Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recommend this florist enough. After being let down by another company on a very time-sensitive order, I came here hoping they could help — and they handled everything perfectly from start to finish. Their professionalism was on another level. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and actually cared about making sure the flowers arrived on time. In a situation where timing really mattered, they delivered exactly as promised with no stress, no excuses, and amazing customer service. The flowers themselves completely exceeded my expectations. The bouquet already looked beautiful on the website, so I had high expectations going in — but when they sent me the actual photos before delivery, I was genuinely blown away. The arrangement looked absolutely fantastic. Honestly, the website pictures don’t even do them justice. The flowers looked even more premium, vibrant, and beautifully arranged in real life than I expected. You can genuinely tell the difference when a business values its customers and takes pride in its work. Fantastic experience: I contacted a few florists in Great Barr to arrange flowers for my Father's funeral. Becky stood out immediately as being incredibly helpful. She listened to what I wanted, sent several ideas within 30 minutes and was available to discuss details throughout. Dealing with someone so efficient was a Godsend. When the flowers arrived on the day the flowers were perfect. Exactly what I had hoped for. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but world class service. Was told less than 24 hours before delivery date that the person will not be home after 10am. Sent Becky a message on Instagram after hours, and they replied straight away and made sure it was delivered whilst they was home. Constant communication throughout and the flowers look amazing. The flowers are fresh and beautiful, the service is always amazing, the price is affordable and reflects the quality put in to each arrangement. Roses also do a lovely selection of other gifts including plants, note books, plaques and candles. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby!

The mother in law, who incidentally is a VERY fussy lady, was delighted and said they were 'the best she has ever had'! She loved the design and commented that the flowers were super fresh. Very reasonably priced and great service- would highly recommend.

Negative experience: My mother ordered a £40 arrangement for my sisters 40th birthday. She arranged to spend £40. When she arrived to collect the flowers she was told they were £50. My mother was shocked and upset by this. The owner then proceeded to pull out the centerpiece flower (lily) and said, have this then. My mum was mortified and upset. That one stem wouldn't be £10 but, ruined the display. My mum was so upset that she called and expressed her dissatisfaction at the lack of professionalism shown. However, didn't get a better response on the phone. This was an act a spite. My mother is honest and decent and should not have been treated in this way.

Negative experience: Bought 4 roses which were wilting and looked very bad. Should have been discounted, given they were roses that'd be lucky to last a week. Edit: cant seem to reply to the business' comment below so will reply here. I've added a photo which was taken hours after purchasing (on Friday 22nd Dec). The outside of the white roses are wilting which I didnt initially spot. The red rose looked fine though.
