Fantastic experience: They helped arrange flowers for my grandads funeral under very short notice. The owner was so accommodating and was able to open the shop on Sunday so I could collect the arrangements. The flowers themselves were beautiful. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Negative experience: Unfortunately we couldn't give this place 0 stars! Customer service is awful, shop was opened but the guy who works there was rude and refused to sell anything to us claiming he was too busy sorting out the pre orders so we walked out. He was rude to us on a different occasion and assumed we couldn't afford expensive flowers. It's like he doesn't like to have any of our business. How did this florist receive 4.6* is beyond me.

Negative experience: Ordered a bouquet on their website that were pictured with lilies, as they're my partners favourite. There were no lilies in the bouquet so I asked for some to be added...tried to charge £20 for them and then agreed to "only" charge an additional £10 when I showed them the website because they "put in a few extras" (??). Also spelled my partners name wrong on the card but luckily I realised before I gave them to her. As a company that are basically selling attention to detail, they don't seem to have any. Better off using somewhere else for sure.

Negative experience: Bought for my Mum and Dads anniversary, beautiful when they arrived however the whole bouquet was dead within 48 hours, would not recommend, very disappointed. They had some supermarket flowers on the same day which a week later are still going strong!!

Fantastic experience: Went in to get my wife some flowers for our anniversary. The team were very professional, and the flowers were amazing, and my wife loved them. The flowers still look amazing 10 days on, and look like they have a lot of life left in them. It is very reasonably priced and has good quality flowers and a good variety to choose from.

Negative experience: Received a large bouquet of flowers as a gift. They arrived hidden behind my wheelie bins and did not look not very fresh. Sadly they lasted less than 5 days before completely wilting and smelling very bad despite me changing the water everyday. Had to bin them!! Just to add I have had cheaper supermarket flowers that have lasted much longer and at the fraction of the cost. Not recommended. Oh yes and I forgot to say, the box of chocolates were also out of date by one month too, not good at all considering the amount my brother paid for these.

Negative experience: I went to blooms apart to get my girlfriend a valentines day gift brought flowers and chocolates the chocolates I was sold were out of date and this would not necessarily had been too much of an issue except for the fact the chocolates cost 10 pounds. I will not be using them again.

After speaking with a lovely lady over the phone I was reassured of the process and offered various ways to order which would work best for me. I got an email confirming delivery to the funeral parlour which I was so happy about. The flowers were perfect, so fresh, beautiful and smelt amazing. My nan would have loved them. I spoke to Jo and Dilip, both were so friendly and warm. They were so helpful and really took stress away during a difficult time. They were reassuring and delivered flowers to the funeral directors with no issues. I also ordered 3 rose stems and a bag of petals which I collected from the store and it was lovely to meet them in person, so friendly. Their store is easily accessible with available on-street parking. Their prices were also competive. Easy 5 stars! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have family in England, and me living in Florida sometimes makes it difficult for flowers and such. Dilip and Jo have made my life extremely easy. Order flowers, sweets and balloons is NOT a problem. They are VERY helpful and friendly. My Aunty Diane was a resident of a local nursing home, and they were wonderful in providing her sweets and flowers on a regular basis. The only hardship I can think of is the 5 hour time difference. They are and will be my GO-TO florist. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: Left it very late ordering my wedding flowers and called about 6 weeks before needing them. Over a 13 minute phonecall we'd managed to order bridal bouquets, large gift bouquets for both mothers and button holes for the entire wedding party. Collection was quick and easy. My MIL is still raving about "the most beautiful bouquet ever received" almost 2 weeks after the wedding.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Ordered an expensive (~£60) bouquet and it was bulked out with a lot of foliage and not well arranged. Worst of all they had all died after 7 days. In contrast I have bought flowers from other florists that have been less expensive, a larger bouquet, more nicely arranged and lasted 3-4 weeks. Have never bought such an over priced and underwhelming bunch of flowers. Disappointed and won't be coming back.

I had rang a few florist that afternoon, but due to the bank holiday, many were closed. A close family members funeral had been organized for the follow Wednesday, and I need some one to make flowers for the funeral.
