Fantastic experience: I received the most kind and amazing service from staff at the flower lounge. I rang initially and organised a bouquet to be delivered to my neice who has just lost her mum. I rang back again the following day as I’d made an error in the delivery address. The staff sorted my error without delay and delivered the most beautiful bouquet to the correct address, quickly and without charge. I can’t speak highly enough of the Flower Lounge
Fantastic experience: I honestly never imagined flowers could have such an impact, but Sian at Flower Lounge completely transformed my wedding. From the moment I saw them I was blown away. They were beyond anything I could have dreamed of. I recently lost my auntie and I just know she would have absolutely adored them, which made them feel even more special and meaningful to me. I am so in love with every single arrangement that I have decided to have them pressed so I can keep them forever. Sian truly went above and beyond. Everything was stunning, sensational, and thoughtfully put together. So many of our guests commented on how incredible the flowers were. They really made the day. Fantastic experience: Normally for Valentine's day I might be selecting a bunch from the bucket at the local garage but passing the shop, I thought that the delay was gorgeous and decided to splash out. I ordered a large bouquet in plenty of time and it didn't disappoint. Easy to order and the product I received exceeded the description on the website. My wife was delighted and brownie points are now safely deposited in the bank. Thank you Steve and the team!
Fantastic experience: I phoned yesterday, the day before Valentines day and asked if these wonderful florists could send my daughter flowers , they were so very helpful , really friendly and their customer service was outstanding, the beautiful flowers arrived today as a surprise for my daughter, thank you so very much, she loved them and you made her day. ❤️
