Fantastic experience: I used the Wedding Edit service for my elopement for a bridal bouquet and buttonhole. The whole process was incredibly straightforward and communication was clear. We were thrilled with the flowers which really delivered in terms of the steers we were asked to provide on ordering (colours, flower types etc), and they were able to deliver to our hotel on our wedding morning. A fantastic option for smaller weddings as very reasonably priced but without compromising on Snapdragon's signature style and quality.

Negative experience: Yesterday I bought flowers from this florist, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. Most of the flowers I ordered were not fresh at all; they looked old and were already starting to wilt. I spent £80 on this order and clearly explained that the flowers were very important because they were for my university supervisor. When I went to collect the flowers, I felt really disappointed. I didn’t have enough time to go to another florist, so I had no choice but to take them. I mentioned that the flowers looked wilted, but the staff did not accept or acknowledge the problem at all. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and the importance of the occasion.

They followed my special request for a certain blue (and “think whimsical” - a vague yet specific instruction) absolutely beautifully, the result was stunningly delicate. The flowers they use are so gorgeous, and arranged so beautifully. The bouquets are hardy and hold up to an adventurous day, but are still artful and aesthetically pleasing. We highly recommend them for any wedding/elopement arrangements!

Fantastic experience: Got so lucky to step into this absolutely gorgeous, cute, and cozy little flower shop, where I treated myself to this stunning, chunky mandragora (Ficus Bonsai). Always such a pleasure to stumble upon this treasure spot, with such lovely people who perfectly understand what a red-bearded forest troll needs for his warm heart and soul.

Negative experience: Lovely Flowers, But £5 to Cross the Road? The bouquet I ordered was beautiful — fresh, well-arranged, and exactly what I was hoping for. No complaints about the quality of the flowers. However, I was pretty surprised a £5 delivery charge added, especially since the recipient was literally 50 metres away, directly across the road. I even went into the store to ask about it a few days later expecting perhaps a reduced or waived fee given the distance. Especially when all the other local shops in the area provide one another with discounts as a courtesy to one another. The owner explained that the charge was justified because “someone still has to leave the shop.” I understand that time and staffing matter — but charging a delivery fee to walk across the street feels a bit unreasonable. It left me feeling a little deflated about an otherwise thoughtful gesture. Great flowers, but I’d encourage a bit more flexibility or common sense with ultra-local deliveries.

The whole process was simple and I felt quite excited not knowing exactly what I would get on the day, but seeing their previous work knew they would be lovely! Fantastic experience: I wanted to have flowers for my wedding but was just after some bouquets and buttonholes, which seemed to be much less than other florists were willing to take on. Fortunately, Snapdragon had a super easy, no-faff service where I could request the 3 bouquets and 7 buttonholes I wanted and they turned up on the day looking exactly as I wanted, having pretty much just asked for a general rose and thistle, red and white theme. Obviously, not knowing ahead of time what the bouquets would look like was a bit nerve wracking but it couldn't have turned out better
