Fantastic experience: Julie's Flowers made my wedding bouquet and bridesmaid's bouquet. I emailed Julie a picture of what I liked and she said she could do a bride version and slightly smaller bridesmaid one for a very reasonable price. She was really quick when replying, very friendly and helpful. Flowers arrived on time at the venue. Exactly what I had asked for along with a congratulations card and instructions on how best to take care of the flowers before and after the ceremony

Fantastic experience: I was recommend a rival florist in the same area, but wasn't keen on their selection so ended up looking at Julie's. So glad I did! I chose a "florist selection" and left loads of instructions about what I wanted and delivery. I'm used to that sort of thing being ignored, but Julie's delivered to the letter. The perfect bouquet. A wonderful selection of flowers in exactly the colours I asked for. The recipient declared them "the most beautiful display" she'd ever seen. Can't ask for more than that!

Negative experience: Frustrating delivery. Specifically requested flowers be left at side of property if we weren’t in. There was no point them asking for delivery instructions if they were just going to ignore them. They left them with a neighbour and we are now unable to receive the flowers on time for the occasion. Disappointing.

Julie took the time to understand what it was that we wanted and offered suggestions along the way. All of the arrangements were stunning and we were so happy with everything. Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers for my grown up granddaughter late morning and asked for them to be delivered as soon as possible the same day. They were made up and delivered by about 3pm. I even had a phone call from Julie to say it wouldn’t be exactly as the online photo, but said what flowers she was putting in. They’re absolutely gorgeous and just my granddaughters taste. Soft pastel colours that are both warm and soft on the eyes. They were to congratulate her on getting a job she really wanted that she just found out she’d been offered. First time using Julie’s and it won’t be the last.

Fantastic experience: I often call at Julie's, mainly for garden plants as I am a very keen gardener and they always have a very good range of flowers that are always in excellent condition. They are always friendly and willing to help me and nothing is a trouble. Today, when walking past Julie's on doing my weekend shopping I noticed two particularly beautiful plants. One was a white fluted Cyclamen with dark pink edging and a petite white Chrysanthemum with a delicate pink laced throughout the petals. They are absolutely stunning, so much so that I just had to buy them today even though I had quite a lot of shopping to carry home. As soon as got home I have chosen the best place for my latest two plants in my garden and have just planted them. They look delightful. The next time I go past Julie's I will certainly be having a look at their shop.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to use a local florist to send flowers to my cousin who lives in Jesmond, and found Julie's Flowers through an online search. What a lucky find! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service from a florist. I phoned and spoke to Louise who took details of the type of arrangement I wanted and who was extremely helpful. Louise ordered in some flowers especially for the arrangement which was created and delivered the morning after I had spoken to her. Louise herself created the arrangement and it was lovely to see how much pride and pleasure she takes in her work. The arrangment was exactly as I hoped it would be, the flowers fresh and beautiful and arranged beautifully. My cousin was delighted with them. A lovely stress free shopping experience with lovely friendly staff.
