Negative experience: The website advertised same day delivery. Ordered a Bouquet, payed extra for same day delivery in my chosen location then got a call to say not only would the bouquet be a day late but that they were actually out of stock of my chosen arrangement. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking went into the byker shop askedthe assistant what they had for a budget of 30 to 35 pounds he said a poly wrapped spray. I asked if i could look in the book . When i said thank you he said you were a waste of time i was in the shop 4 minutes never stopped the work they carried on . What a horribel.ugly way to treat a customer coming in for funeral flowers

Positive experience: I've ordered flowers from here for many year's. Funerals,memories and birthdays they have always been amazing and the owners are lovely too. I ordered flowers for my mother the other day for her birthday, i went with the large "sweet summer. Their online photo was of a standard size but i did feel there wasn't much difference to the large she received today apart from the packaging, they are beautiful but i think for an extra 10 pound for the large i would've liked a bit more.

Negative experience: Ordered bouquet of vintage flowers and didn’t look anything like advertised on website just looked like a normal bunch. Did order on the day but wasn’t told they could do them to then be told when I collected and said wasn’t happy I should have ordered the day before. Had to take flowers as was to late to run around and order from anywhere else but really not happy

Positive experience: I chose to order from them due to company being local and independent. I ordered a bouquet that was florist choice in a basket (for my sister's 30th birthday) I provided all details of what I wanted - citrus colours etc. The basket was delivered beautifully, however they included lilies in the arrangement, even though I personally requested on an online ordering form that they do not include this flower. This is due to us having cats (lilies are poisonous to cats). I emailed the florist on two separate emails addresses I have for them - only to let them know the situation so it doesn't happen again for future customers. I have had no response or apology or even acknowledgement of my email being received. I spent over £30 on the flowers. I was left highly disappointed with the customer service of my compliant. I have never left a negative review (or any review) on google, but I have felt I was left with no choice but to get my point across via google review - as my emails were being ignored.

Fantastic experience: I ordered some roses for my partner for Valentine's day, once she put them on fb I noticed they weren't the ones I ordered and was quite disappointed however they were still lovely, I got on the phone to some lad and he was very sorry for the error and I believe it was a genuine mistake during a busy period. He offered to compensate me with another bunch for my partner and she was very happy. Another beautiful bunch, I'm very pleased with the customer service and would recommend and will use again in the future. I guess I was just unlucky that day. But mistakes happen. Fantastic experience: Went into the shop to order a posy for a family funeral. Assistant was very pleasant and helpful. The posy was absolutely beautiful I couldn’t have wished for a better arrangement. First time I had bought flowers from this business but I would use them again hopefully not for a funeral.

Positive experience: This week I used Fantasia for my mother's casket spray. The flowers themselves were quite nice but getting them wasn't. I'm my mums sole carer & executor. I've had anxiety & I left ordering her flowers till the day before the service. I had lots of numbers ready expecting that some florists couldn't help. Fantasia was the first place I rang and he said an open spray wouldn't be a problem because he could mix white & pink lilies & roses. When I got there 20mins later it was nothing like he said over the phone. There were no pink lilies and he tried to sell me completely sealed buds saying "they would open a bit" by the next morning, and it was really my fault. So i chose what was ready instead and I left to visit my mum in the Chapel of rest. Then I get a call saying he had found some open lillies in the back. I told him where I was and thanked him very much for getting back to me. An hour later I heard him delivering the spray laughing loudly to himself about how late I left the order while a funeral director told him to shush. I thought it was bad salesmanship and tactless.

Positive experience: Very disappointed. Ordered extra large bouquet on line for delivery on 30th May for my mum's 95th birthday. Flowers beautiful but arrived a week early. I contacted the shop who admitted their mistake but only offered a smaller replacement on the correct day. How small this will be I wait to see. As my mum is in hospital at the moment and has been very ill I can't even give her them early and we don't think there will be another birthday so we wanted something special this year. I certainly won't be buying from here again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. EDIT Just spoken with the manager who apologised and confirmed that I will receive my original order on correct day. As all previous orders have been satisfactory I will probably order from them again.

Negative experience: I used Fantasia website recently (May 2018) to order and deliver flowers. At the end the website told me that the order was complete and that I will receive a confirmation email. I Did not receive this confirmation email, even after looking in my spams folders. I wrote an email to Fantasia by using their website to ask if the order was really taken into account but I got no answer. I tried by writting an email without using Fantasia website (but directly through my email provider) but then again I got no answer. The foreseen day of the deliver I received an automatic email saying that the flowers were delivered. So it should be ok. But I think it's too bad that the shop did not answer to my emails. I would have been at ease and I think it's not long to do. So I put only one star because I'm disapointed about the customer relation. I don't know how are the flowers as I have no way to ask to the people the order was for. (that's why I would have liked to be sure that the order was ok).

Fantastic experience: Flowers were ordered lunchtime on Monday and I'd requested same day but thought it unlikely. A very nice staff member, I didn't catch his name rang to advise the particular flowers weren't available that day, I could have an alternative or have the requested flowers the following day. I asked for them to be delivered next day. In the past I've had florists just substitute flowers and / or sending them on a different day, without contacting me. Absolutely great customer service, recipients very happy with the flowers. Will definitely recommend them.

The guys are always so accommodating and give you such quality and a great quantity for the price.. In the 12 years I've used them, I've never been disappointed. I've bought flowers for birthdays, mother's days, general thank you and even all the flowers and wreaths for my nans funeral! Definitely worth a visit! You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I made an order for flowers to be delivered to the RVI hospital from NZ. The florists very kindly rang up to find out if delivery was possible and it wasn't. They gave me the option of holding the order or a refund. My mother-in-law then went to the Freeman hospital and again the florists rang on my behalf to inquire about deliveries of flowers. Again I was given the option of putting the order on hold or a refund. Fantasia went above and beyond good customer service , kept in constant contact and always kept me up to date. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
