Fantastic experience: We walked in to see if we could get some flowers for my husband’s auntie, and the lady in the pink dress was absolutely lovely and kind. She was very skilled and created this beautiful bouquet in such a short time. (The photos were taken in a rush and do not do it the justice it deserves!) It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a florist in the UK. Thank you for your kindness and for the lovely flowers We will definitely come back!

Negative experience: The Flower Shop Beeston, thank you for wasting my time. The owner bothered to take my details and make a note of my wedding flower enquiry but failed to follow up with a quote or even bother to contact me. I waited 2 weeks and my Father (a loyal customer) even followed up with an email promised on Monday. Still nothing. With the wedding around the corner I’ve contacted another small business who are more than willing to fulfil my request.

Fantastic experience: The floral wreath you created for my mother's coffin was absolutely beautiful. It spread almost the full length of the coffin and was a perfect tribute to my mum. The flowers are still going strong, 8 days after the funeral, and visitors to the church are admiring them and their perfume. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: Been using Gemma for many years as her bouquets are not only stunning but the flowers always last a long time. Used to get my Mum a lovely bunch at Christmas and she always loved them so when she passed away before Christmas I had not hesitation in going to Gemma for her wreath for her coffin. We had no other flowers but it wasn't necessary as the wreath was simply stunning and Gemma listened and did exactly what we had wanted.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, unique wedding bouquets! Gemma and her team at The Flower Shop Beeston went above and beyond for our wedding in September 2022. Having been engaged in the desert in Arizona we were keen for cacti and succulents to feature heavily in our day. Fantastic experience: Gemma supplied the flowers for our small wedding. The bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful and it had a very nice scent! She very skilfully put together the ivory avalanche roses, small gypsophila flowers and dainty foliage stems into a very pretty arrangement. She is clearly a very talented florist and I couldn’t be happier with my bouquet! Her communication was also very good and reliable. I would definitely recommend Gemma to all brides (and grooms)! Thank you for making our day extra memorable with the beautiful flowers.

Negative experience: Good customer service and delivered nicely. However, the flower quality was quite poor. I ordered them for my girlfriend as a valentines gift - they died within 4 days after being watered and fed correctly.

Fantastic experience: The Flower Shop provided our bouquets and buttons holes for our wedding recently, and I couldn't recommend them enough. So helpful and so reasonably priced compared to other companies I'd looked at ! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and lasted another couple of weeks in vases at home!

Seventeen minutes on the phone, a very helpful clerk, and an extraordinarily reasonable sum later, they had this beautiful bouquet sent to my girlfriend at work within a couple of hours. They went the extra mile to have the bouquet ready for when I arrived (5 mins before closing!) and the flowers were absolutely beautiful.
