Negative experience: This is the second bouquet of flowers I have received from the store . Both were beautifully presented with nice variation of flowers . Unfortunately both lasted barely a week. I understand some flowers do not last more than a few days but I would expect a slightly longer lifespan . As an example I had some supermarket carnations for over a week before my flowers arrived and they were still going strong . Both were in the same room at the same temperature .

Fantastic experience: I had looked at other flower shops reviews which were all good in Sheffield, but one review said they had analysed all of them carefully and chosen this shop and were extremely pleased with the result, which swayed it for me into using! I had a lovely phone conversation with a very helpful lady and said I liked the sun and rain combination but also that I loved dahlias. They have a very comprehensive and colourful website- you’ll find what you are looking for! These were for my daughter’s 21st who is a student at the University, so I said it was highly unlikely she would have a vase, so that was added into the equation also. I was on the telephone when they arrived and I heard the delivery man say ‘Happy Birthday!’ which was a nice touch. She said they smelt absolutely gorgeous and it was great for me to see them in all their glory too. Thank you very much - highly recommended.

It’s one thing buying from a supermarket, and another thing entirely to watch skilled professionals bring the idea to life in front of you. We were absolutely delighted with the beautiful arrangement and individual flower vases for the tables at the wake. Our mother who was an artist would have loved them. We were treated with great respect and kindness from the minute we entered the shop. Jonathan and Lauren put us at our ease asking the right questions to draw out what we wanted.. They made some really helpful suggestions and we felt really happy with our decisions. Jonathan asked us to contact them again if we had any further ideas which we did. Nothing was to much trouble and the flowers were delivered to the funeral directors and church/wake Venue as arranged it all went really smoothly. We would highly recommend this florist and were so grateful for their help at this difficult time.

Jonathan was so open to our ideas, so helpful, paid attention to each one of our requests and made us the most beautiful flower arrangements (is not just us saying that, we received a lot of good feedback from our guests too!). My wedding bouquet left me speechless and because I knew will be beautiful I asked Jonathan for an alternative one that I can "throw" as I knew that I will want to keep mine. I was right! Fantastic experience: Jonathan at Pavillion took on board everything we talked about and asked for for our grandmas funeral flowers. We didnt want a wreath or a spray and he came up with something that was a perfect tribute to our grandma. Everything was carefully selected and the arrangement was beautiful. Pavillion are also doing the flowers for my wedding and i can't wait to see what they'll do for us. Pavillion have done birthdays, weddings and funerals for us. A true family favourite.

Fantastic experience: I am in America and wanted to send something special to someone in Sheffield. A bit of a daunting task from such a vast distance. I went through every single website for every florist in Sheffield and got a great vibe from PF. First, the website was easy to follow which makes a big difference especially from so far away. I also liked that there was a direct email and not a contact form because I didn’t feel like waiting days for a response which might not ever come. The owner Jonathan responded right away and understood I am far away and needed help. I couldn’t call and he stayed in great communication with me on email. He was super helpful and went above and beyond and made the delivery himself, same day. His delivery person had gone for the day, he saw this was important to me and so he went after the shop closed. We struck up some fun conversation and he’s just a really cool and caring person with a very personal touch. If I lived in Sheffield I’d order from him every week of my life.

Fantastic experience: I've just not only bought the best bound bunch of bespoke flowers you can find in sheffield, but also experienced the best customer service. The flowers were for my wife who just gave birth to our sonin the hospital down the road. I bought the flowers with a lovely vase which turned out to be quite heavy, so jonathan, the owner, took it on himself to go the extra mile and drop me off at the hospital. I love a place like that, which doesn't only produce top quality products but is run by a lovely team who are passionate about their clients and bringing joy to world. Glad I discovered them. Best. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend more. I don't know much about flowers at all, so Jonathan was a massive help when choosing an arrangement for an anniversary gift. He's extremely knowledgeable and communicative, and the selection they had would suit any occasion at a very reasonable price. Positive experience: Spent £35 on flowers today and they came all in different periods of blooming, some flowers were browning and some looked very ruffled. The bouquet was wide spread and not very well put together. When I went back in to get some flowers changed (the browning ones) I was told they were fresh out the packet despite literally having brown marks. Won’t be returning

