Negative experience: Terrible customer service. when went upon for collection at mothers day. We understand the fact you guys were busy but we paid to get service not FOR FREE. Been here few times before havent had problems but very disappointed this time and definitely was last time... The aged lady served me on collection was rude and not bothered at all probably because they had taken payment in advance. Would not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: I used this local business for Valentine’s Day flowers for my partner. Customer service inside the store whilst waiting for the flowers was awful and I was made to feel quite uncomfortable inside the store. The actually bouquet I received wasn’t worth the money at all with only a few actual flowers and mainly filler foliage. This cost £50 which for a bouquet of flowers is expensive and you would expect at least a nice looking bunch. Overpriced, bad customer service and poor presentation I will not recommend this business to anymore save your money and use another florist or even supermarket flowers are better than this place.

Negative experience: My sister recently ordered the pastel gift box from here for my poorly daughter. We received more foliage than flowers. The chrysanthemum blooms were substituted with Carnations. The Eustoma was one stem of Eustoma that had been split. The spray Chrysanthemums were not the best. There was no wax flower whatsoever. They did however, include a Gerbera. Maybe to substitute for the wax flower, but unfortunately it didn't fill the bouquet the same, nor was it wired, which I would have expected. Have to say it was very underwhelming and my sister was very disappointed, certainly considering that they'd cost £52.50 with delivery!

From start to finish they have been professional, helpful and honoured all my wishes and requests. I ordered wedding bouquet and large number of buttonholes and wrist corsages. Those were delivered to 2 different addresses on the morning of my wedding free of charge!!! Flowers arrived in secure packaging and looked beautiful and fresh. I loved every single item they have made. Everything I've asked for was there and looked stunning. It's been 10 days since my wedding and my bouquet is still looking fresh and smells divine. Fantastic experience: I think that this is a fantastic local business. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a cruise ship in Southampton. But the florist in Southampton didn't deliver them. The staff at petite fleur went way beyond the call of duty. To try and find out what happened and to get my money back. And when that wasn't possible. They gave my wife a lovely floral arrangement anyway. They are lovely people.

Fantastic experience: I received these beautiful flowers today from John and his team at Petite Fleur. Due to a mix up at Southampton Port Authority, I hadn't received my ordered flowers. Through no fault of John's, he chased the order vigorously. When all avenues had failed, he generously insisted on sending me a bouquet. It's rare nowadays, to find such care shown towards customers, as Petite Fleur did to me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve ordered flowers from John and ‘the girls’ for some time now and they have always been fabulous. However, we had ordered flowers for a funeral and due to our error the flowers hadn’t been prepared yesterday. Somehow they managed to pull together in less than an hour, 2 wreaths and a large coffin spray and get them to the funeral home in time for the funeral. I’m not sure how they did it but they miraculously pulled it off. A massive thank you to all concerned.

An imaginative twist on a conventional florist, the staff at Petit Fleur clearly invest a great deal of time and creativity into their bouquets and arrangements. I recently arranged my wedding flowers with Maggie, I can honestly say that the support and service we received was first class and she helped us choose our Bouquet, bridesmaids and button holes with ease, nothing was too much trouble. They arrived on the day and they were absolutely amazing, the fine attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I will recommend to anyone.
