Fantastic experience: This was a chance order as I am not familiar with Neecastle, but I would certainly recommend them to anyone and I shall certainly use them again. The flowers were beautiful, and artistically presented. They were delivered within one hour of ordering,( I did pay extra for this, and it was well worth it). I didn't want to set up an account and was able to order without doing so. I will, now, set up an account as a result of my positive experience with Robinsons. Excellent service, great value for money, easy to order and great quality flowers.

My experience here has always been outstanding but upon delivery the flowers were not as advertised . The team was helpful and sorted my order out to my satisfaction. I think personally I will prefer to collect in store but I do think they are the best around. We will always use them again

Fantastic experience: Quite possibly one the hardest reviews I'll ever have to write in my life since the passing of my dad. However, David is an absolute gem. I spoke with him at 9am on the day of my dads funeral and by 11am the beautiful flowers were ready and delivered with care to the mosque. I could not recommend David and Robinsons enough, he really does provide a personalised caring approach and his passion for what he does really comes across.

Fantastic experience: I have ordered flowers from robinson on numerous occasions ( since i live " abroad") but am a fenham boy born & raised, i cannot speak highly enough of the service you recieve , also probly the oldest remaing family buisness on the west road .

Negative experience: The flowers delvired were very nice. Hwoever my order was incomplete (the happy birthday ribbon wasn't around the bouquet, and the extra box of chocolates) I wrote several emails and got absolutely no reply. Customer service really inadequate. Very disappointing

Negative experience: Do not get delivery, Pick up, In Ordered a £30 bunch of flowers mixed with yellow roses for my mam’s Wedding Anniversary and they Did Not Arrive Or Telephone me back on that day of delivery to explain the problem, Shop shut until Monday now, And no good to me next week.

I ordered around 9am and they were delivered within a few hours. The bouquet was of very high quality and looked absolutely gorgeous, as were the extras purchased. Fantastic experience: Guy i spoke to was really helpful and reassuring as i have had terrible flowers from a few very well known florists in newcastle ! He conf he would def be able to get the specific flowers in the size i wanted and even colour co-ordinated the packaging to match one if the flowers. When my aunty rang me to say she had received she was close to tears and said they were absolutely stunning, def the best bouquet she has EVER had ! Just the response i was hoping for ! The quality of the flowers, presentation and cost were 2nd to none, Robinsons is now my "go to" florist as the proof was in the pudding !!!
