Fantastic experience: I have been here a few times now and the staff have always been lovely. Recently I bought button holes for my brother’s wedding and they were stunning! They were exactly the way I wanted them and the team were really accommodating to my last minute changes. There was one female staff member (sorry I didn’t get your name!) who was extremely lovely and helpful when I called to make changes to my order and provided suggestions on what could be done. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I bought a diy wreath kit today. Delivery was very prompt (I ordered before 12 so was same day delivery). Everything was lush and in really good condition. I’ve never made a wreath before so it’s a bit cack handed but it was a lot of fun and I’m happy with the result! Will definitely do this again next year :)

Fantastic experience: I first became aware of this florists in 2013 when they did flowers for my daughters wedding which were more than she could of dreamt of. I have received and bought several bouquets from Flourish since and have never been disappointed. I ordered a Christmas wreath from them last week,I chose the colour scheme and left it up to them to put it together,again I was not disappointed as when it was delivered it was stunning. The assistants are always polite,friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you get very high quality items at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have bought a few things from here in the past and always been impressed, but Laura and the team arranged the most stunning flowers for our wedding recently. Laura very patiently listened to my ideas and made great suggestions and I was absolutely blown away by the bouquets we received! She also provided additional stunning flowers for the cake decoration. Communication was excellent throughout and we were so pleased with the results. Highly recommend this florist!

Negative experience: Bought a bouquet of flowers here yesterday as a surprise for my partner for 20 pounds, very disappointed I got 3 lillies and a little greenery, won't be coming back will go to the supermarket, what a rip off.

Fantastic experience: Flourish created the most beautiful flowers for our mum's funeral service with was a celebration of her life. We hoped for something beautiful and soft and billowing and that is what they achieved. As well as the bouquet they created a matching beautiful garland all around the willow casket. Eventually you have to take a dive, the prices are competitive and thankfully the quality turned out to be exceptional. Its very rare I write Google reviews, but the personable and prompt service offered here, combined with quality product assured I would. I 100% recommend this florist and will be using them again.

Negative experience: ★Ordered flowers for my sisters law birthday for a surprise but was very disappointed when they did not arrive they had been delivered to wrong address the shop was very sorry for the error. They were delivered late afternoon . but spoiled the surprise as I had to phone a few times to get it sorted won't be using again

Fantastic experience: Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mums 80th. The lovely lady in the shop said she would select "lovely soft tones in a traditional bouquet". The flowers arrived on the morning of my Mums birthday and I could not believe how beautiful they were. For £25 there was a big bouquet, wrapped beautifully and the flowers were gorgeous, so fresh and fragrant. Delighted with the service and the flowers. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.
