Negative experience: The short, older, round woman who served me today was unbelievably rude. I ordered the £35 roses for my wife who is in hospital. She said she’d do them for £30, then tried handing me flowers that were already half dead and still had the nerve to charge the full £35. Absolutely shameful behaviour.

I ended up speaking with the company through Instagram as I didn't recieve tracking/order updates (understandable given I ordered on New Years' Day and requested Sunday delivery) but they were super lovely on Instagram, responding quickly, reassuring me the order was out and answering my follow up questions very kindly. The order was delivered without issue. Would highly recommend.

There was a mix-up over timing of the delivery (which I expect was Interflora's responsibility) but the florist was great and brought them back later. Very happy with the service and the delivery man Chris was an absolute delight! The recipient loved the surprise and he made her feel very special with the fuss made.

Fantastic experience: In January 2025, I visited Katherine's Florists the day before my elopement, to grab flowers to make my bouquet and husbands boutonniere. Everyone was really helpful, offering advice on how to keep them before my big day and working with me to find the best flowers that fit my ideas. I came away with 15 beautiful red roses, some baby's breath and assorted greenery. They looked and smelled amazing and were the perfect accompaniment to our outfits. I'd highly recommend them for wonderful people to work with and beautiful flowers for all occasions!!

Negative experience: Quite disappointed with the flowers delivered. While they appear to be in good condition the picture advertised the Vanilla Sundae bouquet with 5 white roses as well as other flowers. When the bouquet arrived there where only 2 roses, the rest mostly white carnations. For the £39.99 cost plus an additional £15 delivery charge I find it hard to see where the value for money is.
