Negative experience: Paid £80 including extra for same day delivery on Saturday 25th April at 1015am for my sisters 50th birthday. Flowers not delivered with no explanation or call from the florists. As the store is closed Sunday, haven't been able to reach them. Honestly so upset as it was a suprise bouquet for such an important birthday. Waiting for them to open tomorrow (Monday 27th) and expecting a full refund! Monday 27th April. Flowers delivered at 6pm. 2 days late! No apology. No refund offered. Shameful.

Negative experience: Customer's deserve what they pay for. I ordered a birthday bouquet through the Interflora website for delivery in Manchester on 10 March 2026 and paid £38 for an arrangement that was advertised as a large, full bouquet with vibrant, fresh flowers. Unfortunately, the bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement shown on the website. The flowers delivered were significantly smaller, far less full, and did not reflect the quality or presentation that was advertised. The difference between the advertised product and the actual bouquet was very noticeable. When customers order flowers online, they rely heavily on the images shown to make their decision. In this case, the bouquet delivered did not resemble the product listing in terms of size, fullness, or overall appearance. For the price paid, the result was extremely disappointing, especially as this was meant to be a birthday gift. I also recently purchased an Interflora Gold Card expecting a consistent standard of quality across their network. Experiences like this raise concerns about how closely local florists follow the advertised arrangements when fulfilling orders. I have included photos comparing the bouquet advertised on the website with the one that was delivered so that other customers can make an informed decision. I did phone the store but your staff was unable to get to the phone, left a voicemail and had no choice but to leave this review unfortunately. I hope this feedback encourages better quality control and greater transparency between what is advertised and what is actually delivered to customers. UPDATE: After raising my concerns with Interflora regarding the bouquet delivered not matching the advertised arrangement, their customer care team reviewed the matter and ultimately issued a full refund for the order. While the initial response did not fully address my concerns about the bouquet’s size and quality compared to the website images, I appreciate that the issue was later reconsidered and resolved by their team. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency between the bouquets advertised online and those delivered through local florists. Thank you to the customer care team for resolving the matter. Fantastic experience: Wonderful friendly service. Flowers were for my family member recovering from an operation and the staff member took the time to wish them well. Genuine lovely service!

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for valentines but never arrived. Emailed @9.07 w/ no response. Rang at 10.06, 12.42, 15.41 and told it was out for delivery. Finally rang at 16.51 and told it must have been missed. Could have been out with the wife, instead valentines is spoilt.

Negative experience: I am writing my review to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your store. I came in to purchase a bouquet for a close friend who has just received some very upsetting news, and I had hoped to put together something special — I was prepared to spend around £100. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, the experience was extremely disheartening. The staff did not acknowledge me, and when I asked if a bouquet could be made, I was simply pointed toward a corner of pre-made, inexpensive arrangements. When I found one that was not ideal and asked if a small teddy or accessory could be added, it was placed into the box carelessly, resulting in an arrangement that looked poorly presented and lacked care or attention. Both staff members appeared visibly uninterested and unapproachable, and the overall atmosphere left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I left the store unhappy and disappointed — something I never expected, as I have been visiting this shop since I was a child and have purchased many arrangements over the years. Sadly, after this experience, I no longer feel confident returning. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as the level of service I received does not reflect the long-standing reputation your shop once held. Loretta

Negative experience: I went through interflora and paid for next day delivery. Got a msg saying order confirmed then 10 mins later told it would be day later as no driver in the delivery location. Absolute waste of time and money. Went out of my way and shopped location and got a great bunch from Northern Flowers on Tib st. In future will shop local and totally forget about interflora and Rodgers.

Negative experience: The woman I encountered over the weekend was extremely rude. No flowers in the shop. I walked off and I advise others not to waste their time unless you want to be spoken to like a child and have a selection on 0 flowers to choose from. Awful.

Negative experience: Firstly as a Mancunian I’m peeved & disappointed that they purport to be a florist ( serving Manchester & been there for many years , god knows how & especially with all the one star reviews I’ve seen ) It’s abundantly clear that they take your payment & then don’t supply what you’ve asked for! The alleged owner DONNA has no customer service acumen or heard of the adage THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT. She put the phone down when I initially rang to complain ( saying I was shouting, completely untrue !) then on going in to try & resolve the issue, she ushered me out of the door saying I was rude when I was perfectly measured & within my rights to complain. She sent a mediocre set of flowers for a 60 th especially when I’d specifically asked for no traditional flowers( ON ORDER) & when I complained that I’d specified Cala Lillies Anthuriums etc she tried to explain away a Gerbera as a special type that’s not traditional lol… When I went in at 10.30 ish to order, the pleasant lady said the owner had gone to pick up flowers from the wholesalers & as I didn’t want any of the ready made bouquets ( all traditional & some looked tired) … she said she’d make me an exotic selection ( I said I didn’t mind if it was just a few exotics & sparse but no traditional flowers !! ) when the owner came back as they didn’t have any flowers in the buckets to choose from & then would deliver round about 4/5 on the same day; Imagine my astonishment when I got a photo from the receiver at 12.33 to thank me! So I can only allegedly imagine they’ve used flowers from their existing boxes as none of my request was fulfilled. This is not value or service for the money spent , It’s a misrepresentation & i would give them a wide berth especially when you can get better quality exotics & beautiful flowers from FLOURISH in Didsbury. Horrid Owner, Horrible experience! Would give them zero if possible.

Positive experience: On Google Map, this shop shows open till 5:30 on weekdays. But this shop closes by 5:00 PM. I came to this shop twice on adjacent days by 5:05 and 5:25 on both days it was closed and local people told me that this shop closes by 5 PM. Please edit your opening hours at Google.

