showed them and that in that case they would supplement the laurel with some similar greenery. I sent my sister to pick it up as I was getting ready for graduation so could not say anything in person, but was extremely disappointed when after the ceremony I found the laurel crown to have no laurel at all and look nothing like the reference photo I had shown them. This was meant to coronate my special day as it is a huge tradition where I’m from, but it instead left me without the full experience I was hoping for. While the crown was a beautiful flower crown, it was not what I had requested nor what I paid for.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Susan to put together the flowers for my wedding - we did a destination wedding so we just had to trust them to do a good job from a few inspiration pictures and notes and they exceeded all expectations. Not only were the arrangements absolutely gorgeous but they made everything so easy and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. We genuinely couldn't have asked for anything better and were shocked to come in under budget to boot. Please buy flowers from them! They're just the best people and they won't steer you wrong!

Positive experience: Weird experience, maybe because we came early morning when they were putting flowers outside, but people lacked enthusiasm there. We asked for some pretty bouquet with white flowers mostly some white roses a bit of green, and the lady kept asking which greenery to add (I'm not expert not sure what looks good with it, so we just kept trying this or other not really maybe this one etc). In London florist i buy at, i can just tell him what(colors and type) I want and he puts it all together make it super pretty, then just confirms ask me if that's good instead of asking me all the time this or that and what else to add. Also we paid £30 for small bouquet that was not bad but not that good (in London I would've pay £25)
