Fantastic experience: I have used this florist for my sisters funeral in Nov 2024 , and for my dads funeral in March 2025 , the service was great , the prices were reasonable and the shamrock they did for my dads funeral had a lot of compliments. Sadly my mom has passed very recently and we will using this florist again as I know the flowers will be beautiful

Fantastic experience: I was let down by my usual florist. A much loved aunt who passed away a few years ago would have been celebrating her birthday today. We wished to send some flowers to my uncle, to express that we are thinking of her. On Sunday at 10 am in the morning I contacted Petals of Madinah, and explained that we would like a delivery of flowers that day. Two hours later, flowers were delivered to my uncle. Needless to say he was delighted with the flowers, telling me how beautiful they were and that they had a beautiful scent. Thank you so much to Petals of Madinah. I definitely recommend them and I am very impressed with their service,

Negative experience: The flower selection was minimal, and half the bouquets were dead. But I’m happy with the one I chose. The service was what let me down. I asked for a bit of tissue paper, which was nicely on display mind you, not like I was reaching over the counter for it. And the girl says it’s not for sale. Fair enough, but I asked for her to make an exception and she responded like I asked her to give the whole bouquet for free. I was willing to pay and she made justifications which just didn’t make sense. I would’ve been happy with “the boss said no” but she gave me reasons like “if we sell it to you then 10 other people are gonna come to buy it”. Last time I checked if there was something in demand it was a good idea to sell it. Overall her attitude was disappointing. I was prepared to pay £50 for a decent bouquet instead I got £15 off but with a side of attitude so I guess I can’t complain too much.

Negative experience: Had a delivery of birthday flowers and balloons which were fantastic. However, the attitude of the delivery driver was very rude and unprofessional. He kept banging on the door in which time we opened the door and he rudely said I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes. When we pointed out no, he hadn’t as the door was opened in under a minute and we even checked on the cctv and he started shaking his head for being caught out lying. Company needs to educate their drivers on customer service hence the one star review

Negative experience: I was sent flowers on Valentine’s Day which arrived at 10pm, I had to get out of bed to retrieve them. Having checked the video carefully he did ring the doorbell but was not waiting for a response, he was about to get in his car when I called out. These flowers would have been out in the cold all night if I had not done this. The bouquet was small & when I pressed my friend re cost she advised me they were £40 which included a £5 delivery fee. Coupled with the size & delivery time this service was appalling. My friend contacted P of M by phone but was talked over & given excuses about delivery. When asked why they hadn’t rang her about delivery they had no response. Having had time to reflect she used their online contact form re a refund & to date has not received a response.

Negative experience: Flowers were beautiful BUT the website requested funeral time - I put in the funeral time 12 o'clock. 11am I phoned the shop for an update as the flowers had not arrived - the response "you said funeral was at 12"..... "yes but I need to get to the funeral". Flowers arrived just gone 12 o'clock - my husband had to bring them later to the funeral.

Fantastic experience: Went in yesterday for my bridal bouquet. Wasn't quite sure on what I wanted but Saidah was amazing, she invisioned everything so perfectly & I left very happy. Fantastic experience: My family has used petals of medina 5 years ago for a bridal bouquet, button holes and mehndi jewellery and the work was perfect, so when it was my turn there was no questions asked this was the only place I wanted to place my own wedding order from. Saidah helped put me to ease, she was patient and gave me a good guideline as well as listening to what I want. I really can't wait to see my own wedding bouquet and mehndi jewellery but because we have used petals do Medina before I know I will love the end product :)

Fantastic experience: I came to petals of madinah for a wedding bridal consultation and I am VERY impressed with the customer service shown by Saidah as well as the rest of the staff. Saidahs professionalism and knowledge within this industry was very apparent everytime I’d go and see her. Negative experience: AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Never use these people!!!!!I paid £80 upfront and they messed up my wedding bouquet because the woman didn't turn up to the pre-booked appointment I had dragged my wedding outfit to the shop but still trusted them and paid all my money upfront which I regret doing as they betrayed my trust and when the awful hideous bouquet came I couldn't use it so I carried nothing. They refused to give a refund or replace my bouquet or do my walima bouquet woman DESPITE promising 100% satisfation guarantee :( woman was soooo horrible to me and made me cry, worst experience at my wedding!

They offer all services including wedding co-originator which i recommend everyone to have as i did on my sisters wedding on 18/10/2014 which was held in Slough. Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers for a funeral, which was a very last minute order. The flowers were beautiful and the service was amazing. I had to keep calling up to adjust the times and days but the way they handled everything with such ease, made my job so much easier as I already had lots to deal with. Ishma in particular was amazing, she made sure the flowers were on time (even earlier which was a bonus). They deliver the day and time you want as usually this would be an issue. Again thank you so much, especially at times of hardship, they made it so much easier.

I checked out the other 2 florists as well, but Petals of Madinah was the one that stood out to me. Fantastic experience: Petals of Medinah is the best Florist I have ever dealt with. Speedy service, offering same day flowers where possible. With nearly 20 years experience, it's a fantastic family run business. Denise was exceptionally helpful and assisted in every way through the purchase, even helped me take flowers to the car. Parking is available on side street less than 1 min walk. The shop was nice and tidy and always fresh flowers. The service is second to none. Made a 4ft cross with Dear Brother Ribbon and the quality was first rate and exceptional indeed. So I ordered a second wreath and was available for collection within 3 hours. Magnificent. These guys are the best in funeral flowers and only use the best fresh flowers and brilliant design. They handle with care and make sure they give good advice on how to prolong the life of the flowers. Also the pricing is competitive and they have occasional offers on. I will definitely get all my flowers from Petals of Medinah in future as I have never seen a better florist in my experience. Fantastic experience: Went to the shop today, although I had to book an appointment, the owner of the shop Saida asked me to wait and within a few minutes she provided an excellent service. She really knew what she was talking about as I was very much indecisive. In the end I was really happy with my purchases. I recommend petals of madinah to all those who are going to get married.

Once I entered the shop, all employees were friendly and instantly made me and my sisters feel welcome. During the appointment, Saidah took her time and asked all the necessary questions to come to a conclusion as to what she thought would look best for me considering the dress I was wearing. She showed me many pictures as well as a real-life model. She never once enforced her opinion upon my decision and I really liked this. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Saidah and her flourist enough. I went to them with a picture of a bouquet i had seen online. I'm going for a vintage/jodha akbar look for the wedding so the design was very unique. Within a week they arranged a bridal consultation and had some amazing bouquets for me to see with no obligation. They did such a great job. The bouquet they have created for me is better then the picture and anything i could have imagined! Really friendly and helpful staff, they make you feel so comfortable and listen to your vision. A big thanks to Saidah and Debbie, you're artists!! I'm so excited to use my bouqet. Fantastic experience: I had my flower mehndi jewellery made from saidah and I just want to say it was absolutely perfect. She helped create a unique and elegant design and everybody absolutely loved my jewellery. Saidah has done such an amazing job designing it for me, providing the best customer service and creating something that was perfect. Fantastic experience: We have been ordering flower bouquets from there from the beginning anyway as they do amazing bouquets so that was our first choice for my daughters wedding bouquet . The owner was really lovely and very helpful the pieces they had in shop to show us were amazing too went in there to order just bouquet but ended up ordering more things very professional and highly recommended
