Fantastic experience: Nearly four weeks on and the flowers are still looking like this, that we bought for my Mother. Great service and obviously best quality flowers!

Positive experience: Very impressed the flowers were sent so quickly, just before Christmas. Less impressed they were left on the doorstep facing a busy road, when I stated to leave with a neighbour (hence 4/5 stars). CCTV showed driver very vexed. Still, they were lovely.

They were honestly better than we could've ever imagined/envisioned and we can't stop looking at photos of them - they recieved so many compliments on the day too! Fantastic experience: Pippa did the flowers for our wedding this summer and we couldn’t have been happier with them. She made sure to chat to us several times well in advance to make sure she had a clear idea of what we wanted, including creating mood boards for us. As people with preferences but not knowing that much about flowers, this was incredibly helpful. Pippa was flexible in providing stems for us to arrange as well as designing and creating our bouquets and button holes. Couldn’t recommend Pippa and the Flowercraft team enough.

Fantastic experience: We chose Flowercraft to provide our flowers for our wedding day in June and from the beginning, Pippa was creative, attentive and a real joy to work with. We came to Pippa with a fairly vague idea of what we wanted for our church and marquee wedding, only knowing colour scheme and that we wanted peonies to form part of the bouquet. Pippa spent time with us, going through each part of the day, to ensure every element was dressed perfectly to feel like a seamless transition to the garden marquee reception. We decided on dressing the church with a meadow at the alter which provided us with beautiful arrangements to then be used around the marquee too. At every stage of communication we enjoyed our time with Pippa and she really made the process both easy but exciting. Thank you so much xxx

However, last November, when I ordered a beautiful bouquet from you for her birthday, she was absolutely over the moon. The look on her face when she came downstairs to see such a stunning arrangement was priceless—my father nearly claimed the credit for it! I just want to express my deepest gratitude to all of you. It’s been an incredibly difficult time for me, dealing with cancer and being far from my loved ones. Sending those flowers meant the world to me, as it allowed me to show my family that everything will be okay, and it gave me a way to say a heartfelt "thank you" for all of their support. Fantastic experience: Flowercraft did a wonderful job with the funeral wreath for my Mother. They promised it would look like a English county garden and it did just that. A loose arrangement including astrantia, ferns, eucalyptus, clematis and pink roses, all the flowers she loved. Thank you so much, I can highly recommend you.

Fantastic experience: For the second year we ordered wreath kits to make at home. They were so lovely. Great quality contents, lots of different items to choose from and even a kids kit with oasis so no need for wire. Will definitely order again.

Fantastic experience: Flowercraft is the most beautiful space with beautiful flowers, and Pippa was so incredible and integral to our wedding flowers. Such a lovely and easy process, that came out better than we could have ever hoped for! Flowercraft were our wedding florist for our autumn/winter wedding in November 2023; Our florist search began in September when we visited 4 different florists in the day, knowing instantly once we had spoken to Pippa at Flowercraft that we wanted to go with her. The key thing was - she listened! She listened to our thoughts and ideas, and the 'vibe' we wanted to achieve, and she showed us how she could build upon that showing us with flowers in the shop and picture and ideas from her previous work right there and then. She completely understood what we were after, probably even before we did! Where we had specific wants she addressed them to perfection, and where we just wanted a 'big beautiful rustic colourful vibe', she achieved it beyond anything we could imagine!!!! Pippa was so amazing to work with and was so lovely to get to know in the process too! She also accommodated a few changes along the way, and accommodated a few coffee drop-ins just to talk all things weddings and flowers. On the day Pippa set up our venue with table decor and the fireplace piece which was perfect, and came and dropped off the wedding bouquet to the bride and it was just so special and lovely to see her! Since the wedding we have been buying flowers regularly for all occasions for family and friends to which everyone immediately asks where they are from and is now also converted to Flowercraft. Flowercraft is the most beautiful space with beautiful flowers, and Pippa was so incredible and integral to our wedding flowers. Such a lovely and easy process, that came out better than we could have ever hoped for! We can't thank you enough Pippa!