We cannot fault the flowers and the service we received. The flowers were beautifully displayed and smelled wonderful. They really added to the winter wedding we were hoping for. Johnathan listened to our requirements and immediately started to explain how these could be interpreted via differing designs and installations. Everything was made possible. Everything was stress free with Johnathan accepting the responsibility placed on him with a calm and skilful, knowledge and experienced based design focus. The Bride’s bouquet; grooms button hole; male party button holes; maid of honour’s handbag decoration; reception dinner table; reception decor positions - all were treated with individual designs superbly interpreted and presented even including a specialist flower that the bride had requested from South Africa. Johnathan understands his flowers, is a superb design artist, and above all understands his customer who, like me stressed and lost, he was able to rescue with a superb and stunning floral collation that represented my stunning daughter to perfection. Fantastic experience: For my birthday I had been sent some chocolates. Unfortunately when they arrived they had gone off, no fault of pavilions as the boxes were sealed, still in date and must have been stored incorrectly by their supplier. I contacted pavilion who bent over backwards to ensure that not only were the chocolates replaced but they were hand delivered and they gave me a beautiful bunch of flowers! Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: So...I’ve finally today planted out my potted Christmas tree into the garden, and wanted to say a belated thank you to Jonathan who took time out to get me this tree which I spotted at their Christmas opening event in December ( the ones in store had already been sold when I arrived early evening ) Not only did Jonathan deliver it to me after I finished work but brought it inside for me and was patient whilst I decided where I wanted it to go. It’s possibly the most beautiful Christmas tree I have ever seen” Blue Diamond “ so I’m hoping now it will take root and that I’ll be able to bring it back inside next Christmas. Both Jane and Jonathan are as passionate today as they were back in 1990 when they first went into business. I feel honoured that I was asked to model some floral headpieces way back then for their first bridal portfolio , and in return Jane did my wedding flowers, following my brief exactly for simple understated elegance. Since this talented team of florists did my wonderful wedding flowers in 2001 I have been a loyal customer and have recommended them to friends, family and colleagues with confidence. I was invited to the late night Christmas shopping experience in mid December last year and I wanted to say just how amazing the shop looked with the incredible flowers taking centre stage which is where they should be of course. The choice of blooms was as good as anything I have seen anywhere and displayed with a real sense of knowledge, care and creativity. These guys know what they are doing; from large bespoke bouquets featuring a floral mix of the things you know and love alongside the more unusual and quirky stems you didn't know you love but do now, the most beautiful pale silvery green live Christmas trees ready to load into the car and make your friends wish they knew where to get one, a choice of seasonal plants and smaller floral arrangements waiting to make their selves useful as last minute gifts and so many other fabulous desirables you ought to buy for other people but actually just keep for yourself. A fantastic Shifa scented candle heading for my sister is much happier on my dressing table...…..maybe next year Jane. Customer service is something I really care and know about as I have been on the other side of the counter and know how important it is to make sure people enjoy their shopping experience and feel happy to return. Pavilion has a great team who always make me feel welcome and valued as a customer even if they are busy, I enjoy recommendations and suggestions from people who know their product so well, there is always something lovely or new in those big glass vases that I want to take home with me along with my current favourite blooms. Fantastic experience: Not knowing the difference between a daisy and an dandelion it's safe to say I needed some guidance with my wedding flowers and I chose the perfect florist for the job. I met with both Jane and Jonathon who took one look at my dress and knew exactly what was needed. The flowers were beautiful; the bouquet delightful; and the candelabras were perfect. On the day the service was excellent. The flowers were moved from one location to the other with quiet discretion. Jonathon delivered the flowers to me in the morning and gave me a much needed pep talk which calmed my nerves perfectly. I would very much recommend Jane and Jonathon as the service they give is personal while being professional.

Fantastic experience: Pavilion is a special flower shop to me and my wife, having dressed our wedding venue in the best flowers in May 2007. Now in 2017, I had delivered on our 10th Wedding Anniversary the most amazing bunch of flowers to my wife's office. Fantastic experience: Used Pavilion on a number of occasions for floral arrangements for clients and colleagues - often need delivery on the day - and they are always happy to accommodate. Arrangements are always packed full with fresh flowers, in an artistic arrangement. I'm not the easiest person to impress but have always been delighted!

Negative experience: I was pleased and confident to be using such a reputable company to send my partner some flowers on valentines day. Well...that is what I thought. Firsty, the owner put the phone down on me whilst I was complaining. Extremely unprofessional and rude. She took my complain very personally, raised her voice in which i had to raise mine to be heard. I am a calm and collective person, but when the owner becomes abrupt and calls me a liar then that really bothers me. Secondly, I am having to make a 40 mile round trip to get a refund due to the poor service I recieved. A word of advice, you should not be taking orders if you can not fulfil them accordingly to the customers specification. My reason for being very disappointed with my order and requiring a full refund: • Flowers were not delivered on the day I requested. Even if they were, she would have not received them as her colleague confirmed they were delivered at 5.40pm. She leaves work at 4pm as detailed in my order. They held their hands up to this, however, that was only until I called them to complain. A quick phonecall to make me aware of the mistake would have been very handy. • I was asked what flowers i would like. I said 'Roses'..I was asked what colour and I said 'Red'. In the bouqet I received only 3 roses and 5 yellow tulips. I never asked for tulips. I made them aware it was for valentines day. Who sends tulips on valentiens day? I paid £41 for the privelidge. Quite alot of money for the bouqet that was received. She even said that they were not 5 tulips. When actually there were...I can count to 5. All in all an extremely unpleasant transaction. I will not be using their appalling services again and nor will I be recommending them. Whilst talking to the the business owner I presume she tried to intimidate me by mentioning that her husband will be there to see me at the shop. Her manner was agressive when she said this. this is not something I was happy about, needless to say this made me angry. I called back and told her husband that I did not appreciate her putting the phone down on me. He asked her and I heard her say she 'didnt' and that she ''said what I had to say, it was quiet on the line so I put the phone down' ..... ridicolous excuse. I was accused of being agressive. I made the complaint in view of 4 staff including the company director. None of them said I was 'agressive' and i didnt think I was either. I am never one to complain, ever! Her husband was very pleasnt to speak to, however I was very angry at the time due to such a disgusting service. He understood both sides of the storey, was proactive in sorting it out, APOLOGISED for the mistake in the delivery and accpeted my request for a full refund on return of the flowers. That is the service I expected, polite and apologetic from their mistakes. In none of the conversation was there any mention of a part refund for any inconvenience/mistakes caused. This will most likely have sorted the situation there and then. Instead I had to waste my time enduring bad customer services to rectify this situation myself. I will not be using nor will I be recommending these. A bad overall experience, not the service i expected. Delievered on the wrong day, and not the flowers I asked for, rude staff.
