Fantastic experience: The most magical little gem on Division Street in Sheffield. A true wonderland of unique plants, flowers and beautifully chosen accessories. I always make a point of visiting with my Mum whenever I’m in Sheffield....it feels like such a treat. Just before Christmas, we joined one of their wreath-making workshops, and it was nothing short of magical. An evening filled with creativity, laughter and lovely people. Jill and her team are incredibly talented... not only in what they create, but in how generously they share their skills and passion. I’m so proud of the wreath that will be hanging on my door well into February, and even more so of the memories made along the way. Plantology gave us far more than flowers — they gave us something to truly cherish

Positive experience: Ordered a bouquet for a graduation in which the receiver was very happy with. However there were a couple of things that I felt could've been better. The bouquet looked different from the reference photo on the website - I understand that flowers can be different depending on availability at the time, but it seemed that every flower was replaced with a different one. Paying at a higher price point, I would have liked to have received a bouquet more similar to what I ordered. Despite this, the bouquet itself still looked fine as it was. I also tried contacting by email twice (one week earlier and a few days before) and phoned once on collection day with a couple of questions which were never answered to. All in all, we still got a bouquet with good quality flowers and receiver was happy so I hope the team can continue to improve on customer service and communication.

Fantastic experience: The team at Plantology is superb! They were able to make a last minute request and still went above and beyond. I requested a Laurel crown for my sister’s graduation as this is the custom in Italy and we got so many compliments at the graduation ceremony. Fantastic experience: I've bought a few plants, fertiliser and soil from here before, always incredible staff, so helpful and friendly. Sensible pricing and amazing quality, alongside great advice and tips. I had some concerns about repotting my monstera and they kindly offered to do it for me, wow what a relief. Which was done but they also took the extra effort to cover them by wheeling the black bin in front of them 10/10 customer service will definitely be ordering more

Fantastic experience: The staff at plantology are lovely, patient, knowledgeable and attentive! I bought a really lovely plant from here a few weeks ago, unfortunately I over fertilised the plant. I brought the plant into the shop for advice, and the staff offered to repot it for me for free, and gave me lots of useful advice on taking care of my plant. As you can see from the second photo, the plant looks just as amazing and healthy as when I bought it, and they fixed it for me in under a day! I’m very grateful and happy with the results and would 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for a lovely plant (or flowers), especially beginners who might need a bit of extra guidance on caring for plants!! Plantology contacted me promptly when there was confusion about the address and got it fixed right away. They delivered the bouquet right to her apartment door and really brightened her weekend. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. Sophie and the team did our wedding flowers, the bride bouquet, 5 bridesmaid bouquets and button holes / corsages. The end results were stunning. Sophie was so helpful, easy to communicate with and involved in creating the perfect arrangements from our first email to final consultation . I had some ideas of what I wanted in terms of roses, oranges, yellows, but Sophie had the knowledge and creativity to bring together what I wanted but I hadn't imagined, and for us we consider the price reasonable . I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had a 6 month subscription and I cannot rave about it enough. It is slightly more expensive than other subscription services but it is 100% worth it, the quality is so much better. Every bouquet has been so thoughtfully made, season appropriate and just beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The most creative and innovative flower people I've ever come across. I've come to Plantology many times over the years for unusual, creative and more natural arrangements when I wanted to give a really special flower creation. Plantology never disappoint and they are lovely people. They have surpassed themselves recently with the very wonderful floral tribute they made for my husband's funeral. It was so beautiful. Fantastic experience: Always friendly and attentive even if I’m only in the shop to browse! They give you a lovely care card for your plant. I bought a fern at the flower market and they were very helpful and responsive via social media when it began to look unwell. Gorgeous small gifts and cards by local makers too.

Negative experience: I went into get a bouquet for my friends 40th. I liked the dried flowers, but they only had small bouquets and I wanted something bigger. When I asked if that was possible, they said they only had that in or I could buy individual components and do it myself. Very disappointing, I wanted to be local, but all three of them couldn't be bothered. So I've gone online. What's the point in a florist if I'm going DIY?

I visited their shop on a whim in September looking for ideas about flowers for our wedding, and they ended up being the most kind, attentive and friendly florists I’d met! They provided a tailored bouquet design and everything felt so easy, it was honestly a breath of fresh air to work with the team. After having to postpone at very short notice due to Covid reasons, they couldn’t have been more supportive and easy-going with our needs. I’d recommend Plantology to anybody looking for bouquets for a wedding, for plants for your home (they’ve got loads!) or just for some advice and inspiration. Thank you Plantology team!

The staff members are sweet & welcoming as well as knowledgeable about what they are selling you. Not going to lie they’re not cheap, but many things are reasonable priced.

Fantastic experience: Excellent variety of flowers, berries and greenery in my latest bouquet sent by my son for Christmas. It is a very Christmassy arrangement, and as I described it to Paul, it is gorgeous.

Fantastic experience: I have used Plantology many times and Jill's arrangements are consistently perfect. I first discovered them 4 years ago when shopping around for our wedding bouquet (my wife refused to throw it as it was so beautiful) and have continued to use them for all my flower needs including our blessing, mum's birthdays and motherdays and my grandad's funeral wreath. Arrangements are always elegant and artistically put together.
