Fantastic experience: When it was first suggested to me about using Forever Flowers as opposed to buying fresh flowers, I was very sceptical, I didn't really like the idea of having flowers and then then being taken back. I decided to give them a ring and I'm so pleased I did. Lora was so lovely and compassionate from the start and put me under no pressure whatsoever. I decided that this was a far better option than buying real flowers and I ordered the football fan package as my nephew was a massive City fan. It was perfect and I had lots of positive comments about the flowers. The funeral was yesterday and I've had a message from Lora today to ask how my husband and I are. I would 100% recommend Forever Flowers.

My mum passed and when my family and myself were discussing the flowers (my mum wouldn’t have wanted fresh flowers), the funeral director recommended Forever Flowers to us. I contacted Lora who was very professional, and a very lovely lady. The price was very reasonable and the flowers looked like real flowers. Lora kept me up to date and the ‘Mum,’ ‘Grandma’, coffin spray and wreath, which were delivered on time were perfect. Thank you so much, I highly recommend.

She kept in touch all the way up to the date of the funeral, letting me know the flowers were at the funeral home ready to be put in to the hearse. She text me the morning of the funeral letting me know she was thinking of us and she text me the day after too, she was very attentive and thoughtful. After losing our Mum so suddenly with no plan or policy in place the costs were mounting up and it was leaving no room to even comprehend our loss. The flowers look so real and are such good quality, we got so many lovely comments about them. The first funeral I used forever flowers for was in the Stockport area, so Lora did all the running around for me, including picking them back up from the funeral directors. As the second funeral was out of Manchester I contacted Lora and asked if I could pick them up from her and drop them back off, which she kindly agreed to and was so flexible with the days/times I could pick them up/drop them off. Fantastic experience: Used Forever Flowers for my Dad’s cremation. Lora was absolutely amazing from the first enquiry right the way through. Keeping in touch and sending photos but she took care of everything. The flowers were beautiful and still so personal with ribbons, different colours and cards etc even though they’re not made to order. So many people commented on them and didn’t even realise they were silk. The whole process was completely stress free which was hugely appreciated during an already stressful time. Fantastic experience: I cant thank lora enough for the beautiful flowers she created for my mums funeral yesterday. Everything lora said she was going to do was done even better than me or my family thought was possible. The saving on choosing silk flowers over real flowers was over £500 and in my opinion and everyone else's at the funeral they looked better than real flowers.
