The help support and listening ear I received from Linda was fabulous. All my requests were taken on board and follow up emails. My wreath was delivered to the undertakers as requested and the writing placed on the individual tags were neatly written. As a teacher , I wanted that and that’s exactly what I got. A fabulous, outstanding service and the cost was great compared to others who in my opinion offered less for your money. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Buttercup and Daisies for the beautiful flowers they did for my mums funeral. I sent them pictures of colours and what I wanted incorporated into the flowers for top of coffin and the design I wanted for the gates of heaven. They went above and beyond. They did everything how I wanted them and the same style when they did my dad’s funeral flowers 2 -1/2 years ago. They delivered on time. Most of all from living overseas they still took the time for me and corresponded with me and talking over the phone aswell as carrying out exactly what I wanted till I was back in the uk. The team are amazing helpful and respectful in meeting my needs and especially creating beautiful wreaths of fresh beautiful flower which many people on both occasion’s commented. Fantastic experience: Myself and my son visited Buttercups & Daisies today for a poppy wreath to display before his football game. Unfortunately we wasnt able to get a wreath, however we managed to get a stunning poppy display instead. My son absolutely loved being able to help make the display and couldnt be more proud of it. I cannot thank you enough for helping us at such short notice and for allowing my son to help. We are truly grateful for everything!! It'll be proudly displayed in the morning for remembrance Sunday at his football match!

Fantastic experience: I placed an order for my wedding flowers. I ordered 10 button holes. Corsage. 5 bridesmaid bouquets and my teardrop bouquet. I gave Lynda my ideas for how I wanted the bouquets to look and she nailed it. They were stunning. I now have some of my wedding flowers preserved in a resin heart and in jewellery. Thank you Lynda.

Fantastic experience: I am not one to normally write reviews, however in this instance I had to. I called up this morning to order to some flowers for my MIL and spoke to Linda. I told her the occasion and that I was not able to collect the flowers. So I asked if these can be delivered. Linda arranged for the flowers to be delivered for same day, as a nice surprise for my MIL who was not well. I received a message off her saying she received the flowers and how much she loved them and how beautiful they are and honestly that is the highest compliment from her, as she has the green finger. Even my FIL loved them and took pictures I received pictures off of them (which i have added) they are so beautiful and I have to say you have exceeded my expectations of how I thought they would look. Absolutely stunning flowers. I cannot express my gratitude enough for your service and support as a first time customer. This is a difficult time to source good quality flowers but they came up trumps with a beautiful arrangement. They also came in during their break to get them to the funeral directors. Fantastic experience: I popped into this florist on the 20th December to get some flowers for my friends bday. Their flowers are always fresh and arrangements are displayed beautifully. Plenty of choice of flowers and if you're not sure what to choose the warm and friendly staff can point you in the right direction. I entered the xmas raffle after telling Steph a member of staff that i never win raffles and she encouraged me to have a go. Her words were "people who say that usually win". Well i got a call on xmas eve to be told i won the first prize! Thanks again Steph & Buttercup and Daisies my daughter loved it! Best £1 ever spent.

I contacted this company on Christmas Eve and asked if they could do me a last minute bouquet on Christmas Eve for my late brother after being let down by another local company . I had a response within 10 minutes and within hours these amazing flowers were hand delivered to my mom’s front door ! . They were absolutely stunningly arranged and the staff were so helpful and lovely . Going down to the finest details of asking if I have cats to ensure the flowers were safe and also asking what my mom’s favourite flowers were and they somehow pulled this out of the bag . Fantastic experience: I needed flowers delivered for the same day. The cut of time on the website stated 2pm. However due to the different options on the website I wasn’t sure what to choose. I called up and was assisted by very lovely team who specified what would be included in the bundle of flowers I had chosen. She even helped me handwrite a card whilst on the phone to her. Proof flowers were sent prior to postage as I’d had requested (anxious buyer) and proof of delivery was also given via text message.
