Fantastic experience: I popped into Boo-K in Newcastle upon Tyne recently and had such a nice experience. Vicky was really friendly and took the time to help me choose the right flowers instead of rushing me. She also arranged the bouquet for me there and then, and it turned out beautiful. My daughter’s school was having a red white & blue day to celebrate VE-Day and I couldn’t find a thing for her to wear, I popped into the shop explained my situation and this lovely lady made my daughter some bows out of ribbon to wear in her hair, literally saved the day, she didn't even charge me for them even though I insisted. The pride and artistry that goes into each of my orders is outstanding and also plain to see. Over the time the shop has been open I have become very fond of the owner Vicki and also Terri, there is always a sense of pride in all their work and I am never disappointed when I pick up my arrangements. Your bouquet is never overpriced and or if they feel that the budget is too much they will advise me accordingly and often the price is lesser then first thought and I still get a beautiful bouquet. They are very caring, considerate and compassionate and I could never go anywhere else for my flowers since purchasing my first ever bouquet that blew my breath away and still continue to do so. Fantastic experience: Vicky was called upon at very late notice to provide a wedding bouquet for my friend when her original florist closed early and she was unable to collect her flowers. Panic! My friend's husband to be found Vicky by happy serendipity and brought home the most beautiful heathery, rosy bouquet which fitted her colours and personality perfectly! This time I wanted something different/unique to be sent to our sister and they were GORGEOUS. Fantastic experience: Boo-K recently provided the flowers for my Mum’s cremation and celebration of her life. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, exactly what we asked for and then some! Victoria is a gem; fab at communicating and even delivered our flowers to the venue on a Sunday. Would 100% recommend Boo-K to anyone looking for some beautiful flowers at a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: What can I say. I paid Boo K a visit today after it being highly recommended. It was under not so happy circumstances. When asked the occasion I got a tad upset to which the owner was so empathetic to-Thank you. . She knew exactly what flower arrangement to assemble with only a few descriptions of the recipient. They were SO accommodating to deliver and I even got a call back to reassure me i had in fact got the correct address as I’d not been 100%. I understand reviews saying people would not go anywhere else, if there is an occasion I need flowers in the future Boo K will be my first port of call. Thanks for a perfect service Just an update. Once again after many returns to Boo-K from my last review to this I had another two exquisite bouquets complied today by the lovely Vicky at Boo-K. Negative experience: I have ordered from this florist in 2 separate occasions and the first experience was delightful. Great service and the flowers were beautiful. The second instance however, the experience wasn’t so great. I had requested for the flowers to be delivered at a specific time as the person receiving the flowers would only be in the house then. They had told me that due to the high demand of the day, this would be very difficult and I understood. Comes to the day of the delivery, after calling back to the florist to know whether the flowers were delivered, I was told that they were left at the persons door and a card was left in the mail to inform of the flowers being left there . To no surprise, the person I intended to have received the flowers, did not receive it as unfortunately someone must’ve taken them. When I called Boo-K just to try understand if there would be a possibility for they to be re-delivered, as no flowers had been received, Boo-K took no liability for not delivering to the person directly , claiming that in the previous order, the person had let them into the building , but not opened the door. When in this instance , they had been let into the building by service workers, not the person that would be receiving the flowers. They took leaving the flowers at the door as being delivered and took no liability for anything after that. It was very disappointed as I it intended to be a nice surprise to brighten up a loved one’s day. Boo-K however, accepted to refund the price of the flowers, excluding delivery fee. I hope this was an isolated incident and does not happen to other people.

Fantastic experience: Visited on the off chance to get a bouquet for a colleague as a leaving present, the lady that greeted me couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful!! She offered to make a custom arrangement within 30 minutes which given how short notice my request was I thought was extremely generous!! The flowers were beautiful and I really couldn’t have asked for better service. This is the first time I’ve visited this particular florist but definitely won’t be the last, absolutely outstanding customer service and I’m still taken aback by how willing they were to go above and beyond - will definitely be recommending to friends and family, thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently ordered a bouquet for a birthday gift from this shop, I ordered over the phone and arranged collection for late the the following day. The lady was lovely on the phone, I was concerned that I wouldn't make it to the shop before they closed. The lady offered to wait a bit longer if I was stuck, which was really kind. Luckily I made it on time, and she had the most beautiful box waiting for me. Even the gift card was pretty. I would definitely recommend this place, and will use them again.

Fantastic experience: I received a gorgeous arrangement from Boo-K on 5th January from my husband for our wedding anniversary, this is the second one I have received from them, absolutely gorgeous and even the gift card was special and made the arrangement even more perfect. The small details make you stand out. I called in just before Christmas and bought a hyacinth plant in a lovely planter, another example of the gorgeous choices they offer. Elegant, stylish, attractive and attention to detail, makes them a perfect choice. Definitely recommend and will be by first choice of florist in the future.

Had a specific odd last minute request for 3 bouquets, to say thank you to 3 people who had been unbelievable helpful through a very difficult time. Boo-k absolutely delivered the 3 most beautiful bouquets within a couple hours. completely worthy of what i was looking for. They knew what i wanted, even though i wasn't great at explaining. Really personal and and very kind service and experience. I have to stress that point as i had originally considered two other places, but they were so uncaring and really didn't feel comfortable using them. So glad i didn't, and found Boo-k instead. I will use Boo-k for future flower requests. And I'd actually send a bunch to the staff for being kind and helpful !! Honestly, I recommend you try Boo-k, you'll not be disappointed :)
