Negative experience: The lady here is disgusting lol! To think a business muslim lady that sells umrah gifts, will understand the ethical morales of a Muslim, yet they failed to show it to a fellow Muslim. My mum was in a car accident and my brother had asked her for the video as her cameras had clear footage of what happened. We asked other shop owners, who were working and were busier than her shop (that was literally empty), and they gave it to us within minutes. The insurance company had asked my brother for the video so I went to ask for it (second time) to which she said she was working and I said “okay thank you” and left. Four hours and I called her to ask her, I was anxious from what happened to my mum and brother and I wanted a clear view of what happened. I called her to ask and she responded so rudely. She told me “you need to leave me alone… you’re harassing me… you have no respect… I was the one who helped ur mum no one else… stop calling me or else”. I apologised to her and explained I am trying to get the video to which she said “if I call once more she won’t send the video”. She can try and deny everything she said in the voice call but it was recorded by my brother who was also shocked at her sudden change in demeanour. May Allah put her in the same position as me so she knows how it feels to have rude remarks thrown at her whilst IN SHOCK. Her attitude and behaviour really reflects on all the other comments that talk about her! Why hasn’t the manager done anything regarding this. It doesn’t matter now anyways, but I can’t shake how horrible she was…

I came in to get something special for my nephew’s party, and not only was the service prompt, but every request I had was welcomed with genuine kindness. I was on foot that day and honestly couldn’t manage carrying everything. The sister immediately offered to arrange delivery, which I truly appreciated. They even went the extra mile by carefully inserting the gifts inside the balloon just the way I imagined. It turned out perfect. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the whole experience so much easier and really memorable.

Negative experience: I recently visited to create a custom gift hamper. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff member or manager I spoke with was rude and seemed uninterested in my requests, ignoring specific instructions for the hamper's contents and arrangement. The final product was poorly assembled, with items falling out, and it didn't resemble the hamper I had envisioned. To add to the disappointment, I was charged £10 for this subpar service. Overall, the poor customer service and low-quality product make it difficult for me to recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve used Ever So Special for 10 years and I must say the service, staff , products and overall experience is amazing….that’s every time I’ve visited. At difficult times it’s been last minute funeral flowers, whether it’s the middle of the night or early morning ever so special has always come through and then gone over and beyond!! They then have delivered the flowers and respectfully not even requested payment! which is none existent in these days so thank you for all respect and amazing service. Thank You So Much

They were very patient especially on the phone and very friendly. I had the feeling on WhatsApp as if we had known each other. Payments was made easily, I was connected from WhatsApp to the Shop. Thanks Saf and to your staff. I was told they will keep my mum up to date with the delivery. I have even added them to my contacts although I live in Germany. I recommend that Flower Shop. Once delivered I will complete my review. The flowers came on time and they were beautiful, it even looked better than what I was shown in the video. Negative experience: Products are very overpriced. Same products you can buy from Temu and Shein for about £5. They’re selling a ‘Hamper gift basket’ for £50 with fake perfume and cheap products which look very similar to Shein/ Temu. Better off making your own gift sets with higher quality items.

Negative experience: I went to this place to get fresh flowers with my husband, there was this lady who was extremely rude when we asked her about how to order a new bouquet of flowers as we did not like what was kept on display. After that we were having look at the fake flowers as we realised we couldn’t get the fresh flowers we wanted. She came charging at us and said don’t you know that is not for sale. There was no label saying what was for sale. Horrible experience in terms of customer service.

She sent me a video of the bouquets already made. I chose one and send a message. I paid the payment safely. Within 2 hours my flowers were delivered. Quick, efficient and very friendly!!!! Positive experience: Placed an order online for my child's 18th birthday to be delivered - everything was great apart from all 3 bouquets as the decorations were nothing like the picture on the website. Seemed like it was rushed, especially as I was paying £40 each for 2 chocolate bouquets and £35 for the flower bouquet. Moreover, the bouquets were unstable as they were not covered when the driver gave them to me - what if the chocolates fell apart? I placed my order over 3 days before the delivery date, so that should have been enough time to prepare everything, however the standard of the bouquets didn't live up to my expectations because I had ordered a deluxe bouquets but it didn't seem like a deluxe bouquets as there were no ribbons, bows or decorations as shown in the website, suggesting that it was rushed and last minute. Would I order again? Not online.

Really very beautiful flowers , but they charged too much extra money for delivery, online they show £2.99 delivery charges but on shop they charged £7.99 for delivery & delivery was within 1 &1/2 miles from there shop☹ (Coventry road) I booked my pakage £50 for just flower standing base bouquet & 5 balloons.. Anyway recommended for collection only point of view...

I made the call to Ever so Special on Eid day and explained what happened and might need the flowers urgently.
