Fantastic experience: What lovely service and completely fabulous, unique products. Absolute pleasure buying from the stand at Trafford Centre Manchester. I feel ashamed for trying to haggle the price for gift wrap/box, when they did such a lovely job of packing and gift wrapping the product! Worth every penny!

Negative experience: Very disappointed – avoid My husband bought me an Endurance Rose for my birthday. I don’t like gifts like this, so we tried to return it without even opening the box. Despite this, the company is refusing to give a refund. This is completely unacceptable, especially as they are legally obliged to offer a refund under consumer law for unopened, returned goods. What’s even more concerning is that their small print claims they won’t accept returns even if the item arrives damaged, which is ridiculous and a huge red flag. This feels like a dodgy company trying to deny basic consumer rights. I would strongly advise others not to buy from here unless you’re happy to be stuck with the item no matter what.

Fantastic experience: I visited Endura Roses at the Trafford Centre on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, and was instantly drawn in by the beauty of the shop. I’ve never seen roses as stunning as the ones here — each one felt like a piece of art. I spent over an hour just trying to choose because they were all so beautiful. Thank you to the staff for their kind and knowledgeable help. I truly appreciated the experience, and I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Manchester!

You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail, from the way they’re arranged to the beautiful packaging. Ordering was super easy, and the delivery was quick and well-packaged. When I opened the box, I was genuinely impressed—they look even better in person! Whether it’s for a gift or just to treat yourself, I’d 100% recommend them. Worth every penny!

Negative experience: Received half the order the glass rolled off my ledge as no stand was given. Tried to take this up with the company, they want to collect the broken glass before anything is resolved. Back and further via email for over 2 weeks now and still arguing how the delivery I received had no option but to Be thrown away as I cannot save their glass shards to return!

Fantastic experience: Bought my girlfriend one of the smaller open roses 5 years ago...I've only had to replace it this year! Was amazed at how long it lasted! I'll be there again for my next one! Customer service outstanding too!

Fantastic experience: I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars now. I bought the Vermillion Red, Astra flower. And it is so beautiful! The only problem I got was the Star Registration Certificate it came up with. At first I got problems finding the Star for my someone. Thus my reason for rating initially a 3 star. But Endura Roses deserves to earn 5 stars. Their customer support has been very helpful and hands on in helping me out from the delivery of the flower up to the retrieval of the Star Registration number. It really looks cool finding her name on the Star Registry. Thanks Endura!

Fantastic experience: Some great unique pieces to choose from and the staff are very welcoming and helpful with any questions. There does seem to be something to cater to every budget however it's not cheap but then again their products seem to be of good quality. Felt a bit awkward as nothing is priced so was constantly having to ask prices but the staff didn't seem bothered by this but couldn't help feeling like a nuisance. Ideally would have liked some time to browse on my own before being approached but in fairness I didn't mind. The staff are very willing to help you choose something but don't come across as pushy which is always good. Overall very happy with my visit and the staff were really helpful with facilitating what I needed, the sales assistant took time to ask me what kind of thing I was looking for and the occasion in an attempt to get an idea what would be best for me and then took time to show me around the shop showing me pieces that fit what I was looking for. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique luxury gift for a loved one. They also pack your order in premium packaging with rose petals which just add that finishing touch to your already amazing gift.

Negative experience: Went with my partner the other week and as soon as I stepped up the little stairs I got bombarded with 10000 questions in 2 seconds. The sales person looked really young and might not see how this could be stright away off putting. Maybe she's new to her role either way I would have loved to be left alone for at least 4 mins of us looking around the store before restricting our pathway and asking loads of questions before we looked at an item. In the end we didn't buy anything but went online and made a nice purchase. Would go online again.

Fantastic experience: We bought our second Endura rose this week. Nabeela was really helpful in helping is choose and wrapped the rose beautifully. Our first Endura Rose still looks fab 5 years after buying it. Whilst not cheap these Roses are value for money. They come with a 10 year guarantee.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in here while in Manchester last week and bought a beautiful black rose. The service from Nabeela was amazing, she was so helpful and packaged it so well so it wouldn't get damaged on the flight home. The little touches such as putting blue flowers on the bag were so nice too as I was wasn't sure whether to get a black or blue rose when I went in first. The rose itself is absolutely beautiful.

Fantastic experience: I always came across Endura Roses but I was very hesitant to enter as it looks amazing and beautiful, and I thought it might be expensive but today I had to buy a present for my friend and I entered and was welcomed very warmly my a lady and her name was Nabeela. she was lovely, she explained me about the prices and told me about the roses. Finally I chose the gift and Nabeela wrapped it up so splendidly and it smells amazing too. Amazing service and will definitely come back again in the future.

Fantastic experience: We stopped at Endura Roses this afternoon on a shopping trip for my niece’s birthday and she picked out a beautiful emerald rose for herself. The store itself is stunning and the whole experience felt like we were in a fancy shopping mall in Dubai! Especially in the hot weather weather we’ve been having. The staff are very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and the attention to detail is impeccable. The gift wrapping is just gorgeous, spritzed with an elegant rose water and rose petals matching the emerald green rose were even glued to the outside of the gift bag. Just gorgeous, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely shop, I come here everytime I go to the Trafford Center. Their flowers are beautiful and come in all different shapes and sizes, said flowers also last up to 50 years! I would recommend bringing at least 30 pounds if you would like to shop here, but trust me, it's worth it!

Fantastic experience: I bought my wife a single stem red rose from Endura for Valentines 6 years ago. Sadly, just after Christmas this year our new cleaner assumed it was from a bunch of fresh roses (it still looked that good) and “put it back in the vase”. A week later she threw it out with the rest as they had wilted. My wife was so upset. So this Valentines I bought a new one, this time in a glass display to keep the cleaner away. A first class product with first class service….

Fantastic experience: Bought a Rose online from this shop, arrived in perfect condition (I was worried it might break) so far after a week it has held its shape and hasn't wilted. I opted for the Belle Beauty rose with diamond's, it arrived in a gift wrapped box that I paid extra for, it's meant to last a lifetime so I'll update this review if it dies off (if I haven't updated it hasn't died) So far I cannot fault the product or company, pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with this company and their products. I ordered one of their 'Adore' roses for a dear friend of mine and it came beautifully presented (I paid for the premium packaging, well worth it in my opinion) and was so impressed with the quality and presentation that I have ordered two more rose gifts from them for Christmas presents. I also found their customer service team excellent (Sara was particularly helpful) - having called to check a few things regarding one of the boxes. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommended.

The end product is absolutely exquisite. The foliage she used really complements the delicate rose. I am over the moon with it and it means so much. It is such a fitting tribute.
