Fantastic experience: Just to say a huge thanks to you all for taking my wedding flower order on so late in the day. Wasn’t sure what to expect when I agreed to give over all artistic license but wasn’t disappointed at all. My bouquet was stunning as were the accompanying Boutonnieres. Had lots of complomennts including one from a fellow florist. Thank you so much… as promised I attach some photos below.

Negative experience: This used to be an exceptional florist, so much so that we traveled to use them. Sadly we would no longer recommend them. Pre-ordered flowers several days in advance and gave them a time slot for collection. Note that I also offered to pay up front ovr the phone, however they refused payment. On the day of collection, and also well within the time frame we gave on order, we received an extremely rude phone call from them threatening to sell on our pre-ordered flowers if I did not contact them within 15 minutes!! Sadly, I would also say that the flowers weren't great, two days on and some are very much already wilted. Certainly nothing like the customer service we have had from them before, and I am now sorry that I have recommended them to others. This is reinforced even more by the quality of the flowers that we received. Nothing more to say than over priced and extremely rude service so suggest you may want to look else where....

Positive experience: Absolutely fab florists. Fantastic artists at their craft. Any problems or issues are resolved with courtesy and respect. Large range of ready made hand tied bouguets available or you can pick a combination. Roses and lilies are a favourite of mine, and colins supply wonderful large ones with vivid colours.

Fantastic experience: Can I just say I called in to Collins the florist to day with out a clue as to where my friend was being buried or cremated I told my story to the young lady called Sarah and allso asked what type of flowers would be best no proplem she said and with in 15 mins I had my flowers and where my friend was being buried she foned up for me no proplem wgat a fantasic shop and very helpful staff even the lady that asked me to be a bit lower ib my voice sorry lol. Fantastic experience: 5 stars don’t seem enough for what was achieved by the team at Collins the florist. We used Leslie and feb team to create my vision for our wedding. After just popping in on the off chance it was a delight to listen to how my vision would be created. All of our thoughts and wishes were catered for and the results were simply outstanding. A keen gardener myself I was dubious to whether they would capture what vision I had in my head - boy was I wrong. They took my idea and ran with it and created something that was simply out of this world. Negative experience: Staff are rude, went in to pick some small flowers to go with roses I already had, notice some portraits of a German Shepard and asked about them, then was short changed from £20, when i told the lady, she was rude, said I distracted her asking about the portraits, checked the till, a few pence over she said i would not do that, still said I was wrong ,eventually after her accusing me of scamming her in front of another customer and this is why we are getting cctv, we will leave your money on the counter in the future she said, i got my £10 back, but invest in some cctv and then the boss will know what their staff are all about.

Positive experience: Great place to purchase any type of flower bouquet you might want to buy. Staff were really helpful. Asked me the colours and type of flowers I'd like and how much I wanted to spend. Told them and it was all sorted out for me. Reason for the 4* instead of 5* is because when I entered the shop I was asked to wear a mask which was fine but there was a couple of people in there without masks and they hadn't been asked about a mask. Other than that would definitely be a 5*

Fantastic experience: Put an order in online for my mother-in-laws birthday and I happened to be there when they were delivered. The flowers were more than expected, a beautiful arrangement and definitely value for money. I requested for them to be delivered at lunch time and they were spot on with the time. Also the gentleman who delivered the flowers was a very polite and friendly chap. Haven't got any complaints so will definitely use these again.