Negative experience: My daughter bought a rose bouquet for her nannas funeral, she collected them on the day of the funeral and was disgusted with what she got fir £50. They did not look anything like she had requested and when she contacted the florist they said its her fault she must have ordered wrong but she hadn't and they looked like they were days old and thrown together.

Negative experience: I am almost disappointed I have to write this review and I hope they intend to fix it, however others who plan to buy from the shop need to be made aware. I made an order a few weeks ago and paid in full for the below flowers, yet I was met with my own real life version of ‘Reality vs Expectations’. As you can see the flowers don’t measure up to the pictured ones and when I asked she confirmed it was because the lily’s hadn’t opened up. To be quite frank, I think the lily’s would have just made bunch of flowers 10% better. When I asked if there was anything we could do to make the flowers look more like the picture the lady said they looked exactly alike, which I’d beg to differ. It was obvious she wasn’t going to help and due to the flowers being needed for today (which they knew) I felt like it was taking advantage of the situation. Knowing the lily’s wouldn’t open should have been disclosed when I purchased it, the unwillingness to help revolve the matter was disappointing and the overall product is almost embarrassing. I mean, by the time I took them to the car some already fell off. Also, they never wrote the message that they said they would in the card. Wouldn’t recommend at all, and I want people to be aware should they ever rely on them should they need something for an important day.

Fantastic experience: It is easy to understand why this is one of the best florists in Manchester. I received such incredibly good customer service this morning, I was making a phone inquiry for an item that they didn't stock. However the young lady I spoke to by the name of Lauren, had obviously been trained to a very high standard and dealt with my inquiry with real professionalism and style. She made a suggestion of another retailer nearby who might be able to assist and even offered to look up their phone number for me. This is customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Her voice was warm and friendly, she was empathetic and understanding and is a real ambassador for the company.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and kind people, I came a minute before closing and not only that they were welcoming and friendly but also gifted me a rose. I can highly recommend them as excellent florists in Manchester I will always come back.

Negative experience: Have been purchasing plants and flowers over the years from them always excellent service and good flowers however the past few months I have been purchasing them they have been awful particularly today I had bought flowers for my mother - wasn’t really attentive . My mother had then called and informed them that the majority were bad Was told to send pictures had forwarded them to the given email address was told they were reduced and reason for them being due to them dying, not informed of this having paid £15 for them but I’m not that fussed to be honest it’s more about the principle as I was not made aware that they were reduced and reduced for the given reason where I was over the phone - will not purchase from here again given the response received .

Negative experience: Poor experience from designer flowers, This morning at 8am I ordered a £55 bouquet of flowers - one of a kind. I rang up this morning requesting an earlier delivery and they said the could request this. I then rang again at 12pm to see if they had been delivered yet. They said it was in the delivery van at 12pm, the flowers were then delivered at 3:40pm ( so these flowers had been sitting in a van longer than 4 hours. this does not look like a £55 bouquet, this is very poor and does not even look like a qualified florist has but this together. I will be putting in a formal complaint. I could have paid half the price for this. I would advise not to use this florist, they don't care about customers thoughts or feelings but their money!

Fantastic experience: The flowers on display were all beautifully laid out and the prices were reasonable for me. The staff were really busy but nothing was too much a problem if I needed advice. Brilliant. I ended up ordering a beautiful bunch of flowers and it will be ready waiting for me to pick up Monday 14th February from 8am. I couldn't ask for a better service and top quality flowers that I know my special friend will LOVE. Thank you.

A big thank you to the florist team as there as a mix up with delivery address which was completely our fault (not the florist). The team was so kind to pick up the flowers and re-deliver to the right address for free and the same day!! Fantastic experience: I received a bouquet of flowers as a surprise from my neighbour on Sunday. The flowers are absolutely stunning. There is not a petal or leaf out of place, as when you go to some florists can see that the flowers are not fresh. I was extremely impressed with the way they where tied and had a little plastic pot that held the flowers together and stopped them falling over. I was also impressed with the care instructions and the 2 step flower food that was included. Thank you for brightening my day and making me smile. Xx

We ordered some flowers at the beginning of August for my mum's birthday, There was a couple of issues at the time to which I emailed my concerns over. I not long after got a reply from Lynette who was so understanding and professional about the whole situation. I was so pleased by the outcome I really felt that they could not have done anymore for us the customer service is absolutely fantastic, They really went above and beyond there call of duty and all of the time keeping me updated with dates and times. I can not express how overwhelmed I am with the care and understanding we received from Lynette I really cannot thank you enough!! I have attached some photos as I feel they should be shared so everyone can see how beautiful they are and also the quality and presentation of the flowers.

Fantastic experience: Karen and her team arranged very beautiful flowers for our wedding day. They did bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, a long and low for the table and flowers arranged in beer bottles for our brewery reception. They provided suggestions to match our colour scheme, and offered us multiple opportunities to discuss and see ideas. The flowers looked brilliant on the day! At a good price too, well worth the money, highly recommend.

Negative experience: Came to Rodgers today ( 18/07/19) at 5:20. When I came the lady at the till was looking at her watch ( closing time 5:30) . I asked if your closed and they said no. I liked a bunch of flowers and they said we only accept cash as card machine has broke. I was like that’s fine “ is it alright if I withdraw money “ lady agreed. It was pouring down extremely terrible , went to the closest cash machine and took money out. Came back and they were already gone !!!! I was trenched but they didn’t stick to their word !! So unimpressed with their service !!!
