Negative experience: Ordered flowers and they browned/ wilted very soon after purchasing. As someone who doesn't buy flowers regularly, I place a lot of trust in the florist as I can't immediately tell the age of flowers at first glance. I would understand if they were cheap flowers, but they were quite expensive (£90 for 30 Carnations) so it was a real let down they had starting browning before the event we bought them for (collected Friday midday, event was Sunday).

Negative experience: Edit: Not really sure how you “reviewed” CCTV, considering I was a walk in and nowhere did I noted the date/time. Not to mention, no one knows me by name. Unless this is a common complaint of course? It’s basic manners to make your customers feel welcome, talking in a foreign language for 20+ mins just isn’t it. It wasn’t about the work, it was a gossip session. Completely unprofessional. Visited this store to place an order for a friend’s birthday. I have visited before & the service is usually good. However, on this particular day there were 2 women working (both of East Asian (I’m assuming) heritage) who barely acknowledged me and kept speaking to each other in their own language! This store is VERY small, and it was very awkward to be sitting there for 20+ mins whilst these 2 women were chatting away. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I was only spoken to minimally. I wouldn’t have minded if they were speaking in English, or only occasional phrases in a different language. I don’t expect a 20+ minute conversation, in front of customers, in a foreign language. Daisy Florist market themselves as a “luxury” shop. The experience was anything but. I wouldn’t go back, which is a shame as when the other lady is there I have been treated well.
