Fantastic experience: Arrived at Wortley Hall recently after a few overwhelming days in London to find the most stunning floral arrangement in my room courtesy of my boyfriend and the above & beyond special delivery from the Ooopsadaisy team. These flowers brightened up my week. The bouquet lasted well for 10 days so I was able to spread the joy in multiple places as I traveled around the UK. Thank you so very much.

Fantastic experience: NOT ENOUGH STARS TO GIVE !!!! I would like to give Phill a massive thank you. He is one of the nicest guys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My girlfriend was having a bad week ( may I add nothing to do with me !!! lol ) and she was traveling from down south with an over night rest break in Sheffield. Then at short notice he was able to sort me out flowers and even went above and beyond to get them delivered to her hotel room for her arrival. The flowers were gorgeous and her face when she facetimed me was priceless. This was extra amazing due to the fact obviously it would be very unlikely that he would get repeat business from me due to our location, but yet he still went massively out of his way to help. I can not say enough nice things about him. So please I urge anyone who is thinking about using him, just stop thinking and call him !!! Phill , you are a legend mate. Thank you

Fantastic experience: My mum has Alzheimer's disease and frankly gets very little pleasure from life, most especially when her freedom was curtailed by Covid. But as she was (like most of us) housebound and unable to spend any money, we used it to set up a monthly standing order for flowers. This has been wonderful for her. It really brightens her day when the flowers come, especially as the Alzheimer's means that she forgets that they come every month. I'm sure she thinks she has a secret admirer (and I suspect she thinks it's Diane's husband who sometimes delivers her flowers). Diane has been wonderful, and very caring. She sends me a photo of the gorgeous flowers she delivers, and sometimes a comment about how she finds mum. She once phoned to tell me mum wasn't in, and was this a concern. Living 250 miles away, this is really valuable to me, and much appreciated. As anyone in Chapeltown will tell you, you can't get a better florist than Ooops a Daisy. Thank you Diane!

I bought a lovely little naughty elf Christmas eve box for £1.99 my granddaughter will be over the moon. I also wanted a white or silver wreath to hang but the only one left was green with red berries...it was beautiful just not what I was looking for. The lady owner said if I didn't find what I was looking for she would spray it white for me how kind is that.

Both ourselves & the relative thought the flowers were beautiful. We received a photo of the flowers which were delivered as promised & all at a very reasonable price.

Negative experience: i ordered flowers for my daughters 50th birthday so it was something special i thought they would be a good arrangement of flowers.I was told a photo would be sent to me of the arrangement which they did not.My daughter sent me a photo instead and i am very disappointed there are hardly any flowers in the arrangement and for the price i paid i expected more.She received a bigger bunch for less from another shop and i bought a bigger bunch for less from tesco 3 weeks ago.If i"d known how rubbish they were going to be i would have gone to tesco but i wanted it to be special and have flowers delivered.Will not be using this florist again.
