Fantastic experience: We used the Flowerpot for our Dad's funeral because he had always bought his flowers for Mum from here. He would never shop anywhere else due to the amazing quality and service. To say we were impressed with the funeral arrangements is an understatement. Even the single white rose to place on top of the coffin was presented stunningly. The photos do not do the Yorkshire Rose arrangement justice, it was absolutely beautiful. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Kate was thoughtful and kind. My daughter loved how she personalised her grandfather's funeral tribute heart ♥. I had taken a yellow ribbon with italic fuchsia personalised writing. My Daughter had called her grandad "Bumper" instead of grandad since being a small child. She is 33 now. I went on Amazon to find a ribbon. I chose Yellow with Fushia as it was cheerful and my father was all about positive energy in life. The wording was: " Wonderful Bumper ❤️ Forever loved ❤️" When I took the ribbon in Kate didn't up sell. She said that the funeral heart should be 12 inches so that the words did not look lost on the heart. She graciously offered to pleat ribbon in matching yellow and fushsia around the heart and to chose flowers to match on top. My Daughter at the funeral said that the heart was beautiful. It was so important to her that the tribute reflected the beautiful relationship that she had with her grandad, "Bumper". I cannot thank Kate enough. I recommend The Flower pot to anyone who wants to send funeral tributes. The funeral home said that she has always been excellent when I told them about the heart tribute and how she had offered to match the ribbons and flowers to the ribbon. Thank you Kate.

Positive experience: I phoned this shop last minute for a delivery to my friend as a pick me up. The service was brilliant and my friend was really pleased with her surprise flowers. Yes they definitely cheered her up. Thank you ladies.

Positive experience: I just recently ordered a bouquet for my cousin was disappointed ,I saw a meadow flower bouquet with daisy and small purple flowers like a meadow told them I only wanted them colours I ended up with large purple and pink and no daisy's making it look more like funeral flowers,and I didn't deffinatly he want pink on as it was a male cousin as I stated so yes it was lovely but not what I asked for so they should have said if they didn't have the flowers

Fantastic experience: we used the Fower Pot recently for my father-in-laws funeral and to be honest we didnt have a clue. Katy-Ann was amazing!! She guided us through all of the options and gave valuble advice that led to a beautiful and very personal flower display. My father-in-law was a senior Harry Potter fan and also a horrological enthusiast. I cannot reccomed Flower Pot highly enough (I'm affraid the pictures are not great).

Negative experience: Eight flowers each one a different colour, length and size. They looked like garage flowers, re wrapped and even that was tacky. A bunch of tulips from Tesco would have looked nicer

After I was spectacularly let down at the 11th hour by Swallows and Damsons on Abbeydale Rd, Katy created exactly the style I asked for with only 3 days notice (I was very specific about what I wanted - wild flowers and a foliage garland on a willow coffin). Katy is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and really really went that extra mile for me and I can't thank her enough.
