Negative experience: Wouldn't choose this florist a friend's husband died she ordered a 4ft spray to go on the coffin .the day of the funeral she was so upset and disappointed the spray was not what she ordered it measured 24inches across and was round not 4ft she was charged over 90pounds she complained and they gave her 20 pounds back absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Positive experience: Ordered flowers for my wife’s 50th birthday, they were beautiful and she was very pleased with them. I asked for an afternoon delivery but they they arrived at 11.50 when she wasn’t home. That wasn’t a real problem as our neighbour who took them saw pull up 10 minutes later.

Fantastic experience: I ordered and picked up a large bouquet of dusty pink roses this Saturday morning to take to a friend’s wedding on Sunday. I made the order online and collected it with ease. The service was spot on, very professional and very understanding. Each rose was picked with care and love. The bouquet is exquisitely beautiful! It was wrapped and packed carefully so I could easily transport it in the car. I have already ordered more flowers again to be delivered to another friend who just got newlywed recently. Fantastic experience: I ordered a big bouquet on Saturday morning to be delivered that day and I cannot fault the service, I made the order over the phone I explained that I wanted a really beautiful colourful bouquet and I was a little anxious as to how lovely they would be as I wouldn't be seeing the flowers and I just wanted them to be perfect as they were for a special friend. Negative experience: Would definitely not use again. Bought a bouquet online, collected it from the shop and it was incredibly disappointing for the price! I was embarrassed to give it as a gift! Went back to the shop but they closed earlier than their stated hours so I was stuck with it!
