Fantastic experience: I had a basket made by Heavenly Scent, previously I have always used another florist but the effort in the flowers got less and less. My mum always used heavenly scent so for her birthday flowers I thought I would do the same! I can honestly say they’re the most beautiful flowers I have ever ordered! All I gave when ordering was colours I would like, the flowers came with diamonds and so much effort! Looking at them you can tell so much effort and love went into making them! Negative experience: My Husband had some flowers sent to me at work for Valentines Day & they were not delivered as we were told the lady at the gatehouse said they were not accepting personal deliveries. They had gone to the wrong address & when the lady delivered them to my home address she said sorry i could not make it. So i was told two different stories. I was very dissapointed as when i spoke to the mangeress she told me they got their at 13:40 & i finish work at 14:00. Will not be using this florist ever again!

Claire was lovely and helped me step by step when it came to planning flowers for my nan whose heath was deteriorating at a fast rate and helping me prepare for the worst. She answered my calls even on her days off just to help me out. I appreciate it so much. The flowers were lovely and were just what my nan would have wanted. Emma did amazing and was able to help me out with some last minute letter flowers. 100/10. Honestly so greatful for these amazing ladies.

Has to be the best hand picked flowers I've ever seen! The recipient was over the moon too and in complete awe. The colour coordination and design was sublime. Arranging funerals/ weddings/special events is littered with obstacles beyond comprehension these days but flowers bouquets wreaths (& apologies, expressions of love etc) need not stress us. Heavenly Scents offer just that. Heavenly 'sense' empathy & the much needed human touch can all be achieved from one message. I really can't thank you enough
