Fantastic experience: Live in Nottingham so wasn’t familiar with them so took chance on ordering from here as close to CBS arena for our event. Ordered the hat arrangement for our Director’s 50th birthday. From ordering to paying, the staff were so nice. The arrangement arrived and was stunning! Would highly recommend and will most definitely use again if I need flowers in the Coventry area

Fantastic experience: The customer service was really fabulous. It let me with no words and I can say with no doubt that so far is the most beautiful and professional florist I have ever seen ! They are so courteous and genuine ! I totally recommend and I know where to go for other future occasions and celebrations ! I can’t wait to see my wedding bouquet xx ;)

Fantastic experience: Not the 1st or the last, I only go to Natalie's for all my flower occasions, from my mother in law funeral , to birthdays and xmas. The 2 boxed flower arrangements still going strong, maybe a couple of days life left in them, considering I picked them up on the 23rd of December. Fantastic experience: Amazing !!! Son went in Christmas Eve for a small bunch of flowers to put on his grandmas grave. There was nothing left other than an expensive Christmas display. The lady gave it to him for free. What a really great act of kindness . He said he will always use this florist from now on . He is only 18 so what an amazing effect this has had on him . Called them from Corby as had to drive 45 mins and they were kind to advise me of the current flowers availability and selection, with no pressure to buy or visit. Fresh, gorgeous mix of roses presented to an well-deserved 5 star level! Both mum and daughter, given this is a small family-run business, are lovely, friendly and very welcoming. Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers made for me in less than 5 minutes. Walked in on a Sunday and my requirements were all taken in to account and exceeded! Fresh, gorgeous mix presented to an an absolute 5 star level! My friend who received them for her birthday was overjoyed with the mix and presentation. The ladies were lovely, friendly and very welcoming. My 4 year old son even commented on the outstanding bouquet, and how beautiful the shop smelt. Fantastic experience: I’ve used oak and lilies florist over the past few years and have never been disappointed. Natalie and Sinead give the best customer service and are so helpful. The flowers I’ve order before have always been fresh and presented very well. Had a Mother’s Day bouquet today and they went above and beyond with the flowers and the extra little gifts of chocolates and a teddy bear were really nice too. Would highly recommend oak and lilies to anyone.

Negative experience: Ordered arrangements on the basis of 5 star reviews for Dad's funeral. Unfortunately did not live up to expectations or promises. Font was not changed on Grandad Ribbon, great Grandad ribbon was missing on posy arrangement, posies and cards were misplaced on Dad arrangement. No photographs as promised night before or day after again despite chasing. These finishing touches were important to make our final respects and give Dad the send off we planned and he deserved. We wanted this to be perfect and tried to maintain communication to ensure it was, we were sadly let down. Yes it was International Women's Day, I can appreciate you were busy but this will happen again next year. Dad's funeral will not.

They were aranged in a big bouquet which was made up of natural colours, really pleasing to the eye. Delivery was early and efficient and my friend loved them.
