Fantastic experience: Ordering process for a coffin piece was quick and easy plus they supplied 2 specimen white roses for the grave. Townend arranged delivery at the correct day & time to the Funeral Directors and they advised us that flowers had been delivered by email. Display was admired by all and perhaps contrary to tradition the mourners at the wake selected a few flowers each from the display to take away. Not a high street shop and limited parking but high street service and flowers.

Most recently we came to her with an idea for a family members funeral. It seemed pretty out there BUT Louise did not disappoint ♥️ we also asked if we could have two button holes the same as we had for our wedding back in 2016 & she remembered them exactly without us having to show any pictures.
