Positive experience: The flowers themselves were strong and healthy and looked good, however, I was disappointed because the basket display did not look like the webpage. I ordered large as the image showed so that the basket would be overflowing with flowers, but they were unbalanced in size and shape and pressed into the basket so they did not have room to breathe! Too much basket showing with the handle so much higher than the flowers. I asked for blue and yellow, expecting flowers like iris and roses, which were included but they were not sympathetically placed. I was not expecting orange and purple. A large blue hydrangea could have been the hero flower but was positioned in a way that unbalanced the display. I think it reasonable to expect something closer to the image provided.

Fantastic experience: The two ladies here were so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when helping me choose flowers for my grandma’s 80th birthday. They were both so friendly and made the whole experience lovely from start to finish. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing service and gorgeous flowers.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a Large Standing Spray for my uncle's funeral as my family couldn't make the trip from Canada to attend the funeral. Fantastic experience: Recently I needed arrangements for two funerals. I wanted slightly different flowers and the ladies at Tomlinsons took the time to talk me though options, they suggested great flowers that were not yet in stock and checked if they could be sourced on time. But always checking in on my budget so as not to over sell and offering cheaper but equally good options. For one I did this remotely as I was overseas and they sent me photos afterwards which was lovely so I could see the finished arrangement. Highly recommended if you love great quality flowers and design.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a surprise 'Autumn hand tied' flower bouquet to be delivered to my daughter, at her work place, on her birthday. There was an option to add a balloon (for a small extra fee) to go with the flowers, which I did add. The order was delivered on the morning of her birthday, and she was absolutely delighted with them, and it was a lovely surprise for her. They are a beautiful arrangement of vibrant coloured flowers and look absolutely fab. I did my order online, which was so easy to do, once I'd decided on the flowers I wanted for her (brilliant selection online). This is the first time I've used Tomlinson's florist and I was not disappointed, I will be using them again for sure. Really happy with my order and value for money too. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I found them on Google maps, they were polite and prompt. They had varieties and options depending on the occasion.

Positive experience: Ordering and delivery went very well and couldn't be faulted. However I wasn't pleased with the mix of flowers or the colours. I wanted strong blue (Iris) and yellow with perhaps neutrals, as the flowers were for a funeral. I think that the mixture of colour and flowers didn't suit the occasion. There were too many pale pink flowers in the mixture which didn't really mix with the other colours.

Negative experience: Always had lovely flowers, so I thought I'd order 20 red roses for my other half whilst I was away last week. I was disappointed that the flowers were looking extremely tired after 5 or 6 days and had to be thrown out. Maybe we have been lucky in the past with other flowers lasting much longer, but for £91 we hoped for a better quality longer lasting bouquet. The disappointment and lack of reply to an email means we'll be getting future flowers elsewhere. Edit in reply: The care was followed as all previous occasions where the longevity was good. Unfortunately I have no photos as the flowers were delivered on Thursday 18th May and were in the bin Tuesday 23rd. I emailed on the 24th to the address on your website. I'm away tomorrow, so unable to contact you until next week.

Fantastic experience: I ordered online for the first time all the way from Singapore for my partner who’s in Coventry. The flowers were beautifully arranged and presented. The card was written so beautifully as well ♥️ Thank you for the smooth delivery and most importantly, the flowers are still fresh up till today!

Negative experience: 1st time ordered flowers from here as thought I'd treat my daughter on valentines day, not only did they knock the door at all and left them outside a different house behind only knew because a lady knocked the door next morning saying these must be for ****. So not only didn't she get them on valentines day they was half dying with frost on them. I won't be ordering here again check to charge the delivery fee and don't even knock the door as was in all day. And ruined my daughters suprise.
