Negative experience: I ordered a Heart for my Sister's Funeral on the 18th Dec 25. My Nieces and Brother in Law had ordered theirs from Sarah's as well. I ordered in plenty of time thinking I was getting a Lilac/Purple and White Heart as on the Website. Also stated any problem to contact myself. I didn't see the Heart until in the Crematorium I was grieving for the lost of my my Sister and when I saw the Heart I felt I had let her down. Nothing like on the Website No Whites! (I did request no Chrysanthemums which was taken on board). The definition of the heart was lost. Don't get me wrong it was nice close up but from a distance it looked shabby. Pale pinks and Lilacs. First picture one I received second one I hoped to receive. I sent Sarah's an email that night explaining I was disappointed, I was told flowers had to be bought depending on availability at auction, yet the other flowers ordered was met, including whites. Sarah's took the email as a review which it wasn't it was a complaint. The cost of the Heart was £80.00 plus a further £6 for delivery even though it was been delivered with the other flowers. It wasn't about the money it was to say Goodbye to my Lovely Sister.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet from Sarah’s florist for some friends in Sheffield. What more can I say. From start to finish the process of ordering was seamless, professional, courteous and polite. The bouquet was beyond expectation and was absolutely stunning. Value for money will definitely order again. OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I ordered my wedding flowers from Sarah’s and I can not begin to say how absolutely perfect they were. We had 8 bridesmaid bouquets which were each perfectly done and absolutely massive! My bouquet was everything I had pictured and even more. We also had some flower wands done for my flower girls and these were just adorable. The women who work there have been incredible with us, so patient with all of our changes we requested. The prices were so so reasonable, I can’t recommend them enough!! We also added on 5 disco ball floral arrangements the week of the wedding and these were done incredibly as well. We had 2 separate drop off for the morning and it was perfect. Thank you to all of the people at Sarah’s florist!

From the moment they arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful everything looked — the bouquets, pedestals, pew ends and buttonholes were all absolutely stunning. The bouquets in particular were everything I had hoped for and more, and the buttonholes for the men were elegant and perfectly coordinated. Negative experience: A friend paid £60 for approx 25 bunches of daffodils and they are awful. In the photo the other daffodils cist a £1 a bunch (2 bunches)and flowered within a day, the ones from ssrahs as you can see are rubbish and not flowered. My friend is upset that they are so poor and I'm annoyed at how much she paid for them in the first instance and that they are rubbish in comparison to the £1 aldis and tesco bunches. I've even put them out in the sun to try bring them on but nothing as of yet..update.... Sarah has been in touch and hopefully a resolution will be found.

Negative experience: Easy to order and the bouquet was delivered on time. The only thing that let the experience down was the bouquet looked very different to what was ordered and that a lot of the flowers had died after 3-4 days

Fantastic experience: Sarahs Florist is the best around by far, Ive been coming here since she first opened just a few doors down from where she is now must be about 20 years now. Her floral displays are outstanding and every December the swags and reefs are different and stunning to anywhere else, but if she doesn’t advertise what you want, she will gladly do something to your own ideas. Over the years we have ordered flowers for work colleagues (Ive had to help the guys buy flowers when their partners had babies or even valentines). Even at short notice she will always oblige, and of course when we get the door numbers muddled they have always managed to deliver to the right address. As well as all that, the staff are all so lovely and friendly, keep up the fantastic work xxx

Fantastic experience: We popped in on Saturday (one day before Mother’s Day). They were super busy with pre-ordered flowers but still had some lovely arrangements available to purchase. We spoke to one of the lovely ladies there and she asked what kind of thing my mum usually likes. She knew straight away what to do and asked if we could pop back in 20 mins. Fantastic experience: We ordered, Gates of Heaven (A massed tribute of white chrysanthemums with sprays), at very short notice and the service we received was nothing short of marvellous. We placed the order on Friday 16th February and requested delivery to the Funeral directors at Handsworth, for Monday 19th February and were told delivery would be 2 hours before the funeral time and true to their word, this was the case. They were very helpful, polite and patient with us during the phone call to place the order and at such a stressful time, this meant an awful lot to us! Negative experience: Bouquet sent for my birthday at the weekend was brought today (Tuesday) by a neighbour, having been left on her doorstep while she was at work today. Delivery envelope has my correct address, and is clearly marked for delivery on Saturday. Flowers are in reasonable condition, considering they've been standing on a doorstep all day and (presumably) in a delivery van since Saturday.

Fantastic experience: Had an exceptional service from this florist from the order process right through to the delivery. They were very accommodating to my special requests and delivered my items accurately and on time. I chose to send a large option of 'Bliss" a stunning basket arrangement and I received a call from the recipient, who was actually overwhelmed by the size and beauty of it.
