Fantastic experience: We have had 2 bouquets in 2 weeks from Bloomingdale’s and they were both amazing! One for a local rugby club end of season night and the other for an 80th birthday! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a WOW factor!!

The girls made my mum a stunning display of beautiful flowers for the top of her funeral casket yesterday. A wide selection of flowers in the colours she loved. We can't thank you enough. Negative experience: My husband bought home flowers today from Bloomingdales that cost him £50 for our wedding anniversary. When I saw all of the beautiful pictures from this florist online and the wonderful reviews, it's made me so sad that my experience has been the opposite and doesnt really even look like they have come from a florist. I am really upset, it's spoilt something that was supposed to be so nice.

Negative experience: Asked for a hand tied bouquet and was given a small arrangement in unsecured oasis. When they attempted to take the flowers out to put in a vase, the cellophane was not even tied and water went all over the ladies front room. Terrible for £35

Fantastic experience: We just popped in to get a 50th wedding anniversary bouquet. We spent £20 and it’s such an absolutely beautiful bouquet. They were so friendly and accommodating. It was such a quick process to get a bouquet personally made rather than a ready made one. The shop itself is lovely inside with lots of gifts for friends, relatives, teachers, etc. The gift and card selection is high quality and the prices are good. I also bought a small Angel statue and it’s absolutely beautiful. I’d highly recommend this local florist. Please patronise your local florists and not the big supermarket chains to purchase your flowers.

We wanted something different and she listened and suggested ways of how maybe we could incorporate different things about him into the arrangement. Negative experience: Not very impressed with the customer service we were only enquiring about wedding flowers but they didn't want to know although it is only a small wedding and we weren't asking for much. Staff were very rude so will definitely be taking our business else where to someone who will appreciate the business. It's a real shame as I thought they were a good florist they have really let themselves down.

Fantastic experience: The heavenly smelling shop is run by a very lovely lady... They have an amazing range of fresh flowers and little flowering plants along with gifts and greeting cards. The staff is very friendly and prices are very reasonable... The other day my credit card did not work. But the lady still gave me the plants and asked me to pay the next time I pass by! This is unbelievable! Love their shop and their customer service...
