Fantastic experience: Beautiful flowers and genuinely kind service. The arrangements for my dad’s funeral were perfect and made a hard day just a little easier. Everyone loved them especially my mom.

Fantastic experience: This is the third time I’ve used Fiesta Flowers over the years , and once again they were brilliant. I recently ordered flowers for a funeral and the arrangement was beautifully made and presented with great care. We always tend to order something a little different from the usual, and every time they come up with the goods. Dee is obviously an artist and she’s just that good at what she does!

Fantastic experience: Fiesta Flowers Birmingham created a beautiful casket spray for my father's casket. We also asked for a DAD arrangement just a week beforehand and Dee was able to provide without us having to meet with her. We gave Dee some idea of what we wanted and Dee created something we were all very pleased with. On the day of the funeral we had very heavy snowfall later in the day and yet when we managed to get to dads grave 2 days later, the floral displays were still lovely and had stood up to being covered in snow. I would absolutely recommend Fiesta Flowes for reliability, creativity and affordability.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Fiesta Flowers enough! The lady is so professional and efficient! I went to Fiesta Flowers to get my wedding bouquet and bridal flowers sorted. When I spoke with the lady, she was so kind, patient, and informative, and helped to create my gorgeous rose bouquet, the Mother of the Bride and groomsmen corsages, and the bridesmaid bouquet. The lady went through different types of flowers that I had for room decorations, she made sure everything was ordered on time, and had everything ready on time in perfect condition :D My wedding bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet of various shades of pink, purple, and white roses. Fantastic experience: Myself and my parents went into Fiesta flowers to order some flowers for my cousins funeral. Dee was very friendly and helpful, we explained what we wanted. The morning of the funeral which was last Thursday they arrived on time they were wonderful and everything that Dee said they would be, she did my cousin proud, what a talented lady. There's not alot of difference in price with florists, so the most Important thing in my view is the quality of the florists and reliability. Dee and her staff delivered on all these points. Purchased 3 flower arrangements including a heart with multiple flowers including Red roses and fuchsias. Very pleased with the outcome and will.use again.

Positive experience: Sorry but not happy. We ordered a display of flowers described as elegant and in a glass vase for nearly £70 so were expecting a lot. What we received was a display in florists sponge that looks like it should be at a funeral. How can this be do different to what is shown on line. We ordered flowers in a vase because that is what we wanted. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off as no way is this worth the money

Fantastic experience: I always use this florist for special occasions. As I live in Scotland it just takes a phone call to Dee to order my floral arrangements. I have never been disappointed with her arrangements. There is a website that shows her various displays etc. I would highly recommend.

I have always received professional, reliable, efficient and excellent customer service on every occasion. Dee is extremely artistic and the quality of her flowers is second to none. Fantastic experience: Great service. The funeral flowers for my Mum (vibrant cross) were amazing, so bright & cheery and just a little bit different. Mum always had a bunch of flowers in the home, her garden was a riot of colour so she would have loved the cross. Dee is so creative, well done!

Fantastic experience: As a returning customer once again i was overwhelmed by the service, compassion, expertise, attention to detail and levels of communication so i got exactly what i wanted. Fiesta flowers exceeded my expectations once again. I actually cried when i went to collect the "Crown" wreath for my mother who we buried a few days ago. Death is hard to deal with however these small but significant contributions to their resting day makes a massive difference. What was meant to be a stressful order (ordering for a friend's loss) turned out to be a really enjoyable experience with a little banter, so the customer service was brilliant! She advised me on what would work best for the funeral flowers i was ordering and tweaked the spray to incorporate the colour scheme i wanted. Dee even sent me a photograph of the flowers as i was not able to attend the funeral. This is a florist that goes the extra mile and i was really happy with my order.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful flowers for my mother's funeral yesterday. Mainly white with a touch of pale pink and pale blue. Dee is lovely to deal with and the flowers exceeded our expectations. Exceptional value too. Because of the restrictions in place we took the flowers away after the funeral and divided them up into posies to give to members of the family. They looked amazing.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service during an incredibly difficult time. Dee made us a spray made of my father in laws favourite flowers, dahlias. We live in Sutton Coldfield and no local florists had them as they are out of season. When I rang Dee she said she could do it for us, no problem.
